Shah called me immediately that he received the order from the company that manages the companys fleet to coordinate everything with me, he explained the whole process, he was so kind to take me to pick up the rented car, in short, he was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner was great to deal with and was very helpful at every step of the way. Having dealt with auto body shops, this experience was a vast improvement. Went here with my car that was damaged by hitting a curb. They worked with me and were very patient with my insurance claim process. I was in quite the bind, had a old and cheap car that had gone through a lot. It finally got the point where it needed to go to a collision center, right before I needed to leave TX. Believe it or not, the tow guy recommended this place to me because of the reviews, and I took a chance and listened.Shah called me the next morning and gave me an honest answer about the state of my car. He took steps to help me save money, and gave me options for different price points of the repair. The car was taken in 1.5 WEEKS before I had to make a 12 hour drive out of Texas. It was done perfectly BEFORE time, and the car looked incredible after going through so much. He even added an extra hubcap that had gone missing months ago, without any word on it from me.He even told me what other work the car needed (belt stuff) that they didn’t do at their place. He was right of course when I got it looked at in MO. When I saw huge price estimates, I messaged Shah for the price range, and he told me that I was getting overcharged. I went to a different place, knocked off $200 and got it fixed! He is not only great with cars, but a great person who truly cares.I will always come here for my body work and car help in Texas!

I wanted to start this by saying DG Collison has been absolutely awesome. Especially Shah. I was involved in an accident a couple weeks back and needed an autobody shop that could work with me (as I had to pay for all repairs out of pocket). Shah was incredibly helpful, professional and above all else honest. Which is hard to come by in a lot of body shops these days. After going over my vehicle he sat down with me and tried to give every possible option/course of action he could think of. Even if it didnt necessarily benefit him or his shop. Shah seems to be one of those people who genuinely want to help people and will work with you however he can! I honestly cant see myself going to any autobody shop other than DG Collision ever again! Shah is a true artist who also has a good heart. He and his team did an amazing job on my car and the service is unrivaled. He is very communicative and he does not skimp on his work like the big collision centers who are owned by the insurance companies. This is why he frustrates the adjustors. He knows his stuff and can navigate the insurance process like a master. Also, he went above and beyond the work he did like cleaning the headlights which he did not have to do. Do not use DG Collision if you are not prepared to get timely updates on progress AND completion date for repair being pushed out weeks! You will be lucky if you call DG Collision and get someone to answer the phone. Typically goes to Voice Mail and no call is returned. Took our truck in BEFORE Thanksgiving and it was not completed until mid-January. It was mainly replacing the back door. Would not recommend this company.

Sean was without question, the most professional and competent service attendant Ive ever dealt with. I had never had a total loss car claim before, and he was there to keep me advised from start to finish! I had three claims to have repaired at one time, and I expected it to be a complicated, confusing, and time-consuming ordeal. Shah made the entire process completely painless and communicated with me throughout so that I knew what was happening. And the work that he did was impeccable. I just had my 2013 Toyota Camry repaired at this shop. It came recommended to me from someone who has doing business with them for some time. I found out they have been there since 1978. The staff was most helpful and kept me informed during the repairs. I picked up the vehicle and couldnt believe how every detail was paid attention to. It is good to know that they have quality craftsman preforming the repairs. You would never know my vehicle has been damaged.

Stopped by here to get an estimate for my damages. Theres no where to park in the area without double parking out front. I went inside and one guy passed me and didnt greet me, but started talking to a customer at the desk telling him it wasnt his fault he didnt get a rental car as promised. He told the customer its his responsibility... I figured I had heard enough to turn me around and get back into my double parked vehicle and leave quickly.

My Porsche was involved in an hit and run accident. Im extremely picky on who touches my car. I got a recommendation from a friend that has good history with DG collision in Lewisville TX. Shah and his team did the annoying haggling with the insurance companys to get ALL original porsche parts as requested and have my vehicle as it was before the loss. They are very informative and available anytime for questions/updates. Witch is a huge plus to know you are being taken care of from all sides. At pick up everything was flawless! My daughter wrecked her car and it was towed to Lewisville. I needed a repair estimate for the purpose of negotiating a settlement with the insurance company. The couple who own DG Collision were very kind to me and helped me even though they knew that the car would probably be totaled and they would not get to do the repair. Based on my experience with this family business, they are people helping people and providing for their own family in doing so. I would have to believe that any negative reviews about this business are due to miscommunication. I know that car accidents can be emotionally stressful for the car owners involved.
