I came into this store last night and was served by Chris. He was very polite and respectful. While ringing up my order he was friendly and fast. He gave service with a smile. It was my first time coming in this store and I will definitely be back.

Gas stations not bad if you can get the pump to stay on. The app works good and most of the time theres no problem getting gas and running. However the great person behind the counter will shut the pump off on you if you dont keep your hand on the nozzle. It was wind and rainy and she shut the pump of three time on me. I guess its time to find a new gas station that doesnt feel the need to mess with there clientele.

Last night went in 10:30 pm ( sign on door says closed at 11 pm ) the lady worker said sorry we are closed now . Nice customer service . Then take sign down if you are closing whenever your staff feels like it . Took my business up the street .

I had a bad experience here before the people working here were rude to me. The employees were better when it was the small store across the street.

The manger....is so rude, gives dirty looks&ignores you if she feels your not important! & They made me wait over ten mins for food, then told me....maybe I should come in earlier..... She was on the phone the whole time! Rude!!!!!!

I have been coming to this store multiple times a day for 4 years and you would think the customer service would improve but it hasnt. The manager and gentlemen with glasses are rude. Today for example the man was cashing me out and I asked for 2 donuts he seemed put out by my request. The manger then asked what I wanted as she could tell as well. When he told her what I wanted she ROLLED HER EYES!

Don a cashier who works the overnights at Cumberland Farms is always on top of it. Even if mad people are placing orders for food, and are in line, hes always efficient and professional. I have also been there during the day, employees are always pleasant.One resounding message from employees is that the company treats them well. So, that is nice to hear, and a big reason Ill keep going back.

Excellent place to get a quick bite to eat, a favorite fountain drink, a coffee or hot chocolate, snacks for the road, and your favorite drink for the road.Gas the tank up, get the family together and head to your favorite place and plan your trips near cumberland farms stores.

I Stopped at Cumberland farms today for a coffee. Its a nice gas station. The workers are polite. The bathrooms clean. And the coffee is good. Ill be coming back soon. I recommend this store if your ever heading to sabbatus.

They don’t wear masks because they don’t want to confrontation between the customers apparently they don’t want to keep anybody safe. Will never be going back to the store.
