Great guys. I brought my vehicle in to diagnose my check engine light. After testing, it was determined there was no immediate problem. Vehicle is running great.

My Volvo is serviced by PDQ Import Repair. The customer service associate, Nate, is very professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciate it when the customer service is a priority as I worked my entire adult life and retired from a customer service position. Karl was my mechanic and he did an amazing job. My car runs beautifully! Thank you for being there for me! Now, I feel safe traveling from Lewiston, Idaho to Southern California to meet my first new baby Granddaughter to be born soon!

I never seem to annoy Nate too badly with all my questions about my quirky car, they take good care of Elle. Even moving it inside when there is a storm brewing. Im grateful to rely on them.

Work on my car was well done and cost was as expected. Communication about a delay in getting the work done (needed to order parts) could have been better, but overall very satisfied.

The only reason I am giving a 1 star, is because that is the lowest I can give them. We will never use PDQ again! Horrible business and horrible customer service! Not only have they done work that you do not authorize, on more than one occasion, then have the audacity to charge you for work you did NOT authorize. Also, if you ask them to leave the key in the gas cap for an after hour pick up, they will leave your car unlocked with the keys in it! They also cannot take responsibility for their action and instead blame the customer. Will never get another penny from me. POS company

Because they are hands down the nicest people in the valley, i never got charged for a diagnostic for one, saved me $100,and two I didnt get charged for storage ill keep going back and refering people as long as these same guys are there if they move i move.

It’s about the only shop for a VW our town needs more shops like this they’re OK not overly concerned about making you happy

Great service, pricing and they are very knowledgeable. Anything from VW and BMW to Ferrari and Aston Martin. This is the only place to take imports!

We brought our car into the shop to diagnose why our car had lost its power. The staff diagnosed and we were told the spark plug and wiring would need replaced and that our clutch would need replaced soon. However, we were assured the spark plug issue was the primary reason for the car issue. Upon picking up the car, I drove it 1/4 block and it was obvious the issue was not fixed. I immediately returned to the shop and was informed they had test drove the car and it was good to go. They seem completely surprised the car wasn’t fixed. It was 5 pm so I left the key and called back the following workday at which time they changed their story and told us they didn’t know why we only fixed the spark plug issue because the clutch needed replaced. Are you serious? I’m sympathetic to additional work to fix a car when the first repair didn’t fix the issue-old car fixes are sometimes a process. However, I’m completely not ok with a lack of communication. Had they called after fixing the wiring and let us know the car still didn’t have power and the clutch actually needed to be replaced for the car to run, I’d be fine. Or even when I picked it up, letting me know the car wasn’t going to actually run. However they chose to do neither of those things, rather, when I called them out on the lack of communication, they simply responded by letting me know it was my fault for not understanding the problem and they “Did the work they were authorized to do.” I do not recommend using this shop.

Mainly fixed my car. I cant reset any of my services. They went way over what was quoted the first time and a hundred what was quoted the second time. Kind of worried about having to have them fix the service problem but they are the only one in the area. It was still a lot cheaper than bmw. Also advised he did some work that I rechecked after the mechanic and it didnt look like it had been touched at all. I would stay and watch the work get done, if you get work done here.

I would rate a zero but one is the best I can do. Our car had a pricetag of $600 for just over 3 hours of work. Wish could see how you really earned that price tag fi-ng out family over after giving us and even lower estimate. I guess the first ripoff wasnt enough. An extra hundred was even sweeter .

Time and time again I constantly find they are the most reasonable place in the area for BMW work. It can be tough to get in because they are so busy, but its worth the wait. They are always willing to offer information even if you need help installing a part yourself. Im an extremely picky consumer and I often find myself leaving negative reviews, but this place is truly one of the best.

I was referred by the original car owner after having an accident and when I took my car down they told me they dont do body work and referred me to a different repair shop. It was a frustrating situation but they did try to give me some advice so I can complain to loudly.

I had a problem with my Range Rover that I could not diagnose and neither could the firestone shop that I took it to south of Seattle while I was there before Christmas. PDQ was able diagnose the problem, fix it quickly and for considerably less than the only other shop in town that even agreed to look at it.
