Had several glass crosses engraved there for wedding gifts. Hard to find a place to engrave on glass plus good experience.

What type business is this. I went there to get my trophies done and all they could do was make me feel inferior for making inquiries for my products. It was a such a horrible time and I have never been treated that way before. If I could leave a zero star I would. Trash service. Never going back there again!

The people at Crown Trophy are exceptional. Not only do they offer great products and services at a very reasonable price but they have tremendous creative talents. I have a wooden prayer cross company called Praying As One.I started having them engrave personalized brass plates for my crosses. They encouraged me to adopt having them engrave the personalization right into the wood itself. It looks fantastic and I would have never thought of that on my own. Today they engraved Jesus on my wood cross beautifully.They are a delight to work with. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Absolute BEST customer service! I needed some last minute soccer trophies for our pre-k soccer team and I was able to pick up same day! I felt so welcomed and well taken care of!!! Highly recommend and will be back again myself.

I needed two dog tags engraved for my wedding. I was giving them to my step children during the ceremony. Since the dog tags came in late (from an online purchase) I was panicked about how to get them finished. I came in that morning and asked for a rush order. They were done by 4PM that afternoon. I was very picky about how I wanted them and they ended up working late on a holiday weekend to edit for my taste. I was very impressed and will use them in the future. They made it happen! My kids LOVED them and havent taken them off since.

Kristie and Mike were awesome. I had an idea for a gift for an old Air Force buddy and they made it happen. Not only that, but same day service. I was going to Nashville to fly on his final flight forSouthwest. He had done 20 years in the Air Force and 21 years at Southwest. We had toured the Jack Daniels distillery a few years ago so I got him a bottle of their single barrel Jack.Where Kristie and Mike came in was I wanted the bottle etched/engraved on 4 sides. Him being a huge Florida Gator fan we put the Gator head on the front. I did not think of it, but Mike suggested alittle plate on the chained thing that goes around the bottle neck...so put CA/LTC name on that.On the sidesI we put an F4E and a 737. On the back a All the Best and our names.It could not have turned out any better and Mike stayed after closing to get it done. I will definitelygo back and use their services again. Thanks. At his retirement party everyone oohed and aahdit was by far the most unique gift that everyone wanted to see.
