Angelo, Karl and the guys in the shop were a pleasure to work with. They took their time to be very thorough with their explanation to me, others in the shop and those people on the phone. It boggles my mind that I was able to get the service I did from a chain type of business. I brought my car to Brakes Plus Lewisville after getting a very high estimate from another shop. I made an appointment online easily and the appointment was kept. Trevor the service advisor helped me. He was sharp, courteous and kept me informed of when my car would be ready and what it would cost and why. It was ready even sooner than estimated and no surprise costs. Overall a very good experience.

Brake Plus on main Street definitely saved my life i was about $400 on my brakes vs my dealership that was charging me also $700. Karl and Angelo are awesome and did an awesome job. Definitely check them out.

The folks here rocked! I dont usually leave reviews but these guys earned it. Got me a great deal on my brakes and hooked me up by staying late to fix a problem caused by my previous service at a different place. I would highly recommend getting your service done here and I will be returning for service on my vehicles in the future. I would give a higher rating if I could.

Definitely check this place out! I went in today concerned about my brakes based on mileage. They did a FREE inspection of my brakes. After review, they informed me that my brake pads were in good shape and they saw no concerns at this time. They could have easily just said, this is going to cost $500 and I would have not known the difference. Thank you for your honesty and I will recommend you to others.

Trust Mitch with your repairs give them a call. Went in to get a quote to take back to my regular repair location to have them price match and was completely impressed in the way Mitch Moore Runs the Shop. He answered every question I had and gave me the best price and also took time to do it the right way. I had only intended on getting a quote so I went in later after work and Mitch was able to get my repairs done even though it was later in the day and he and staff stayed late to make sure the job was done right and was able to get it taken care of today.. I plan on using them in the future very happy to call this my new go to Car repair location.

Dropped my car at the nth hour of the day (5pm) for routine maintenance: oil change, brakes; with no appointment- but Brakes Plus was very accommodative and took my vehicle in. This place does nice solid work at a fair price. They replaced the rear drum components and shoes, as well as, doing a system flush. I dealt with Mike. He kept me informed about how the work was going and updated me throughout the job about the shape of the different components in the system. Giving me the option to decide if I wanted attention paid to anything else while the vehicle was at the shop, but without any pressure about having the extra work performed. We are pleased with the results.

Had a fairly urgent situation with my brakes a few weeks ago and I have to say these folks were very honest and took Great care of me. The other place I went to would’ve charged me for the replacement of pads and rotors, and Mitch went out of his way to assess the situation accurately and found a way to get some more life out of my rotors. Also, he was kind enough to pick me up and drop me off and we were able to get it all done on the same day. Will definitely be back there for more repairs in the future!

I came in for my yearly inspection and the manager was very professional. He was friendly and understood my situation. He pulled my car in and he found somethings that needed to be changed so that I could pass my inspection. He called me over and discussed the necessary details of what I needed done. He fixed/replaced the items that needed fixing. The guys that work here are the best! I just had a horrible experience at a previous car shop, I almost paid 1600 on a repair that I didn’t need. I took my car here for a second opinion and they were so kind and honest and I ended up saving sooooo much money and I can’t thank them enough for it! As a young woman I feel like it’s really difficult to find a car shop that will be honest and straight forward with me and not try to rip me off and these men were so wonderful and really made me feel like I could trust them. From the start, Karl was very informative and prevented what could have been a life threatening disaster. I recently bought a used vehicle and failed to check the brakes and oil before I drove off the lot. Karl showed me I basically didn’t have ANY! There were quite a few cars ahead of me but he found a way to squeeze me in the schedule. I am so thankful I will driving in a safe vehicle and not a death machine anymore. Mike and Jay also were very kind and helpful. While I waited, I enjoyed refreshing beverage amenities and free WiFi to get some work done. I’ll be back, for sure!

Mitch and Mike did a phenomenal job all around. After being told by another shop that we needed $650 worth of brake work, they checked everything out and we found that our brakes were perfectly fine and we just needed a brake flush and fuel induction. I was having issue with my brakes making a strange noise. I took my car to Brakes Plus and saw Mitch the mgr. We went for a test drive and he seemed to know what the problem was right away.He put the car on the lift and fixed it right away, maybe 10 minutes. Wow!! This place is so awesome!!! Mitch was incredibly helpful. My brakes were pretty bad. Mitch let me know what I needed to do right now and what I could hold off on. He also let me know all of my options for brake replacements and let me choose what was best for me. He and his team did the entire inspection and replacement in under 3 hours!!! Incredible! Also the job was pretty expensive but even then still cheaper than what I expected! And he went down on the price for me!!! 10/10 this place is good quality for a good price! 👏🏼🙌🏼

This is where I will be going for my vehicle from now on. They were honest with me on what needed done, and didnt try to push any other repairs on me that I didnt come for. The price was reasonable for the work needed, and the people, while a bit awnry, were honest and helpful.

I randomly chose this place and I’m glad I did!! My first initial visit I was helped by Mitch. He was already educated on what was the cause of my AC problem because of the make and model. I did go get a second opinion and Mitch was absolutely on point with my AC issue. My vehicle was repaired the same day. Mitch explained the process and cost accurately. I paid half the price I would’ve paid had I tooken it to the dealership. A week later my AC is running like new.

Carl got me in early and without an appointment. Mike was awesome and provided great service. Everyone involved provided quality service and I appreciate it! It has been a shtty year!

This was my first visit to this specific location. Sometime ago I visited a Brakes Plus location and did not have a good experience. I came to this specific location as a result of a value pack coupon that I received in the mail. This location was convenient because I used the auto repair business next door to this specific location. Each representative I spoke with from this location seem to be knowledgeable and friendly about the business. They were quick and efficient about getting the vehicle repaired and back to me in a timely fashion. I received a phone call about the required items that I needed to have done before the work was completed. I approved the work and within a few hours my vehicle was ready to go. After my initial bad visit at another location out of state, I would be willing to return to this location and give them a chance as my primary repair shop for my vehicles maintenance.

My family has been going to Breaks Plus in Lewisville for years. I bought my old/used Jeep to them in High school, my Nissan for the past 5 years (since I bought it) and my husbands 15 year old Ford.
