Very accommodating. We had key issues with one not transmitting. They were able to replace batteries and program it in 30 minutes for less than $70. And everyone was pleasant. We are pleased with their service.
Just bought a brand new Crosstrek here - came down from Spokane, and it was worth the trip. Easy to access and knowledgeable staff. Made us very aware of every step of the process. As always, we were greeted promptly when approaching the service counter. All staff are friendly. Jason was thorough in explaining what services were performed and what we might need done in future service inspections. The customer waiting area is quiet and comfortable. We also appreciated a short visit with Dane who remembered us from purchasing our Subaru from him last year. He took the time to show us a couple features of our Outback we were not familiar with yet.
Excellent service all around. Took my car in to address 4 recalls. Although they were missing one part for one of the recalls, communication was wonderful. One of the staff (I think her name was Shania) was top notch. During my 3.5 hours in the lobby I witnessed her communicating clearly with others waiting and constantly gave updates to all clients. Very knowledgeable and kind. To all staff, keep up the great work!

We had a wonderful experience with Rogers Subaru. Our Salesman was Josh Hammel and he was very helpful. Our main concern was that it was difficult for us to get in and out of our former car. He found out our needs and wants and then brought up an Outback for us to try out. It was easy for us to get in and out of and drove well. They had just what we wanted in color and options. Because of the shortage in vehicles we had to wait a week for our car to arrive. We were given a loaner.We love our new car and the service contract we opted to buy. We highly recommend Rogers Subaru.
When another Subaru dealer said it would take 3-4 weeks to repair our car, Rogers got us in, the next day (and even gave us a loaner car).Shania did a great job keeping us updated through the entire process and Corey was also very helpful when we came to pickup our car. Im visiting Lewiston from out of state. The closest dealership to my home is over 2 hours away, so I scheduled an oil change while Im in town. My service advisor, Jackson Rose, let me know about 2 open recalls and was able to schedule those for the very next day. Friendly and professional, and a free car wash. I highly recommend.

I recently had a problem with my air conditioning not working. The first day that I was scheduled, they found the reason quickly and said that I would have to return the next day. I explained that I had appointments back at the town where I live and that it wasnt convenient to come that day. Corey was very helpful, and go me a loaner car, so I could drop my car off and get back to my appointments in a timely manner. Thank you to Corey for his help and making my visit more convenient.

This was my first time buying a car, and it was a great experience. The vehicle was a used car and they made sure to fix it up for me prior to purchasing, which I really appreciated. I could easily have thought the car was new for how cleaned up it was and the way it performed. Everything works really well, and it runs excellently. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. I worked with Dane Hillesland primarily, who showed me the car, let me test drive it, and made sure it was in proper condition prior to my purchase etc. Once I decided on buying it, Ross Gittins helped me through the paperwork and explained services and coverage options. Both of them were very helpful as well as professional, and were great about answering any questions I had. I came away feeling very comfortable and satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased a 2021 Subaru from a different dealership and the vehicle had an issue that my dealership couldnt resolve after having it in the shop for a month. Subaru of America told me I could get a second opinion and I did from Rogers Subaru. Within an hour of having the car they were able to replicate the issue and told me theyd help and they did. I brought my 2018 Impreza to Rogers Subaru to perform two necessary recalls. Having recently moved here from Reno NV, this was my first visit to this dealership. The staff, specifically Shania my service advisor, was courteous and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what needed to be done for my car, and went over the cursory inspection report so that I what my next steps should be for my Imprezas health: tires! Ugg! She printed out several options of tires for me to consider, and walked me through the differences. I was very pleased with the quality of service and will definitely be back soon for the tires! Rogers Subaru is yet another reason I am glad to be a part of the Subaru family

Tried to get a car. Took a whole 3 days to even hear if I got approved, and when I did, I was told I couldnt buy the car I wanted, I had to find another. I even gave an employee my number to call me at and asked multiple people for my sales rep to call me. Not once did I get a call back personally from ANY sales people, including the manager. And when I called, every other person answered EXCEPT the man who was supposed to help me. I didnt even get any returned calls after I left messages asking to be called personally at work to ask whats going on. Nooope. Not once. You know who got called? My girl. Not me. Complete waste of time. If you like waiting days on end, its a perfect place.Let me tell you how awesome it is to see people go and leave in one day with an accomplished task.

Marcus made us feel safe by genuinely wanting the best deal for us. He gave us space yet was knowledgeable and made us feel taken care of.We also had some at risk people in our covid bubble so it was extra important to be covid conscious and Marcus was LITERALLY the most considerate. We always bring our Subaru to be service here. However in this case we needed to get a windshield replaced at another business but needed the calibration for the eyesight system done here. Not only the Jason accommodate my busy schedule, when I had to return the rental car he had a shuttle pick me up. These people no customer service.

When you have one good experience with a new car purchase, you are happy. When you have two, you feel blessed. When you have 4, its a long term relationship built on integrity, loyalty and service. This is the 4th time we have purchased Subaru and Toyota cars from the Rogers family of dealerships in Lewiston. On every occasion, the salesman and management were pros who valued building that long term relationship, not just short term profit. Manager Corey and Salesman Dane at Rogers Subaru not only came in much lower on the deals, but did it without dithering or trying to steer us to a car in inventory. They were upfront, friendly and professional, eschewing the old school method of car sales that can be tedious and insulting at times. In both cases (2021 Crosstrek and Outback) not having the particular car we were looking for was no problem. Their network of dealer relationships got us the exact car we wanted in less than a week, delivered to us in Boise free of charge. Price, choice, service...its the ethic and value mission at Rogers Subaru.

I helped a family member negotiate the selling price for a new Subaru. During the negotiation, the salesperson said they would price match other dealers. I shared a screen capture of a competing dealers price which was approximately $1,400 lower but withheld the dealers name. Rogers did not honor the competing price because I wouldnt share the dealers full information out of personal ethical concern.Even though the competing dealer offered a lower price, I still recommended Rogers to the family member given the proximity to each other. I agreed on a final sales price with the salesperson, put them in contact with the family member, and asked them to send me a final bill of sales, which I never received.The family member went in to pick up the Subaru with enough cash in hand to purchase car outright but was presented with and agreed to accessory and warranty add-ons of approximately $6,000. They left with a manufacturers loan of approximately $6,000 along with loss of a $1,000 cash rebate.Upon learning of the change to the sale terms, I called the GM who had the finance manager contact me. With some discussion, the finance manager agreed to cancel the extended warranty but held steady on the price of the accessory add-ons, as did the GM. The family member was able to recover most of the additional expenses with the exception of the accessories and get out of the loan.

They were both friendly, very knowledgeable about their job and product, easy to talk with and answered all our questions honestly and accurately, and made the buying an easy and quick process. Dane was quick to notify us about a Subaru coming in that fit our needs. It is our second Subaru and we appreciate their efforts at getting us a great car with excellent service.
Made a wrong a right...We bought a Subaru Outback 2010 at 106k miles for $13k which overall was a pleasant experience. We had lots of questions about maintenance and overall made us feel that we were choosing a good growing family car.Fast forward to 6-9 months of owning the car and we began to notice two issues of stalling when coming to a sudden stop and a noticeable sounds and jerking when moving at 50+MPH. We found out that the car was affected by two Subaru Technical Service Bulletins, Tsb16-95-15rTsb16-90-13rAfter back and forth with both Rogers and Subaru Corp. we got the car diagnosed for free and came to a total cost of $7,800 in Repairs. We reached an agreement on sharing the cost; Subaru Corp. paid $2,500, we paid $2,500 and Rogers covered the rest.While it was upsetting and frustrating experience, I am appreciative that all three parties (Subaru Corp, Rogers and myself) could come to an agreement that was within our budget. Even though Rodgers and Subaru did not have a legal obligation to help us, they did make this wrong right. At the end of it all we are satisfied with the outcome and glad we now have a reliable/safe car. Thank you to Jackson, Jason, and Charles. We really appreciate your customer care.
Earlier this spring I took my Legacy to Subaru to have a window issue resolved. However the issue incidentally started acting up again this week, and my check engine light was also on. I took my car in and they resolved both issues speedily and without charge. I am so grateful for the great service we have gotten here.

Rogers Subaru knowingly, admittedly falsified a Certified Pre-Owned Inspection Check Sheet for a 2017 Outback purchased November 2020.After 9 days of the car being signed by a master mechanic on 11/20/2020 as Certified Pre-Owned, on 11/29/2020 an $800 broken seat was discovered along with missing items within the vehicle- all marked off as passing on the certified inspection check sheet. Subaru Corporate Case # 1-631-209-87453.Rogers Subaru offering to fix these problems after the fact should not be confused as good customer service. It is merely covering tracks of a misrepresented C.P.O Check Sheet. Buyer beware.Perhaps in the past they were reputable, but now they are getting desperate in the time of pandemic and starting to operate differently, unethically.
My wife bought a Subaru crosstrek in August of 2018 in Tacoma. We bring the car in fro oil changes regularly. When Rogers does an oil change they will do a alignment if needed. Although the three times it was supposedly done NOTHING was done and we were charged. Paint on wheels were lined perfectly from factory when we brought into ASE mechanic for tires/alignment. Factory tires were wore out sooner then expected due to poor alignment.

Corey Jackson and Dane Hillesland are by far the BEST people I have dealt with at any car dealership! Corey took care of us and exceeded our expectations!! Dane was very knowledgeable and showed us all the ins and outs of our new Crosstrek!! I would give 100 stars if the app allowed! We definitely will not buy a car or truck from anyone else! Brian Adams had done all the work, found the exact Outback we wanted, and had it waiting for us when we arrived. We were in and out the door in an hour, which seemed like magic after our 4-hour still-no-deal experience at another dealership. We still miss Ambassador, but Brian Adams is our new go-to Subaru guy, and the 2020 is the best Outback yet!

Ive gone to Rogers Subaru for warranty work a few times (mostly for random annoying squeaks). They worked hard to hunt down the issues and seemed to genuinely care about resolving them. Ill keep going to them for work on my subi!
