I went in for my inspection, after moving in from out of state. They were friendly, professional, and had me out in 20 minutes with a complete Inspection completed. I will use this shop for other needs. It is so nice to have a great auto shop close by.

Lorentz was extremely courteous helpful. When my vehicle required more work then I had anticipated they offered me a ride home.When I picked my car up the price was lower than the estimate had been.They replaced spark, wires and several other maintenance items and did a super job. The car has not run so smoothly since it was brand new.

Lost the power brakes in my car and also needed an inspection done for my tags. So I took my car into Lorentz, got good reviews on nextdoor. Shane quickly took my info and later called me to let me know I needed a new brake line. He quoted me what I thought was a fair price for fixing the brake line including having the inspection done. The work was done and I got my car back the same day. Excellent care and honest service.

I went in for a consultation, on my Element, which was diagnosed with a failing transmission by a popular chain, charged $200 for a diagnosis. Lorentz examined the same issue, which took an hour to investigate, however I wasn’t charged a diagnostic fee as the problem was not straightforward to find.I was given proper, easy to comprehend explanations of the possible problems and the possible solutions.Great service and I would definitely recommend this shop. Had a last minute car problem with the ignition coil on Saturday late morning. Lorentz Auto was quick to respond and fix it for me. They were very kind and communicated well. I was very appreciative!

I am a working professional young woman who has 2 degrees in biomechanics and microbiology, but no knowledge about my Ford f150 inner workings. My engine light popped on and I called my Dad who promptly met me at Lorentz Auto where Shane greeted us and listened to my situation with utmost courtesy. His mechanic was professional an fixed the problem that involved a stuck valve that was causing fumes from gas tank to not get emitted. They had it diagnosed and fixed in 3 hours. Shane also stated that next time since the water treatment plant where I work was only 3 miles away he could drop me off and pick me up at my work

Lorentz did a great job replacing my ac and heater cores. They answer all your questions and are very friendly.

Our son is still in the area and after struggling with electrical issues with a 2011 Dodge Ram I instructed him to tow it to Lewisville from Dallas. I wouldnt trust there electrical diagnoses. Took my work truck in for engine reduced power. They charged me $100 to diagnose. No problem... Quoted me $1,100 to swap out the ECM. Thankfully I couldnt afford that at the time. Bought the $280 part found a business that could flash my VIN for $85. That didnt fix it. Come to find out it was a wire that wore itself down and was shorting. Virtually a free fix...

We have been to Lorentz two times. Both experiences were wonderful. The first time was about two years ago when the car started dying then catching again while going down the highway. It was New Years Eve day; no one else we called would even look at it. Lorentz got us in and fixed it. The second time was recently when a visit to Goodyear for an oil change resulted in a list of $1800 in repairs the car needed, the most expensive of which was $1200 in front end work. We took it to Lorentz for a second opinion. Lorentz said the only thing that was wrong was the Ujoints. They replaced those for less than half of what Goodyear wanted, and the car ran smoothly and good as new. They are upfront about costs and their prices are reasonable. They dont try to repair anything that doesnt need it. I recommend Lorentz whenever a friend needs car repairs. They are very dependable.
