Got into my car after having the tires changed over, noticed that the pressures were all off. Went back in to inform the techs, and was given attitude. I was told that it would reset after I drove off. That may be true for some vehicles, however, in my vehicle, the horn sounds when you reach the correct pressure. I know this because it happened with my previous changeover, and the tech thought this was a great feature. This time around, though, a different tech did the work and mumbled under his breath (loud enough to be heard by myself and my 13 year old son) while he corrected the issue. Not impressed. Will never visit this location again. Prior to this, I always found them to be incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Sad to say, that one horribly rude tech in 15+ years has indefinitely ruined their reputation for me. The manager that day witnessed the attitude and said nothing.

I needed two tires. They gave me very good service. I had to return a few hours later to get the tires installed but when I returned they jumped right on it and got the job done. Their busy. When you give good customer service. You get busy. This is the second set of tires I have purchased from them. Also an alignment. Good service all three times. I’ll be back.

So this my issue I have an AWD car and they said they have do all of the tires because of the transfer case. I totally understand that but I’ve been there before with the same car and only had 1 tire replaced. So if you only changed 1 tire last why you just do 2 that I need done?That’s my issue you already did it once so your policy on AWD doesn’t make sense. Am also a disabled vet so I don’t have a lot of money as it is.

I came in first thing this morning with a flat tire. I was hoping for a quick repair but unfortunately it was beyond inspection so I had to get 4 new tires. I had unfortunately just received some news of the sudden and unexpected loss of a family member moments before that phone call so needless to say I wasnt in a stellar head space. The crew at tire warehouse and Im so sorry I cant remember your name went above and beyond to get me new tires TODAY and have me back on the road before 5pm. He took care of knowing exactly which tires I wanted and just handling it without any heavy lifting at all from me.It was so appreciated and I cant thank you enough!

I was showed a great price online so I called to confirm that what I seen was the actual price I was told yes then I get to the store an end out it’s not the actual price that their is more fees that would increase the price for the 2 tires by almost the price of another tire .... I understand their is fees for disposal / installation/ an anything else they can charge for but it should be added into the advertisement of the tire so when you decide to purchase tires it’s not gonna be $100 plus ore then what you were told .... maybe I’m the only person that thinks this way not sure

Good service and they go above and beyond . Had a problem with a front spring that had broken, and when they pointed it out I was hesitant to drive it home after. I had my car towed to a place I do business with, and got a ride home with an employee. They were very helpful and will take my business there again.

Tech didnt put a sensor valve stem back in and didnt say anything had to go back however they put the sensor in for free and thats really all I could ask for to make it right I appreciate that greatly I understand being short handed sometimes and stuff happens making it right was why I gave 4 stars . I just got 4 new tires and an alignment. The manager mike was very professional and went above and beyond his duty to ensure I had a great experience and service. Use to be first come first serve...which was great, you knew going into it... but apparently making appts now is where its come to, and it still is taking 60 mins waiting to swap 4 over to snow tires I brought with me and I was the only car physically being worked on...The sense of any urgency now = zero stars

After getting price in tires, I booked appt and my husband went to the 1030am appt and never got out till 12:00 . on top of that they had gotten wrong size i had told them, the quoted a price and the said there was a mistake and the price was 40.00 per tire more. to say the least will never go back and wont recommend to anyone. I bought a new AWD SUV this year, and was unsure how it would be in the snow. After one trip out, I knew it needed better tires. I went to Tire Warehouse where they showed me a couple options. I was a walk in customer and from the start this crew was great. I had purchased tires not from them but online. The tires were substantially larger but going on the same rims. They assessed and consulted then did the installation. After it was clear the tires needed an alignment which was not in my budget to be done right away. But after we assessed (it was visible that an alignment was needed) and talked safety and possible damage to my 1300 dollars worth of tires the manager offered a special price that I could afford for an alignment. He also applied my military discount on top of the alignment discount. Well, the job was completed. Truck drives spot on as well. Great job in my view. I would recommend them to anyone with tire, wheel or alignment needs. They treat you as a person and not a number thinking only of making money. Thank God for that.

When buying my first full set of brand new tires for my car I was worried it would be expensive. I called a few places to find out a median price to get an idea of what I needed to pay. Tire Warehouse was able to get me the best deal. they set me up with a solid reliable brand of tire for a great price and were very nice to do business with. This location is also a great for wheel alignments. Every car i brought here has been met with top service and highly skilled workers.

I called about a flat tire and they told me to come in and they would check it out for me. They were very kind and helpful. Turns out the place I went to put in air in my tire was the issue . They were honest I didn’t need a tire so they aired up my tires for free . I would definitely recommend them. Definitely will be getting my new set of tires from them.

Ive always had good experiences with all tire warehouse locations Ive used. Their prices are on par with online prices but youve got someone local to go to when you need rotations or a plug. Stay away from the big box stores that sell tires...go to the guys who do it all day every day.

I was so stressed this past Saturday when on my way to a funeral a passerby flagged me down to tell me my tire was almost flat. I was able to get my car to Tire Warehouse but not before I fell apart and desperately called asking if they could fix it. I have now gone there for new tires 2x in the last two years ( I commute about 100 miles per day for work ). Both times I have gone the service has been exceptional. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and they are friendly and very easy to work with. I have stopped using the dealership where I purchased my car because the service was mediocre and the prices were outrageous. When I go to this location I feel like Im treated fairly and the prices are reasonable and I dont feel like Im being taken advantage of. Highly recommend this location!

After a defective TPMS valve was discovered after a tire install at a different location, Mike and Andrew from Lewiston and Augusta went over and above the call of duty to make the situation right, even coordinating the follow-up in Belfast, which also went smooth. The closest thing to when sears auto used to do great tire work. These guys are the best around. Been going to them for tires for about 10 years with four vehicles for 60k household miles a year. This first unforeseen mishap was handled thoroughly to my satisfaction and theyve kept a customer for life. Cannot recommend enough.

Disappointed in this last visit. After having seasonal tires switched over there is a clicking sound when I turn...sometimes when I hit bumps..and sometimes after taking off from a stop. Having my mechanic look at it before calling TW. Whatever it is didnt hapoen until they did my tires. Ive always used these guys and never had issues until this time. Also ..my daughters car was done at the same time and all 4 tire pressures are off..3 are really low. Did they even check pressure??
