If i could pick 10 stars i would... I have been working with Unique Concepts for about three years now and they are one of the most amazing companys I have ever worked with. I really feel like there is nothing they cant create or build. Every time i need something they are always willing to work with me on any type of timeline. Theyre very thorough and detailed and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. They also bring a lot of creativity to your ideas, for example I brought my van in and had an idea of how I wanted to build it, by the end of the meeting we had an even better overall plan. Im doing another upgrade in about a week and will be taking my van back to them. Thanks again Unique Concepts for the excellent work. I would highly recommend them

Brent and his crew were great! They installed my bug screens on my promaster van camper. They also went above and beyond. Helped me fix a couple of things that had gone wonky after the initial build. They were fast great customer service very friendly price was fair. Ready to work when I got there. Madison the receptionist very friendly and helpful as well. I will be a returning customer.

I called Unique Concepts looking for a seat handle for my 1997 Chevy Truck(impossible to find). I have been searching the internet for a long time and on a recommendation from my local dealership he suggested Unique Concepts. Madison at Unique Concepts found my part in a matter of 15 minutes. She called me right back with a price(great price), and she shipped it right away. I looked all over the web for a set of plastic handles used in my reclining seats for my conversion van which is 12 yrs old. No one had the correct part. When I called Unique Concepts I spoke with Madison. I sent her a photo of my existing handles and he was very helpful in determining what I needed. I ordered the parts and had them in about 3 days. I’ve never had a better experience with a body shop. Brad Fikes went above and beyond to get my Explorer Conversion Van repaired quickly. I was coming in from out of town and only had a short window of time to leave the van there before I needed it back to head home. Brent Taylor ordered the parts I would need so they would be there when I arrived. Brad and team fixed my list of items in just a few hours. I highly recommend Unique Concepts.

Paid $2000.00 for a lower front bumper that didnt fit and was made from cheap plastic that broke when trying to install it. When I contacted this company I was told that they would not exchange or return the part and they stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. My customer and I were very disappointed in the quality of this over priced part.

I had an awesome experience with Unique Concepts at every exchange. Madison was very helpful, easy to get ahold of, and wonderful to work with.Brent and his team went above and beyond to meet all of my needs with my van. Cheap plastic is what they make their custom kits out of!!! They break very easily...like when you are attaching them to your vehicle or running boards when you step on them. Save your money & dont order from them!!! Terrible customer service too.

Cheap made running boards for 2003 Tahoe with lights. Sent with no supports braces under them or support brackets to attach them to Tahoe. They broke the first time they were stepped on. I do not recommend buying from this company.

**WOULDNT LET ME DO NO STARS**. So unprofessional. So rude. We are a bodyshop that ordered over 3K worth of parts and received one of the two shipments. After waiting 6 months they say the part they told us was being made is no longer available. To add to their poor business practices they chose to hang up on our customer when he wanted to figure out more information. I would not recommend this company for anything unless you just want to waste your time and money

Got a price quote for installing a 3rd seat in my van, over $200 per hour for labor and priced a used seat in good condition higher than the new custom seats on his website. Price gouging.

GARBAGE!!!!!! ORDERED 3K WORTH OF PARTS FOR A VEHICLE AND THEY CAME IN WARPED, CRACKED AND BROKE AFTER PAINTING AND BAKING ON PAINT. MADISON AND BRENT WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN THE MANY EMAILS I HAVE SENT THEM.
