Dont/wont carry brews that I used to buy here in years past. I have asked in person and on the phone for many items, and each time, when I return, they have no record of my order, and do not have the items in stock.If you enjoy beers from Ommegang, Chimay, Unibroue, etc., it seems you will need to go elsewhere to find it.

Even the guys in the redemption area have it cool that was nice to see very friendly quick and easy tip these guys well

The bottle redemption is my main reason for going to roopers. Guys are pretty quick. Its outside. Convenient for me

Store is fine but if youre there for the redemption center, be prepared for a lengthy wait. Past two visits Ive just left my bags with whoever was next in line after waiting fifteen minutes. Three windows and one worker. I expect this from Walmart, not the local shops.

I heard a story that I thought I should share. An elderly Veteran man decided to park his car here in a snowstorm because he couldnt make it to his nearby home with the driving conditions so he got a neighbor to give him a ride home. The next day when he returned to get the car he found out that his car got towed because the employees forgot to tell the towing service about the two neighbors cars that parked there overnight. The neighbor that gave him the ride home called the towing service and he explained the situation and they didnt care and still wanted a big towing fee to get the cars back and showed no mercy on the man. I heard that the owner of Roopers ended up paying the large towing bill and got these two peoples vehicles back! I thought that was a stand up thing to do for these people, its good to see a business that cares about their customers and the neighbors around them. Kudos to Roopers for stepping up and helping out this Veteran, well done.

They always have the liquor Im looking for and they always have it at a great price and theyre always great with the customer service theyve never gave me attitude and never disrespected me I will always be going there for my liquor

Great little place to get a good deal on cigarettes, a small/medium variety of some metal pipes sometimes and some bubblers and glass pieces and silicone pipes, alcohol, cigars and beverages or snacks. And on the backside theres a bottle return station!

Not a single customer wearing a mask, and every single employee had their masks hanging down by their necks. Completely irresponsible, and I will never go back.

I shop at this Roopers every day and I usually have a great experience, all the staff remembers me and assured me that I do not have to keep showing them my ID every time I go. Today there was a new girl who refused to sell me my usual product I buy every morning because I didnt have my ID, even though the rest of the staff told her I was of age she refused to sell it to me and made me go all the way back home to get my ID. It also didnt help that she was very rude. Not a good first impression of your new employee!!

I came into Roopers today and everything was neat and tidy. I have no complaints at all. I walked around looked at a few things Checked the store out and left.

I could not find Gunnars Daughter by Mast Landing anywhere. I tried Oxford and no luck. Bab at the Sabattus location found it saved it and cooled it. Top notch service, selection, stock and staff.

I had 8 garbages of returns, the girl I had was very personable and did not care how many bags I had. she told me that was her second day of work there, I felt so sorry for her having to go thru my 8 bags, but she was a trooper, did it all with a smile on her face, and a good additive.

I went there earlier (12/23 around 10ish) today to pick up a few nips for something I was making. The girl behind noticed I was trying to find something and offered her help. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for but the girl went out of her way to find me something comparable. Even though they were busy she took the time to help me find what I was looking for. This girl will be the reason I stop there again. I didnt catch her name but she was amazing. Thank you for the AMAZING customer service!
