They have the greatest people working there. The store is always clean an easy to navigate. I use a wheelchair so alot of stores are so crowded I cant get around. They have a wide variety of products and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly..I am always greeted with a smile and a hello..most places dont do that any longer. Ive never had a bad experience there..its a pleasure just to stop by and browse.

Cant say enough about L-A Harley. From the moment we walked in to the time we left (3 hours later) we felt welcomed. Rodney our sales person helped me understand the different bikes and helped my husband and I pick the perfect one for us. Paul in clothing was so patience while I tried on 10 jackets, some multiple time :) Scott in the finance department made sure we understood all the programs available to us and helped us pick the one that works for us! The guys in services help us upgrade our bikes and add a few attachments. They made it fun with their poker run going to all the different departments and meeting everyone. So I went to L-A Harley to see the 2021 Sportster-S and for the fellowship that I receive every time I walk in. Bert,John, Randy,Brandon,Paul and everyone in the L-A Harley family.I got to test ride the new Sportster-S.Let me step back a second. Im Gil aka Chiko and Ive been riding Sportsters for 54 years now. And I also own an Indian Scout. See where Im going here. So I had some misgivings about a liquid cooled Sportster.The gracious staff was also waiting for me to give my opinion on the new Harley.Let me tell ya right now. The bike does not disappoint. Its power band is right there at your command. It shocked me that its so responsive. Blows by my Scout effortlessly.The horsepower, the brake and the road connectivity is like ridding a high end Italian motorcycle that cost twice as much.Thanks guys now I have to persuade Elaine that I need another motorcycle.

I bought a motorcycle here recently and honestly I was blown away by the friendly employees and service. They were down to earth and helpful. Also they got me financed in very little time. But what I most enjoyed was the whole celebration they put on after you Finalize your purchase of a motorcycle. I really did feel like one of the family after that!! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone as I will be returning there the next time I buy a motorcycle.

WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A MOTORCYCLE !!!!!! I went here for the first and last time looking for a bike for my wife for her birthday. Found a decent used bike which I was going to buy outright but the battery was dead so I wasnt able to hear it run they said theyd charge the battery and hold it til the next day. Never said anything to me about a 24 policy on holding it. Well the next day I had to work late and couldnt make it before they closed so the wife called and let them know the situation why I couldnt make it ( it was due to work) again never said anything about the 24 hour hold policy to her either they said no problem well see you in the morning. They sold the bike that morning. Needless to say I went to big moose Harley in Portland ( best place ever highly recommend them ) and bought her a brand new bike there...

This place is wonderful for shopping for anyone that stopping for anyone that has a Harley or that wants one or that once 1 it is a little expensive a little expensive but I got something for I got something from my dad there so I didnt mind spending that no I didnt mind spending the extra money because my dad means the world to me

I was looking to replace my 2014 Ultra Limited with a new Road Glide Limited and went to LA Harley to see what was available. I was greeted by Jim who struck up a conversation asking about my experiences riding. There was no sales pressure, only honest conversation about what I was looking for. All my questions were answered and contact information exchanged. Jim followed up a couple days later with info on available colors and expectations of future inventory. I did look at models at another dealership but returned to LA Harley because of my initial experience. With the blessings of my wife we made the purchase of a 2021 Road Glide Limited. The customer experience was superior to any purchase Ive ever made. Id encourage everyone to go to LA Harley for a good honest deal with a caring team of professionals anxious to please their customers.

Went here to trade my bike in the salesman was awesome explained everything about the bike so I thought sure lets give this place a shot. Basically was told my bike wasnt worth much because of mileage yet they have bikes on the floor with just as much mileage May go back for gear but wont try to buy a bike there and yes I traded my bike in elsewhere.

Motor clothes department very helpful they bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want especially Lori and Paul. Last but not least the mechanics are top notch.

They do not honor the MVP discount. And the worst customer service of any Harley Dealership we have ever dealt with. Seacoast and Rochester Harley are our favorites in the general area.

This is the second bike Ive bought here, under the new owner with the new staff, it was an easy experience. The salesman, Jim Marcous was great, no pressure, easy to talk too. The only draw back was they were a bit understaffed on a Friday, but as I was told, some call outs really back things up, so it wasnt their fault. In total, was a great experience, happy with my Elecra Glide, and the clothes I bought for my kids

My husband and I went in looking for a Harley. We left receiving the very best experience we had received anywhere. We went in during one of their large events but never felt like they had more important things to do. Our sales rep was Adam. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just perfect to work with. During the actual purchase of our motorcycle, we worked with Scott. He was also very knowledgeable and worked with us to get the perfect financial conclusion for us. We are not from the local area and we decided, after shopping at other motorcycle dealerships, including other Harley locations closer to our home, we would make the trip to L. A Harley. And we are very glad we did. We felt more like family than a customer. And, because of that, we are happy to now be part of the L. A Harley Family. The dealership itself has some serious communication problems. You almost never get to talk to a person, instead, you have to leave a message and hope they call you back. That being said, they did an OUTSTANDING job on my 2001 Springer. They installed a new seat, mufflers, tires and more. Then they detailed the bike. It looks better than it ever has. I couldnt be more pleased with the actual work.

Once again the L/A Harley Service team pulls through. Thanks for quick turnaround on replacing my tire.

Bought two bikes...both were delivered with dead batteries, one with an oil leak and no low beam and the other with a bald tire. Had work done to both of them and none of the stock parts were delivered with the bikes like they said they would be. Had to go out of our way and ride over 100 miles to get our parts and a new tire because they dont honor their word and they obviously dont inspect the bikes or even make sure they start before they deliver them. When we arrived to get the stock parts and the new tire, they wouldnt even look at the oil leak to let us know if it was okay to ride like that. L-A is great when you are buying the bikes but once they have your money, their service is terrible. Forget about paying for the service plan, they do not honor it.
