A good service center. They have lots of staff and perform quick service. They usually have a lot of tires in stock, but be smart and call ahead.

The staff and techs were very friendly. I did waite a bit longer than expected but Im confident that they were professional and made sure to check everything out to make sure my rig is road worthy! Great Job!!!

Only got one star because I had to in order to post a review. Now I know why people tell me not to go there. Went to get a flat tire fixed, the guy tried to say it was too warn, (it has a life time warranty). He tried to show my boyfriend where, and when my boyfriend was trying to feel where it was warn because the tires are fine, he found a bolt in the tire. Left without getting the tire fixed and had to go somewhere else. Never going back.

Les Schwab on Main Street just did my wheels on my truck. While doing the install, they found my wheel sensors were wearing out and replaced them as well. This saved me a second trip down the line. Thanks for looking out for your customers.

This particular visit involved fixing a leaking old plug patch on one tire. That part was great. I asked to have my new Tire Pressure Sensor (TPMS) put in another tire, and they would not do it, because I did not purchase from them. That was not okay with me. Les Schwab is always known for excellent customer service and going above and beyond to provide that service for the customer. Its not always cheap though I can tell you that. Les Schwab Tire. I guess you get what you pay for.

We were stopping in Lewiston last Sundayfor breakfast and noticed fluid leaking by a rear tire. My husband recognized this as a rear axle problem. Because we were meeting up with family in Yellowstone, we rented a car & left ours at a nearby auto repair shop with the keys & a note. Neither that shop nor the one they recommended could even look at our car for at least a week. On Wednesday my husband called Les Schwab and got connected with Mike. Not only was Mike able to look at our car before the weekend, he even picked it up from where we left it and drove it to Les Schwab so that we didn’t have to have it towed. Then he proceeded to get both rear axles replaced, checked brakes & transmission-finished a day early and for $100 less than the estimate. Everything and everyone at this shop was wonderful.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Im also so impressed with the customer service and the work that they do. I always stay and wait for the work on my car to be done and the waiting area is nice and clean.

These guys do a great job of working with the customer. Ive always been a big fan of their warranty policy, which pretty much covers anything and everything that could happen to your tires. Staff is courteous and friendly, they get in there and get the job done, theres a wide variety of selection, they even gave me a ride to go pick up my winter tires and did it free of charge. Now thats not something youre going to get from just your average tire place. They also do brakes and batteries. Also, if you think youve got good credit, you can try to apply for their in-house financing.

We were traveling through the area, camping at Hells Gate, and discovered a bolt in the tread of a tire late in the afternoon. We were leaving the next morning. I called Les Schwab and they told me to bring the truck in theyd take care of it. The got me in, fixed the tire and on my way in short order. Thank You to the young lady who checked me in!

My wife and I have been frequent customers of Les Schwab for our entire lives and now I will never use their services again and I will recommend all of my friends and family to do the same. We were heading home from Pullman to Lewiston and got a flat on the brand new tire/rim (purchased at Les Schwab by the way) and because it happened 20min to close they want to charge us $260 to drive 14 miles. So much for their motto of Doing the Right Thing since 1952. Apparently not anymore Absolute HØR$Ë$H!T!!!

Could learn to put tires on rite and not have them fly off while your driving home. Not once but twice this has happened to me with the Main Street location

Got the work done in a timely fashion.

All of the employees I encountered were very kind and helpful. The receptionist replied to questions immediately and with a smile. Theyre also very fast (but to the credit of other places, there are many more mechanics at this location, hence more hands and help).

I called to see if they had two used tires and gave them my specs. I was told they do and the tires are $50 each plus mount and balance. Was told the wait was about 45 minutes. They were correct on the wait time. But they did not ask if my tires were 4 ply or 10 ply. They were 10 ply so they couldnt put the two tires they quoted me on. The tires that would work were $100 each (twice the price). I had to go out of town the next day and had waited until 5 PM for my turn. It was my fault for waiting last minute, I shouldve got my pickup in sooner. Unfortunately if I had known it was twice what I was expecting, I couldve priced around and not wasted 45 minutes. I agreed to the tires and spent $230. Luckily I had pulled out extra cash and had enough for the tires. Still a great price for two tires, but was a little bummed that I called and gave specs and that the ply was assumed (tech even told me she assumed that they were 4-ply) and not asked. That should be their responsibility to make sure they have the correct information so that they can give a proper quote. Felt a little like bait and switch. I didnt know any better, but I do now. I have learned my lesson and will definitely state the ply from the get go and price around better.

They do the job right the first time, they fix flats, tire rotations, and on bold o snow tire swaps for free.

They have always been a great help when needed....fixing flats changing and rotating tires, brakes, struts, etc.....awesome service.....

Blew out our brakes going down the hill. Shane was very fast and helpful, checked all our brakes and axle seals. Showed us that the rear was leaking also, very skilled and honest pricing. We always go to les shwab, and not a better place for our situation

My family always goes to Les Schwab for our tires, and anything that has to do with tires. But I am sad and rather annoyed at how this problem that my husband and I have is being handled. We came to you to get different rims, and snow tires this last winter, around the beginning of October. We paid, and went merrily on our way. Just to come back now to take those tires off to find out that our old summer tires do not fit the rims you sold us. Then you tell us that you dont sell those types of rims anymore, and offer to sell us more tires. Which we dont have the money for. Im VERY disappointed in the way this is being handled. I understand yall cant just give away tires, but you should have told us all of that information back in October. Because now our summer tires are useless, and we have to fork our MORE money that we dont have just to fix an issue you guys created.

Its been over ten years ago but I paid 500 dollars for rims and when I went to pick them up they said I had already picked them up. I brought in my receipt and talked to the manager. He said he would order new ones and have them shipped to the Clarkston store in a month. A month later when I went to pick them up they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about and threatened to call the police if I didnt leave. The manager had kept my receipt so I couldnt really do anything about it since I paid with cash. So they pretty much stole 500 dollars from me.

It has good service like all Les Schwabs but as it is a bit smaller than the ones in Boise they generally have to order brake parts on all cars, even the popular models.

For the past week Ive been hearing my brakes squeak so I figured it was time to have them inspected and I was expecting to have to pay a bunch of money for new brakes but because Les Schwab offers a free brake inspection they told me it was just a little bit of rust and I had plenty of breaks left and they saved me tons of money Im very impressed by the service I got today in Lewiston Idaho
