This place fixed my sisters car after an accident. They did a beautiful,complete job.I took my car to one of the Biggest Chevrolet houses they left it a wreck,door was hanging off and put the windshield wipers on backwards.wish I would have brought it here. They are a smaller independent shop but show an amazing amount of detail to fixing your car perfectly.

I had a tire blow out on business 121. I didnt want to stop on the side of that busy road during rush hour so drove on it until I got over the bridges and into Lewisville. I pulled into one of the first places on the right, which was United Collision. An employee was out in the parking lot. He looked at my shredded tire and said he would get his boss. He came out and they both helped me get the blown tire off and the spare on (including filling the spare with air). This was at the end of the day when they were closing up. I offered cash for their assistance, but the boss said no.I cant state how lucky I was to pull into United Collision! And that experience makes me not surprised to see a rating of 4.9 on Google reviews. I hope to never need the services of a collision center, but if I do I will be taking my car straight to United Collision!

As many other reviewers mentioned, Rob is a real gem to do business with. The repair of the fender damage done to my truck by a tailgater looked as good as new and was completed within a few days. I whole-heartedly recommend this business for body repair work.

I’m fairly confident that this is the BEST collision repair company in the COUNTRY. They do amazing work, and they’re SO friendly. Rob and his crew were great! I was unfortunately at the tail end of a pile up and had front end damage, they repaired it back to normal and did a great job of it. Rob walked me out to my car to make sure it exceeded my expectations. They even washed my car and detailed the inside!

I got in a car accident which damaged my car. First, I brought my car to Service King where they did a horrible job with the estimate and completely missed internal damage. As soon as I brought it in to Robert, the first thing he said was its probably totaled. Once the insurance came out to look, he was right. He helped me move all my stuff from my totaled car into the rental car and offered some advice on what kind of new car I could get. Him and Lisa are amazing and I will be going there for future repairs!

Upfront about possible delays do to manufacturing problems, but still got in and in a little over a week.

I took my truck here as recommended by my insurance company after it was vandalized in a parking lot. Someone had keyed the drivers side, both doors and fenders. Took the truck in at noon on a Monday and they had it finished and I picked it up Wednesday. The work they did was fantastic, you could never tell any work was done and they matched the metallic black paint perfectly. I would trust them to work on any of my cars. If ever I need a body shop I’ll be back!

We had a fantastic experience with United Collision Center! Rob is extremely nice and easy to communicate with. The whole experience was very painless. He even met us when they were closed so we could drop our car off. The car looks fantastic! It is a 2016 Passat that was backed into and dented the front fender and door. He was very thorough and from the moment I met him it was very obvious that he had done this for many years. We chose this place based of their reviews and thought it was too good to be true to have this many good reviews, but we don’t regret it! We are very happy!

Exceptional service! They exceeded my expectations. The work was done when they said it would be, I was kept up-to-date on the progress and my car looks as good as new. Hopefully i wont need them again, but if I do, I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Recently, I met with an accident and send my car to repair at this shop as this is progressive in network shop. I trusted that my car will be returned by fixing all the damage., but when I gave for reinspection at a dealer ., it has been noted that the internal damage is not addressed., and the repair estimate for which they overlooked is costing me $ 3000., so please choose your repair shop wisely and hope my experience will help for someone

United Collision was recommend to me my my insurance company. I was greeted by friendly staff, they called and had rental company pick me up from their shop. I was told the car would be ready in about 4 days and they completed early and look awesome. I would highly recommend them.
