My wife and I swung by just to get an idea for what might be available for our daughter when she turns 18 in a few weeks. Chase took the time to explain the options available and had answers to pretty much any question we had. Rod made the paperwork smooth and quick. This is our 3rd vehicle from these guys and I cant recommend them enough.
While the experience with Hunter and the financial consultant was great, the follow up was not. I previously bought a brand new vehicle in 2019 and I had multiple issues with it which caused me to trade it in. I was given just $19000 for my vehicle with less than 6000 miles. I feel like the vehicle should have been paid in full because I barely drove my car, but I had multiple electric issues. Also the catalytic converter was very easy to steal and I had purchased a cage from this dealership for over $400 in April. I was told by the sales director that a request would be placed with the GM to refund me the money for the cage that I purchased. As of today, I have not had anything concerning that amount. Also I sent an email to the GM and Hunter and I have not heard anything back. I actually went out on limb to purchase a new vehicle with this company because I had so many issues with my first vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership based on the fact that the communication is less than desirable and I was treated as if the vehicle that I purchased from the dealership did not have major problems. Now everyone was really nice and the process was easy and friendly, but the communication was not good. I am still waiting to hear about the check.

The salesman and finance departments at this dealership were great. I got a tremendous interest rate the City Employees Credit Union in Dallas could not match. I sent information as requested by the Credit Union to only be informed more was needed. I finally changed financing positions from this Credit Union after over 30 years.
There is no choice not to give a star. My original review in June 2021 was five stars, but with recent events, I am not happy with this dealership. The O2 sensor on my replaced catalytic converter from June 2021 has gone bad twice; 8/10/21 and 8/31/21. The most recent issue from 8/31/21 has led me to call the dealership 3 times and send an email last week with no returned calls or email from Ashley, Customer Relations Manager. Today, I have left a message for the service department, so hopefully I will get a call back today. After spending over $2100+ in June, I would hope that the dealership would want to take care of the ongoing problem.
Mike Rice is a very good car salesman. He did his best in everything possible to make the car buying experience as pleasant and pain-free as possible. The same can be said about all of the people at the dealership. We will be recommending Lewisville Mitsubishi.Also, Lewisville Mitsubishi is one of the few dealerships that I actually enjoy going to. The personnel that work there are happy to answer questions or show you around to look at new or used vehicles while you are there. The dealership is always clean, neat and well organized. What is also nice is the salesman are happy to let you wander around by yourself and look at the vehicles that they have in stock. I purchased a 2019 corvette zo6 from them. I was out of state so they shipped car to me and picked up my Corvette, after the money was wired they realized they wrongly collected sales tax and told me they would be over night mail me a check for 2600.00 that was 3 weeks ago. Now NOBODY its taking my calls from my salesman to finance manager, to dealership mananger, Ive left voice mails and emails, i will pursue this legally but beware if they can rip u off they will try.

Work extremely slowly and disappear for no reason. I work here but I was out for business and I contacted two of their sales for an inspection list. I called, emailed, and texted. They said they werent able to get it and they need time to verify these, and then its days. I have been waiting for a inspection list for two weeks for no response till the car was sold. Such a trash sales service. They just dont help you out when you want to buy a car. Cant imagine what would happen after actually buying a car from there.
This was a online sales and I was very susceptible, especially with buying a car. Read the online purchasing agreement and was pleased that it had a no questions asked return policy so I moved forward.My salesman, Jeff OConnell, went above and beyond especially with always keeping me advised, returning every phone call and keeping every promise. Even after the car was shipped and delivered. It had a nail in the tire which Autoplex agreed to replace. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend for online buying.

After a HORRIBLE experience at another dealership. I worked with Bassom from my first call until I drove off the lot in my new car. He helped me find just what I was looking for in the price point desired along with the requirements I had. Sent me pictures and all before I even went up there. VERY polite man, that diffently goes a step above to make sure I got everything I needed and taken care of. There are some fees that were rather high or they wouldnt take off, so what out for those and dont be surprised when they dont take them off.

Ive had a great experience from the very beginning with Lewisville Autoplex! I purchased my vehicle in 2017, and the sales rep made the process easy, and treated me as if we were long time friends. He even offered to have me check with in-house financing to get lower rates than I was approved for at my bank! When I get my car serviced, I love knowing that I wont be taken advantage of. They tell me all of their recommendations, and then will tell me what they would recommend immediately, and what could wait until next time. The waiting area is nice and I was sad that my oil change was done so quickly because I was enjoying my quiet time without the kids! Haha. Great overall experience!

I used to love this place, in the past its been a 5 star experience. Today I came to get my oil changed. Shocked and dissapointed at how many employees did not have a mask on. It made me feel very frustrated and uncomfortable. Its too bad this place does not take the health of its customers seriously.

Nice dealership. Friendly sales guys. They are hungry, but give you time to wander around if you want to. Window prices are pretty steep on used inventory. They do have a lot of really nice modified vehicles.

The sales man was Rod Thomas. He seems nice at the beginning because he wanted to make a sale obviously but when he realized I didnt want to bring out the downpayment he was asking for his attitude changed. He said he would give me a call back the next day to let us know if the bank approved but I never recieved a call from him, two days later I texted him multiple times asking about what the bank said but got no reply, I called him twice but he hung up on me I am livid I feel insulted I shouldnt have to run after you to do your job. Its been 3 days now I have gotten a text from him or call and thats fine with me. Moral of the story is he is only nice when he think he can make commission of your sale but once he finds out your credit score isnt in the 680 to700+ he treats you like a no body. Please if you are reading this avoid ROD RHOMAS.(he Is in the mid 40s) Thank You.

I dont know if this review will fully explain how awesome an experience I had with Lewisville Mitsubishi but I will give it a try. I initially saw the car I wanted for sale on Ebay, but since I had a trade in, I called the salesman on the ad. When I started talking with Rick Massey, I had no idea how easy and enjoyable this process would be. After some negotiating on my trade, the deal was made. I then talked with Michael Simmons who did all the financing, title and registration. He made the complicated paperwork very easy to deal with. Did I mention I had to do the whole deal from another state mostly through text messages and email? Once all the details were finalized, I told them that I could only make it to the dealership on a weekend and probably on a Sunday. Rich and Michael were both understanding and said that they would make it work. They encourage out of state buyers to shop there and make it worth the buyers effort by putting them up in a hotel for the night (and it isnt Bed Bug Inn, it is a very very nice Hilton close to the dealership). I had to drive 5 1/2 hours after a half day work on Saturday and was not sure I could make it by the time they closed (hence the possible Sunday deal). When I was 45 minutes away, I called Rick and asked if they wanted to close the deal that night and then they could enjoy Sunday (oh, it was also Fathers Day that they were willing to sacrifice part of). Rick said that would work, so I drove straight there and finished the deal. The car was detailed with a full tank of gas and had the new tires I wanted on it (oh, I forgot to mention that I wanted a different size tire on the car and their parts and service department not only gave me an untouchable deal, they did it last minute and all without any hesitation). Both Rich and Michael were there with big smiles and firm handshakes waiting when I pulled up (probably looking a bit ragged after 5.5 hours of driving). I thanked them over and over and could not wipe the smile off my face. When I got in my new car and headed to the hotel I could not stop thinking about how awesome the whole experience was. This can only mean that the upper management of Lewisville Mitsubishi (and probably the whole Autoplex) encourages their staff and supports them because only a happy staff can pass on such good service. I know that I am not the only one who has had a horrible experience buying a car and have felt like I got ripped off or taken advantage of when I drove off the lot so when I tell you this is the complete opposite feeling, I truly mean it. When I buy another car, I will look no other place than here. If you look on their Facebook page, I am the tired looking guy next to my B5 blue Hellcat Challenger. Thank you again Rick and Michael.

I bought my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from LV Mitsubishi in December 2010, and this dealership has been the one Ive trusted to maintain my vehicle over the years. Although Ive had my vehicle almost 10 years, it still is a very reliable vehicle, thanks to the great service provided by the technicans at Lewisville Mitsubishi. Lewisville Mitsubishi is a great dealership that I recommend to all my family and friends.

Nice dealership, very clean with a good selection. Buying the car was fairly simple, for buying a car that is. Good location, in Lewisville right off of I35, pretty easy to get to, cant really miss it. Employees all seemed very nice and helpful.
It is not helpful for the dealership to not have knowledge about product recalls. To inform customers that the parts are not there, but do not provide customer with an expected time of delivery is unacceptable. Also, to say a part is not is store and not have a possible due date to when the part will be ordered is also unacceptable. You company is a dealership, if a customer is there for service, I would think service would be the first priority.

Unfortunately, the stellar customer service was NOT extended to my husband and I. I was transparent with this business from the beginning. The ONLY thing I got from this place was multiple hits to my credit report. Unless you have a LARGE amount of money to put down along with a Credit Score of 700+, the hype they advertise on the commercial and website is BS. The asterisk means something people!!!

Great car buying experience. Mike Rice helped us and is very experienced and knowledgeable, having been with the dealership for 7 years. Showed us two different vehicles we were interested in, gave us pros and cons for each and gave us great and thorough information. I was trying to get to my son’s basketball game and he got our paperwork done and the car filled and washed in under 45 minutes. Nick was great with the paperwork end and made everything easy. Never felt pressured to do anything and I can’t imagine how they could have made the experience better. We’ll be back for our next Mitsubishi.
