Best cupcakes any of us have *ever* had! Every little detail was perfect--texture was perfect, unbelievably good frosting, beautiful presentation... I had to stop myself at a dozen!!

We ordered my daughters birthday cake here, so adorable! The employees are incredibly friendly, the chocolate raspberry cupcake is amazing and there macaroons are beautiful.Will order from again!

Love cupcakes, try this place out!!! They have so many choices and I havent had a bad one yet! They also made my granddaugthers birthday cakes for the last couple year, and they were delicious. Moist with the most awesome, made from scratch buttercream!! Try it out and I dont think you will be disappointed. They also have awesome breakfast sandwiches...

Cupcakes cupcakes cupcakes! The whoopie pie I got was... I dont know... is a whoopie pie supposed to be like a big whoopee or just a kind of small whoopee?? This was on the small whoopee side, and I dont mean the size of the pie.

I come here for the macaroons! Absolutely try them when they’re available! Champagne, Strawberry, and caramel are delicious and the one diet breaker this fitness boy allows himself.

The cupcake frosting is always good but the cake is sometimes stale. We got 6 about half were great.

I visited this place for the first time over the weekend and fell in love. The cupcakery is adorable, the treats are delicious and super cute, the service was great, and the vibe was relaxing!

Love the cupcakes. Great flavor combos. The cake itself is a good consistency, not overly dense and not too crumbly. The frosting is the moneymaker. Straight shot to the bloodstream thatll make you sit up straight.

I have been to the Cupcakery several times before. Today I purchased a chicken salad wrap. Delicious! The chicken was fresh as were the greens and the wrap itself was perfect. I purchased two carrot cake cupcakes and a whoopie pie for my family. The Cupcakery products have never disappointed us! I ate my wrap in the dining area, which is nicely decorated in eclectic farmhouse. I loved the color scheme as well as the mismatched chairs and farm table. This not-for-profit business is a gem in Lewiston.

Amazing cupcakes! The ladies that run the shop ate very friendly as well. We just moved to Maine from California and they had a list (literally, they wrote a list) of places to be sure to experience. So nice and friendly. The cupcakes are fantastic as well! We will definitely return in the future.

The Cupcakery is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Jenn and Angel were two of the sweetest people we have met while here in Maine. We moved here from CA over the summer and they gave us some really cool tips on places to check out in Maine. We really appreciate their awesome customer service and the CUPCAKES are by far the BEST in MAINE! I LOVE the sweetness and creamy texture of the frosting. These cupcakes would be perfect for any type of special event!!! In addition, I purchased a hot Chai Tea and is was the perfect blend!! and way better then any I had in Ca at a major coffee chain :) Next time we are visiting this area we plan to stop by and try some of their lunch items and coffee! As they seemed to have a great variety of yummy sounding items! We highly recommend this shop to anyone! And thank you again Jenn and Angel for the wonderful tips and thoughtfulness you showed us!! It was very sweet of you both!!

They have so many different delicious-looking cupcakes, among other desserts. Their Espresso cupcake is especially amazing.

Im honestly surprised they are still in business. They make beautiful cupcakes but the flavor just is not there. They were very heavy dense cupcakes, and the frosting tasted like straight sugar, very thick and heavy just like the cupcakes. We also tried the Macroons and were very dissapointed, they were dry, and the filling so so sweet and thick it gave me an instant headache. They are a beautiful little shop and amazing decorators, but they really need to work on flavors. We ordered 9 cupcakes and out of my family of 5 plus my father we gave the last 4 too, only my 11 year old liked her cupcake. My 6 and 4 year old took one bite and spit it out.

I ordered a crayon box cake for my daughters third birthday and I was amazed to say the least. This was the best cake that I have ever seen and it completely made my daughters day! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and I cant wait to order more cakes in the future.

If you like sweeter/more sugary frosting, youll probably like this place more than I did. The sample mini-cupcakes my husband and I tried had really wonderful and moist cake, but the actual cupcakes we purchased turned out to be dry and hard when we got to our destination less than an hour later. Maybe they were a day old because of the storm? They werent -bad-, but as someone who likes the cake part more than the frosting, it was disappointing. Especially when compared to the sample I tried.Well still try to go back and give them another chance. It was a cute place and they had a small breakfast and lunch menu, and they had some interesting flavor options for the cupcakes that Im still willing to try.

The cupcakes are delicious! I am amazed more people dont stop there for a coffee and treat.

I wasnt able to stay long as I had somewhere to be, but the shop itself seems so warm and lovely, I wish I could have stayed! Onto the cupcake, the cake itself was WONDERFUL! So moist and yummy! The frosting on the other hand, was gross. It didnt taste like chocolate AT ALL. All I tasted was sugar, and I LOVE sweet things but the frosting was just too much. I ended up wiping the frosting off and just eating the cake.

Good coffee, dont bother with the muffins. Cupcakes are good.

Sorry but my daughter wasso excited to get these supposed special cupcakes that are pretty high priced . We get them home and they are all gross we even got several kinds i was in a I could not believe i spent so much money on cupcakes that the kids took one bite out of

There was a tiny bit of miscommunication, but they were fast and went above and beyond to fix it. The cupcakes were delicious and there were unique flavors to choose from. We got a smores and a PB&J. Very very good.

For the price I dont think they are all that. I like a moist cupcake. I bought 2 dozen and unfortunately was not pleased. I like the different flavor ideas that you dont around here. I decided to give it another try so I also came in to buy a cupcake and only had a choice of 2 flavors. Wish there would of been more of a selection. Also was not greeted walking in and didnt get the greatest customer service.

Love the food and the new shop is adorable. There is plenty of seating. Clean and bright. Great atmosphere. Prices are fair.

Poor service during transport cupcakes were not secured properly and half the order tipped over I went back so they could fix them and they said that they wouldnt and couldnt replace them but that they would do their best to clean them up. So now I have to bring broken cupcakes to my brothers wedding. NICE....

The cupcakery made my wedding cake. It was so beautiful, and was the best tasting cake I have ever had! Their prices were very reasonable too!

Im sorry to say these are really awful. Tough, chewy and so dry. It was a throw away. Thought it was just mine but no it was all of them. Dont waste your money. Non profit doesnt mean no standards.

The carrot cake sample was good. I loved the butter cream frosting. The cupcakes lookEd great. The actual cupcakes were dried out and hard. I was disappointed.

At the very start walking in the Cupcakery is soothing...comfortable seating, wall hangings beautiful. I was greated with a big hello, how can I help you. The coffee is delicious, not sure how they make it but, its worth the wait! The baked muffins are always fresh & moist. Great flavors too. Cupcakes are a work of art themselves. Very favorable. Ive purchased several cakes & have been very pleased with the taste & appearance. Chelsie is a genius when it comes to decorating cakes. Im totally amazed at her work. Also, everytime I make a purchase Im supporting a non profit organization. Opportunities enterprises inc.

Sad to say the cupcakes I bought for my granddaughter’s 21th Birthday were hard, definitely not fresh, and hard to cut( bought, delivered, & eaten same day- verified by 2 people) I called the next day-spoke with Katie- & she apologized, was very understanding, she said to bring in the receipt for a refund. I did, a couple days later, spoke to a woman who was rude, said Katie hadn’t spoken to her, said “chocolate cupcake can last 6 months”, said I should gave brought them back( I would have if asked to)& couldn’t do anything... very poor product, poor customer service, and a spoiled 21th birthday gift. 1 star was because my granddaughter said, “well, at least they were pretty.”

Super dry and literally tasteless, I couldn’t even taste vanilla extract in my red velvet cupcake which is the #1 flavoring ingredient in all baked goods. Pretty much like chewing on a chunk of drying play-doh.

The associate who waited on my first visit had no enthusiasm. I entered excited about the place, especially being a Lewiston native, and left unimpressed. I havent even tasted the cupcakes yet. Hope they are 5 stars to make up for the service and her bland attitude. Not good.

Honestly not worth the money. Tasted better from a grocery store. I agree with the other review. Wipe off the frosting and your left with a dry cupcake. Waste of money.

I was very excited to see and try the cupcakery atmosphere was great the server was fantastic cupcakes looked delicious but when got home tried one was very dry inside almost stale i usually dont complain about stuff so i said let me give it a shot w another cupcake dry again stale the cream was was great but to pay $16.00 it should bebetter than that i purchased 6 cupcakes at nhcupcakery it was fantastic but will try it once more if same wont go again sorry

I want to thank The Cupcakery for the gorgeous 50th anniversary cake they made for my parents. The cake was fresh, delicious and moist. The buttercream frosting was to die for.
