I was here for a delivery. I have proof as I was texting my son at 9:34 am. At 10 am, I open the door and a note says Fed Ex tried to deliver at 9:34 and no one was home. AGGGG. Tried to call. Phone disconnected. I leave town tomorrow at noon. Sweet. I am furious.

Who runs a shipping business that doesnt allow you to call them. Their number is just an automated service that doesnt allow you speak to a actual person. I called a local FedEx onsite and they literally told me that they had the direct line to their shipping center but was not allowed to give it out...Please UPS put them out of business!

Their local customer service number routes you to generic, overseas customer service. Impossible to get ahold of, horrible delivery times, etc. Really wish UPS would put them out of business already. Not sure why everyone doesnt use UPS.

FedEx went from #1 to the absolute worst in the transportation industry. Delivery is 7 days late and finally scheduled for delivery today, but returned to Lewiston ID without being delivered. No reason given just rescheduled for delivery tomorrow!! If an online merchant will not ship by other means, I will buy elsewhere!!

Both Amber and Kaleb have excellent customer service skills. Due to an impossible situation, they took accountability for the illegal choices of other FedEx personnel. If it were not for these extraordinary individuals going above and beyond to remedy the problem, I would have had my savings stolen. They took the correct action to assure and empathize with my circumstances. All hospitality workers should take a lesson from these two on how to sublimate crime/ fireable offenses into extenuating situations. They truly provided concern, compassion, care and a helpful solution. I deeply appreciate yall!

Unreal! I hope you dont ever need to talk to customer service with FedX. After multiple times trying to talk to a real person I was put on hold to talk to a representative. I waited while I listened to occasional beeps and then a computer came on to have me do a survey of how I thought they did their job, 0-5. I havent even talked to anyone yet! I put 0 of course. I called back and the computer asked if I was calling in regards to the tracking number I had and I said yes so the computer so the computer said sorry it has already been discussed and the package will be here by 4:30. Its already 3 days late and paid for 3 day shipping that cost $96! Some customer service that is. They use computers to blow you off!

Its very small. There is no seating. Its easy to miss seeing the building if you never been there before. Theres also very little parking. On the plus side the staff is very friendly and helpful and they do their job as quickly as they can.

Had a package that was scheduled to be delivered today. When I checked the tracking info tonight it was on the truck to be delivered but said it was rescheduled for the next business day and no delivery attempt had even been made. What a joke fedex.

My package was late for 2 days, and I saw the delivery guy today, so I asked him about my package, he says he already delivered it. So I back home to check, there is only a paper says Delivery exception. What a nice guy.

Not very impressed. I hate Fedex to begin with, so, full disclosure, I was biased going in the door. I had to visit the home store because once again they screwed up the drop to my house. After briefly waiting for service, someone came and picked up my door tag. As I was waiting, I could hear the employees in the back ragging on their customers very clearly. It was really ugly.

My delivery person was very impolite. I heard a 15 lb brah of dog food delivered. She dropped in my arms, horrible attitude, almost dropped the box on my feet due to not having a grip on it. I felt she didnt want me to be meeting her at the front door for my package. You need to make sure your delivery drivers are in good moods or at least put on a smile for their clients. Im not having a good day anymore.

I cringe everytime I order something and I find out its coming through FedEx. Fifty percent of the time my items show up broken and the package looks like it went through a tornado. Im always surprised when the items arent broken, but I also chalk that up to good packaging and not the delivery methods. One of my packages had a welder in it, it showed up with sheared metal from it being hit or dropped so hard.Also if my package shows up early, why does it have to sit at the sort facility in town for a day or two before itll be put on the truck for delivery? They drive by my house everyday, multiple times. Ill just call next time to see if I can pick it up.

Was supposed to get a package delivered today. Tracking says its on the truck out for delivery at 7:15 am, its now 9:15pm and no package. We live about an hour from Lewiston. Had a FedEx delivery yesterday morning and when the gal opened up the door on her van, packages fell out. Really? I hope that the packages werent fragile. Ive only had maybe two good dealings with these guys over the years, the rest have been horrible.Update to this, apparently the driver couldnt locate our address. Seriously! FedEX was just at our place the day before, now they cant find us!?!?!

Do not you think if weather is bad and the packages that were supposed to be delivered on Monday and did not, should be delivered first on Tuesday?Rather than taking the same stupid route again on Tuesday and fail again?How many days am I supposed to see my package is on vehicle for delivery and is not delivered by the end of the day?And what the hell is wrong with FedEx in Moscow, Id that my package should go to Lewiston after not being delivered?In that way people in moscow may be able to deliver it!or may be I can pick it up my own and do your job for you!

I literally watched one of their drivers stop and the end of my driveway which has bright white letters and numbers on the mailbox then proceed to drive off and claim the package had the wrong address when I called FedEx they said the address on the box was correct which I knew all along as I check things like that this is a frequent thing that happens

I have mixed experiences with this group. I hate to state the obvious, but as any customer in the pullman area would know- The excessive waits and abuse of weather excuses and simply unacceptable and certainly unprofessional.

Avoid this FedEx if possible. They lose packages, and that is their main job. Go with UPS in Lewiston if you want your packages delivered.

Requested notifications, did not receive them. I tried to call, the only number is an 800 number robot. My delivery went on a ridiculous detour (Salt lake to Portland, Im in Idaho), and I barely missed my delivery. While I dont have any reason to assume these are a result of this particular office, all I want is a number to call to talk to a person and understand why things are so unclear.
