This store is always very clean & organized.However the last time I went in, I took my granddaughter to restroom and there was splattered blood all up the wall, on the toilet & trashcan, wall & floor, considering its a baby changing station and being the town its in. Maybe lock it & have people ask for key??🤷🏼‍♀️🤔Also Everytime I used self checkout the machines were dirty & sticky. Luckily I carry my own Lysol wipes LoL. Other than that the store & employees are great 👍

This is by far my favorite grocery store, and favorite Hannaford. Their Hannaford To Go Service is spot on. Last week I got a delivery from Hannaford. Hannaford did everything right but the delivery service mucked up and left our groceries out in the hot sun without letting us know theyd arrived, and then, AND THEN- they delivered the next batch to the wrong address. Needless to say I was irritated and it was an unpleasant experience. I have to say that Hannaford did everything right and went above and beyond to make right my order. They even offered credit on my next purchase. I thought it would be red tape to get the credit, but I was absolutely delighted today when they remembered me from last week and honored the credit they promised. I love this store. I am a person who is home bound due to being on chemo. I am very often ill and unable to go out for groceries. Being able to have good, quality groceries delivered or available to pick up without having to leave my vehicle is truly life saving. The in store shoppers pick the freshest, most delicious ingredients. My fruits and veggies always look beautiful and are exactly what Id pick if I were walking the aisles myself. The customer service at the Lewiston store is phenomenal. I wish I could remember the wonderful young mans name who loaded my car last week, or the incredibly empathetic and professional manager I talked to regarding the botched delivery. I will be a lifelong customer. My favorite place to shop, my favorite Hannaford. Thank you for making the difficult task of buying groceries simple, easy, and fun for me and my family!

I really like utilizing their Hannaford to Go app. Makes shopping so quick and easy. It was a godsend during the pandemic and I still use it now a year later. In all that time Ive only had one experience where I didnt receive everything that I ordered. But I was only charged for the items that I actually did receive.

I have been shopping at this location for many years and it has never failed. The store is extremely dependable and really pulled together as a team during the pandemic. Through a harrowing experience, I watched these folks push forward with a smile and carry strength. They have a great rewards program and really try to keep it as affordable as possible during these times of rising prices. I am appreciative to have them.

Love Hannaford and this Sabbattus Street location is no different great produce, quality meats and competitive prices. I enjoy the Natures Promise products. The staff here is always friendly.

I only use self checkout here. They have a ton of different brands of ice cream but not the best selection of flavors. But the ice cream is good. They dont have there organic aisle anymore. They mixed all the organic food in with the rest of the food.

Been going here fot years. Going down hill. Went today and no gallons of any kind of milk. Always going to another store to get everything I need. Cant wait for a Market Basket to open in this area.

Rows are no constant. Chips to aisle, cracker same way I will not use self check out. I DONT WORK FOR HANNFORD. SAME AS WALMART.. FOOD CITY WANTS YOU TO BRING CARTS IN SIDE. OCT1ST YOU WILL BE STOCKING YOUR OWN SHELVES

It was busy on a Sunday at about 11:00 in the morning. Some of the shelves were getting bare but overall it was a positive shopping experience people were friendly courteous and smiling

We tried to use Hannaford To Go, and had nothing but problems. Customer service was absolutely awful. We were over changed by over $30 and nobody will help us and we were told that they can’t do anything??? So I guess they are just going to keep our money, that’s cool. I will never be going here again.

I came into Hannaford today just to look around. I found a dinosaur! This location has a pay phone. Wow!!! Any who the store was clean. After my walk though I headed out side to the new clink drop off took a few picture and realized any one could just reach in to this bin like they was dropping stuff off and steal all the bags. You may want to fix this. Happy new year...

Fair, store is laid out differently than Im used to. Typically Walk into produce rather than bakery sections. Wish I knew how to give a 4 ¹/² ⭐ rating. Either way Happy 🥧 day to all.

I like this Hannaford better than the one in my town for selection. I use this one whenever I can.

Hannaford has improved so much over the past decade. This location was renovated and expanded, and they carry a lot more natural and organic products that I used to have to get at Trader Joes or Whole Foods. The rewards program is pretty good, too. I rarely go to the competitor anymore.

The meat is usually always good the produce now this time of year is nice especially the asparagus if you fry it and olive oil and garlic powder not a bad place to shop

I frequent this Hannaford because its close to my home and prices are fairly low. They have what I need in groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables. However, it has been an issue that they still allow unmasked individuals to come inside their establishment. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM. Now that there is a mandate, I will be taking pictures, forwarding them to The Governor and filing a report.

Value was fine, but still too busy for comfort. Isles crowded people practically bumping into one another going in and out of the isles. And the self check outs are to close together for all the registers to be open at once

Former employee here. Not a good place to work if you are a Conservative. I got into a debate with a co-worker whose political opinions differed from mine, and her manner for getting back at me was to spin up a tale of me forging her initials on the department cleaning sheet out of malice. I received no warning, no reprimand, just the nuclear option. Definitely wont be recommending this company any more.

I go here for my gluten free products as they always have the best selection! Not all of the products are together in one spot, though, but thankfully they have a GF label on the shelves as needed. Friendly staff too!

Saturday before mothers Day very busy. Some good prices on some items that was good.

I prefer to shop here and staff are always helpful.But, lately I have noticed that their shelves are empty and It has become more difficult to find whats needed.This could be a distribution issue ?

Clean, friendly and courteous. Affordable with many items to choose from. Pharmacy and customer service available as well as bottle redemption, restrooms, Redbox, coinstar and an ATM. (However I advise just taking out cash at the register which does not charge a fee like an ATM machine ! :)

Ive been going to this hannaford for more than 10 yrs. The people had always been great. Great place to shop. Only reason for 4 stars is due to them firing someone i knew without proper cause only to tell this person later that they were found not to be at fault and didnt even ask to rehire them.

This store is one of the few eco-friendly business in the area. The employees are friendly and empathetic. They carry local produce and often have great deals on seafood.

Store is always stock, always can get fresh veggies, meat and seafood.

I wish I was given a rain check for a sale item not available. And one back with roasted chicken was put in truck so it leaked throughout my trunk and when I went to pick it up it fell out on the ground because the bag had leaked.

I could go into detail, but its not worth it. Lets just say, we will not be shopping at this Hannaford, in Auburn, anymore! Very disappointed!

I love Hannaford Supermarket in Lewiston Maine! They have the nicest staff there. They are always helpful and kind. I love the coupons and rewards you get too! I rarely shop anywhere else.

The Hannaford to Go is key for the busy family. Usually good substitutions, for out of stock items.

Its called a super market for a reason... because its super! Has lots of supplies for home cooking if youre into that type of thing. Also has supplies if youre a novice cooker. Boxed Mac and cheese and hot dogs is were Id recommend starting out and gaining some skills.

They keep this Hannaford clean also they follow the guidelines. I havent had any problem finding things when I go.

I spent like 10 minutes trying to help a non-English speaking person try to find laundry detergent. I dont think they had what she wanted but when I asked the store personnel, the store manager herself was there and took over helping this lady out. The manager was still helping the woman when I left twenty or so minutes later. So five stars for customer service there, it was nice to see.

Place just had a make-up over. Looks great, ease of shopping and finding products- much improved. They also have a little dining area set aside for coffee drinkers and even have a micro- wave & toaster for eating bakery products. This store is quite welcoming

I had just arrived from Florida to visit my mom. I dropped her off at a beauty parlor in Sabattus and went to the Hannaford store in Lewiston to pick up a few items., While there, I lost my mothers car keys. I was really upset because my 98 year old Mom was going to be waiting for me to get her, and I didnt know the name of the salon. I couldnt reach her. Josh, an employee, came to my help. He and I searched all of the aisles I had used. Then Mr. Biron helped me. He even came to the car and searched outside. The manager came over and suggested that I take a cab while they would continue to look for my keys. I called for a taxi, but the taxi company was so busy that they had a recorded message saying to try calling again later. Then, when everything seemed like it was lost, an employee came outside with my keys! They had dropped into a cart, which is what Mr. Biron thought had happened. Im so impressed with the generous display of concern. Mr. Biron deserves a medal for making my problem his problem. Thanks so much!!!
