Absolutely fantastic service and their customer service is awesome. Paul was so helpful, talked me though what kind of oil I needed and explained why I shouldnt let anyone in the future upsell me for something else. I also need two new tires and he helped me pick good tires and didnt try to make me feel like he was taking advantage to sell me something I didnt need or want! They didnt have the tires in stock and shopped around to find a location that has them thats convenient for me. Ill keep coming here!
This facility is under new ownership. Went in for my inspection, interacted with Paul whos the inspector. Hes old school, takes time, patiently answers questions. The type I like. Facility is clean, has enough seating, smells good. I would ask people to give them a chance with their auto repair.
Save your money and go directly to your car dealership for repairs. NTB will damage your car and will not fix it after spending a lot of money. How can a small issue with a car turned into a whole issue that require a lot of money? .This is the worst place I have been to. They take advantage of women since they are not into cars. Please Go somewhere else. Do not trust them. DO NOT.
This location has great customer service! Dustin in particular was very helpful not only over the phone but once I got there. He kept me updated at all times and was very apologetic for any wait time that was due to the dealerships warranty company and not due to them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Told me I needed 2 new tires to pass inspection. That would run me $170 my tires were NOT that old or worn. they were able to patch it(which isnt possible if they are really that worn) then they charged a REDIC 22 dollars to do the patch. I was able to EASILY get my car inspected elsewhere. And fixing my tire took waaaaaay too long. Anywhere else would have been 15 min. I think I was there over an hour.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. I got a flat on a vacation with my 110 lb dog in the back seat, but Paul and staff made the proceas very smooth. The AC was running for my pups the whole time. Very happy with this service experience
Do not ever use this company. Their customer service is awful, they will try to take advantage of women. My daughter brought her car in for them to check her battery she had 2 occasions were she had to get a jumpstart they said her battery tested okay which was because it has just been jumped. There was battery acid all over the battery, but no they will not warranty it. 11 days later I bring the battery back after it has completely failed ( will not charge) I ask for them to prorate it from the first day she came in and they deny. It is not the extra few dollars it is the principal of good customer service.

I just came in with my car having a horrible rattling noise from the heat shield above the exhaust. These guys got my car in there and fixed within 10 minutes and were super personable and nice! Thank you guys for saving me the headache of the noise!

Car was held hostage before even being worked on and was billed a total of $2,000+This place is shady and a big time scam! Was told I will not be allowed to have my car back until I accepted to have the work done. Who knows how many others they have done this to.
I came in about 2 months ago for a tuneup. Josh was very informative and made sure I understood what was going on with my car.Today, I came in concerned about my brakes, one of the other reps whipped up a bunch of charges that I didn’t feel made sense. Josh LITERALLY took the time and educated me on what was wrong with my car. And I ended up not having to spend ANY MONEY. If you have to go here, ask for Josh! Hands down!
Very fair and honest. I use to work on vehicles and know a lot about them, but my health doesnt allow me to work on them these days and it is difficult to find honest repair shops. I was very happy with the service.

Went to get my truck tire checked because it was low and they said they didnt find anything. Next morning it was low again and I clearly saw a nail in the tire.
Last Saturday, I realized a portion of my cars underbody cover had to be reattached. I went to NTB to have Josh and his team look at it and they were not only able to get it fixed and me back on the road in no time, they went above and beyond by checking a tire that was low to ensure it wasnt damaged and airing it up. Took my truck for 4 wheel Balance and these guys failed to inform me of a pretty bad bent wheel, even knowing that I was on going on a very far road trip.Took them a huge effort trying to sell me new tires though.They Just lost me as a costumer.
Got my car alignment done here a few months ago, and about a month after I burst a tire. In the process of getting all my tires changed (which were practically new) I was told that my alignment seemed really off! I was surprised because I had just had it done here recently. So I decided to bring the card back here and have it looked at. The manager Tim I believe (beautiful eyes!) personally looked at my car. And once he was finished he told me- it seemed like the alignment had never been done! I was JAW dropped! But he saved the day, did the full alignment, perfectly! He even had me test drive it with him to confirm it was perfect. Not to mention he gave me great customer service and communication! He’s the only person I’m letting touch my car! Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience at this particular auto-shop! The customer service of the staff was excellent; I felt both well-informed and taken care of through-out the process of them both changing my tires and assessing damage to my vehicle.When there was a concern, I was led out to see Exactly what the problem was, and I overheard the mechanics and their concern and professionalism in addressing the problems they found.Its hard to find a good auto-shop, let alone being able to go in and know youre gonna be taken care of. I have placed an appointment for an oil change for 4:30 and they took my car right in time but 50 min later they are still not working on my oil change that takes no time at all yes it was 25$ for the oil change but lol might as well be 100 waiting an hour plus for an lousy change.
Vans knowledge was greatly appreciated when I needed to replace my truck tires. The guys had them swapped out before I new it.Even the bathroom was clean!

Had a great experience at their start of a new year. Me and my grandkids were stranded and happened to break down in front of NTB Lewisville. Josh and Laura pushed my vehicle into shop and got started right away. Turned out it was only a drive belt. The coffee and the atmosphere was great. Laura helped with the kids. Customer for life.Second visit. Needed some tires. Van got me scheduled in. They must be very busy. That JIMBO in the shop did a stellar job. I have always got tires from discount tire and had vibration issues. Drives like a new car. Thanks JIMBO and Van.
My driver side back tire exploded while i was on my way to work and i was too far from walmart to drive to get my tire fixed and this tire services store and another tire store was the closest i can go. Well, i choose this tire store because i wasnt busy around 11AM on Saturday and their garage is clean and organized and to me that means they care about their customers and get things done in a timely clean way. 🌎So i finally got their with my tire making loud noise and i was right. NTB Tire services is awsome it is very clean and well organized Laura was very nice as well as all the people that fix the cars. I had only a little bit money on hand and they did their best to help out to see if they can give me a cheaper tire and talked about all the 3rd parties that can help to pay any tire services for cheaper if i needed to and they are very respectful people. 😃I will recommend this tire center to anyone. Thank you NTB and everyone thay help fix and got me set up so i can be on my way back to work without any tires blown out. HUGE THUMBS UP☺😊
Ive been a long time customer to this location but today was a huge disappointment. Not looking to replace tires today, need alignment, balance and oil change. Said it would be 2.5 hours, fine I walked to a restaurant and waited. Two hours later and they only changed the oil. Couldnt do the alignment due to tire ware. Then why two hours? They didnt air up my tires or reset the oil change indicator. But why keep my vehicle two hours when they had no intention of completing the work. They waisted my time and didnt address my needs. Poor customer service today, may try Grapevine for tires in a few weeks.

Good guys helped me patch my tire while traveling from Dallas to OKC. Thankful for their help and expertise, I would have been stranded without their help. Very courteous staff, would visit again.I think they have a new manager who is turning things around.
Got my new tire installed that was purchased from TireRack. I didn’t make an appointment but the service was done in less than an hour while I was waiting in the shop. It looked staffs were gentle enough to take care of customers and their pricing was very reasonable as well.
Mike is awesome, he is willing to work with you and figure out the best solution for you. He was so kind and understanding of our financial situation and worked with us to get us a fair price on a lot of work on my wifes car.

I have never been a big fan on NTB because of the way I have been treated by some of their employees in the past, but I must say that this store now has all of my car repair business for my 4 cars. I have followed the manager Mike here from another repair shop where he and Donovan formerly worked because of the excellent level of honesty and professionalism they always displayed during the 5 or so years they have been servicing my vehicles.

Went there for a alignment and my rims came back scratched and they broke off my 30$ (each) cap off. Ive taken it to other shops and they have never had a problem with it. The guy said he coulnt do anything to fix it.
Would be a zero. Been here before and it was fine. Terrible this time. They didnt have my broken part because the guy who did it went on lunch at 4pm when my car was ready - 5 hrs after they had been working on it. $387.35 to install tires that were already paid for! They also did not reset the tire pressure sensors, so each time I turn on the car I get the TPS icon.
My brother is the new store manager, when he transferred to this store a month or so ago the store was unorganized and not taken care of. Our company now uses them as a mechanic for our trucks. He makes sure everything is taken care of to the best of his ability. I have had past bad experiences at this store before he got there. so i would definitely check them out now and see how much things have changed. base your opinions on multiple trips with different store managers. not from your past experiences
Ive gone there for 3 years and never had a problem. They are a tire place, so I use them for tires and oil changes, and probably wouldnt have them do anything else (would you ask your doctor to do dental work?). Anyway, I got the 3 year plan for tire rotation, and Ive had mine done every 3000 miles (thanks Texas potholes) along with my Oil changes. The one time they spilled some oil in the engine, they gave me 3 free changes, and cleaned it all up, so I have to say Im very happy with the service there.
Inconsiderate and poorly trained. I have visited NTB 4 times in past two months to get work done. I asked if my brake pads needed replacement and was told no, later to find out after 3 visits, not only did they say, I needed new brakes but new rotors as well. Didnt take any accountability for their original mistake. Was told it would no more than 2 hours, lasted 6. Again, no apologize. 1 week later, my car is making a noise from the driver side where the brakes have been replaced and the Traction Maintenance light is now showing. Went back to explain the issue, and was told that they have 8 cars ahead of me and it was possible they didnt make a mistake. Filed 2 complaints with cooperate now. Lets see if I get any response.
Tim was very helpful at going above and beyond scheduling me for a oil change and tire rotation last minute on a Saturday morning! Tim and his men had me in and out in less than 45 min! With Tim being the new manager I can see things turning around for this store. NTB Lewisville will be my garage that I use after my experience. Thank you guys!
Called the store to ask about an oil change for my Acura TL, and was told that there was a 1.5-2 hour wait at that time, but that I could make an appointment to come in at 2:30pm today. I arrived for my appointment, and the one sales associate at the front desk was very backed up - it took until 2:45 for him to complete the check in process. At that time, he told me that they were pulling my car in, and to expect the oil change to take about 30-40 minutes. After 75 minutes, I inquired what the new estimated complete time would be, and it took 15 minutes to get a response, so an hour and a half after my appointment start time/arrival time, I was told that they were starting the tire rotation and it would be just a few more minutes. After 2 hours, I was finally set to leave the store.I opened my car door, and it was completely dirty. The mechanic obviously did not use a mat for his shoes, and the previously tan floor mats were very dirty; there were fingerprints on the glove box, inside of the door, and passenger seat. Also, the service due light was still on. I complained to the (still very busy) front desk associate, and he went out and wiped off what he could, and told me I could go get a car wash and bring him the receipt for reimbursement. I have a new baby at home and did not have time to drive back to the store today, nor should I have to take the time (or gas!) to return to the store for reimbursement sloppy work.
Communication between staff is terrible. Takes forever. High prices. I went there once to get my a/c looked at and my oil changed. I was told to come back the next day to get my blower motor switched out. Came back the next day and the mechanic wasnt scheduled to work (???). Told to come back the next day, I asked when the mechanic worked so I could be sure to come at the right time. Today I went during the time the mechanic was scheduled to work. THEY NEVER ORDERED THE BLOWER MOTOR. Told to come back tomorrow and the quoted repair cost increased because of the overnight shipping. =.=
This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a sales manager (Stephen). He absolutely refused a sale due to him having to do anything out of his way. He wouldnt lift a finger of professionalism to do the job a manager is assigned to do. I highly discourage anyone looking to do business with this location. Im not the type to write reviews, but felt the only way I could find resolution from the experience was to warn customers away from what I went through.
Manager: JoeyEmployee: BrandonI came to this place on Friday, 07/01/2015 and I was blown away with the lengths these guys went just make sure me and another guy was taken care of. We had a scheduled a double tire rotation (trading wheels and tires) at 7p.m. on a Friday. When we had gotten there and all of the bays were full with just the Manager(Joey) and one other employee(Brandon) that was working at this time. The guy I traded with had ran over a nail on the way there and needed a flat repair. These guys informed us that it may be a minute, but we will get you taken care of. 30 minutes later, they have both of our trucks in the air and go to work. The guys had ran into an issue where the lug pattern was the same, but the threads on the lug bolts did not match and in order for the rims to go on my truck, I needed smaller lugs. The manager called every parts store in the Lewisville area for me and unfortunately, not anyone had the set in town. The guys stayed 2 hours after the store had closed (10:00 p.m.) and had to be at work the next morning at 7 a.m.. When I went to pay for the tire rotation, they did not charge me.I never had customer service like this at any other shop. The guys are extremely passionate about getting the job done right and taking pride in their work. If I lived in the area, it would be my go to place.

UNETHICAL RIP OFF! I USED TO BE A MECHANIC! I was feeling lazy so I took my car to get a FULL Synthetic oil change instead of doing it myself. 130.00$ later they charged me for full synthetic but while I was watching them, they had the nerve to fill the car with Conventional/Synthetic BLEND! Synthetic blend oil changes should be 60$ TOPS. Theres a huge difference.DO NOT COME TO NTB PERIOD! These guys do not care about your car and the service is the worst I have ever seen in any shop i worked at or visited.
Cant say enough good things about this NTB location. My daughters car had the check engine light come on. Stopped in and instead of just charging us $400 to fix it they informed me that it may be under a recall or warranty. Turns out it was! Its so refreshing to find honest people! Now when I need service or tires we will definitely go back!! ThanKS Mike and Tim!!

He wasnt happy the tow truck showed up at 6:05 PM and made it clear he was unhappy as well as the tech. I told him not to worry about it, the tow truck is still here and I will tow it to Dicount Tire just up the road. His attitude changed but the techs didnt. At the end he apologized, i accepted but will do business elsewhere in the future. Id had enough stress since 2:30 trying to get the truck there that i didnt need more from a place Im fixing to given$1300 of my hard earned money. If i had of listened to the locals i would of done business elsewhere but this time they were correct.

Went in a week ago with alignment issues. Tires were worn and I was recommended to purchase new ones. So, thats what I did and I booked an appointment with the NTB in Carrollton. Basically wanted a 2nd opinion, and they showed me the paperwork saying my alignment was out on my passenger side. I did get new tires.
In and out pretty quick and they were strait to the point with being reasonably priced.

The first time I ever used them I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I showed up 15 minutes early I was told the system crashed theretofore my appointment was not honored, and i had to return the next day. The next time I went I was able to successfully get my oil changed with out a problem, however the price was not 19.99 as advertised, I tried to schedule an appointment today yet nobody answered the phone.. So we shall see how the next visit goes

So disappointed in this place. The people are friendly enough, but I no longer trust the work they do or what they tell me... Every time I go in the find something new that needs repair.Got new tires and it immediately started making an aweful noise. The alignment was bad too, so i brought it back for that first. Then the noise got worse so I brought it back. Now its apparently a barring issue. Funny how it didnt make any noise like that until after I got new tires and a bad alignment.I have had it in several times in 1 month, they never mentioned it was low on fluids (brake, power steering, ect.) So I went somewhere else for that. Kwik kar in Coppell was way better.Ill never come here again. Ill pay a little more to get work I can trust.
Go to the one in Denton if you want your car done right! I got my oil changed in May and they overfilled the oil called me to come pick it up and when I got here they said a new guy overfilled it and they were having their senior mechanic fix it. I found this understandable but inconvenient, figured it was a one time thing. Flashforward to today picking up my Husbands car from a basic synthetic oil change and as soon as we get on the road to head home HUGE bellows of smoke start pouring out. I was driving behind him and couldnt see a cars length in front of me. It was terrifying. We are back here waiting to see what they did to it. If you care for your car or your time go to the one in Denton. The staff there is so helpful and they do good work. AVOID this one if at all possible.Update:They had overfilled his car as well. They said they werent measuring quarts correctly. Only a insensere Im sorry apology. Made no attempt to try and make it right with us despite the inconvenience and the saftey hazard they let happen.
I cant give this place any stars, but this website will not let you post a review unless you give it a star!!! I took my wife’s 2007 Dodge Caravan to NTB this morning to get a front end alignment. They told me they could not do it, because both front tie rods were worn. The mechanic touched both front tires & said since they moved very slightly towards the left and/or the right when you push on them, that means they are worn out. I was given an estimate of $262.14 (parts) + $241.98 (labor) + $35.00 (shop fee for miscellaneous parts & waste disposal) + tax. I could tell that they were charging way too much for the parts, so I asked them if I bought the parts and brought them in, could I pay them to install them. They said no, because they could not warranty someone else’s parts. Seriously now! Does NTB actually manufacture the parts themselves? Because it is my belief that they purchase the parts from NAPA or Dodge. Whatever! I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts and purchased the same identical parts listed on their estimate, but paid only $97.96 + tax, instead of the $262.14 + tax that they wanted for the same parts, and I didn’t have to pay a $35.00 shop fee to purchase the parts! Therefore, when you add the $35.00 shop fee that NTB charges to the amount they charge for the parts, you are actually paying THREE times the amount at NTB for the same parts that I got at O’Reilly. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with NTB, and will not recommend anyone else to take a vehicle to their shop. I see the NTB Manager always leaves the same response on these reviews, telling everyone to go to their website and give them more information and tell about their visit. There is no need to tell me to do that, since I gave you people all of the information you needed, when I was there at 8:30 a.m. this morning (6/22/2018).
I brought my car in because my tire kept going flat. They said I had a crack in my rim so they sent it off to be fixed. Then they rotated my tires and for some reason after that all my tires soon needed to be welded. I watched them take the tires off the rim, which seemed to be very difficult for them to do. I had to keep going back because all of the rims they had welded had cracked again. I feel the staff is lazy and sometimes rude. Im done throwing away my money there.

This was a good shop for a while and did alignments on my daily driver and track car, the alignment I recieved on my daily driver was garbage and had to take it back and fight with them over a .30 in toe making the car track right.First they told me I had a bad ball joint (after telling two customers before me the same story). I went out to look and the new looking ball join had a nut and bolt that was loose. I probably would have felt that in the car considering Ive been racing cars for about 5-years and can feel .2* camber and .03* toe, and went over the car before I took it in. I asked them to tighten the bolt and the guy attempting to sell me ball joints became somewhat hostile. I took the car back the next day to fix the .35 of toe and he fought with me again.If you take a car there, send someone knowledgeable. Sure, the ball joint could have been loose, but they should not have become hostile over tightening it up rather than selling me something.
This store is awful. the manager is so very rude not only to customers in the store but on the phone. i brought an issue to his attention and he said that it was me because he had had no complaints about that person. plus i left a flash light in my vehicle and it was stolen. they left the oil cap off and broke a part that had to be replaced. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!

Went there to get my free tire roatation since I bought $700 + Michelins but would not do my rotation because a manager cannot find me in the system conveniently. He did find my previous receipt which showed my free rotation because I buy tires from Ntb thats okay Ill just take my business somewhere else
Its pretty rare for me to give 5 stars, but I picked up a key in my tire and not only did they help a traveler get through Dallas safe, they put my spare back nicely no dirt in my car and a patch that seems great. Hope I dont need them again but am sure glad I found this place
