These people are either incompetent or dont care or? I took my f350 powerstroke in for some maintenance and repair and not only did they not communicate the fact that they were taking much longer than originally quoted but they didnt do half the work that I requested done and I supplied the parts. One thing that was being done was the oil cooler and which should have included and oil change. The oil did not get changed and it was low by about 2 quarts.They also either knocked an injection wire off or didnt plug it in. Maybe they just dont know diesels. I did call and talk to the owner and in all fairness they refunded a fair amount of money however I will not be back nor will I recommend it to anyone. There is a severe lack of craftsmanship

Was on my way home from a family get together in the Orchards and my car broke down late in the evening. The next day I couldnt find anyplace that wasnt a week out from even seeing the car. The dealership recommended Wilson AutoTech. They were able to get me back on the road in two days, even though they were also swamped with business. Having lived all over the country I have found it difficult to find a decent mechanic. I highly recommend Wilson AutoTech. And while I hope I never break down again, I know where in Lewiston to take my vehicle. Thank you again for a professional positive experience.

I first went to Walmart to get a stripped bolt off. They couldnt do it and referred me to Wilsons AutoTech. Im so glad they did. Now I always take our vehicles to them and recommend them.They are good to their promises, get the job done, are always on time, fix things right the first time, theyre courteous, affordable, and very personable. I plan on sticking with them. I know how hard it is to find a good and decent mechanic.

Highly recommend this place. Came with with multiple issues on multiple occasions. Cooling, brakes, electrical and have never had an issue with any of the repairs. Very professional and reasonable.

My car started acting up when I got into town from Coeurdalene and I didnt know what to do. I found Wilson Auto Tech and Alex was amazing. He even drove me to my sons baseball game while he fixed it. I am so thankful to have found this place so that I could get my car fixed and was able to get back home!

Took my card there diagnosed it told me if I brought a wiring harness it would be an easy fix I took the wiring harness into it they had it for a week and told me it would be $1,600 to fix it or they couldnt fix it the way it was with the new harness so they charged me $300 to do nothing
