Quick and easy to use. Need a 4x10 banner sign made in two days and they were able to complete on time. The rep, Kelly was helpful, communicative, and friendly.

The first experience that I had with them was a great one. I was pressed for time to get three signs made. I had already contacted another place and they stated that they wouldnt be able to get the signs done for several days. When I called FASTSIGNS, I spoke with Robin and told her what I needed. She told me that she would send me a proof and that they would start as soon as they received my approval. She said that they could have them done and ready to pick up the next day! I was so happy that I called them. As promised, I picked up the signs the next day and they were perfect.

I don’t know how this place has a high rating. I don’t like to do reviews like this but this place is horrible. I’ve given them two chances to make signs for my business and they have blown me off both times. 2 weeks the first time, this time I finally got proofs sent to me after 3 weeks of waiting but they’re nothing like what we talked about cuz I guess they blew me off so long they forgot the details we discussed. Very unprofessional, it’s like they just didn’t want my money.

The manger Val and her team did an exceptional job designing and producing the decals needed for our project. Even some additional items needed on a Friday before the July 4th holiday, were expedited for us. I could not be happier with the service we received.

I called this place because i though theyd be professional but in was wrong. Its easy for them to put numbers together and tell me their price but its not so easy to get my signs to my business on time. Ive been dealing with them for about a month and 9 days ago everything was supposed to arrive but theyve been telling me every day since then that everything will arrive the next day Also the measurements were completely wrong when they tried to install the window posters. I spoke to the owner and he was very rude and laughing/correcting my english. I will not be doing business with them again

Ordered a sign and the sales person Kelly who was very nice over the phone told me my rider would be ready within the next few days at 4pm. Few days went by and i called to see if my sign would be ready for pickup by 4pm and kelly told me she would call me when it was ready. I called the next day asking for my sign and Kelly said it would not be ready till saturday. I recieved a phone call Saturday and kelly told me monday. After all of that waiting I should have ordered my sign at Bradbury signs in Lewisville. They had my sign same day and not to mention the sign was 15 dollars vs 30 at fast signs. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Bradbury signs is the way to go!

Great prices and very helpful in designing/setting up spirit items for our high school booster club. So easy to work with and very responsive to communications via email.

Completely dissatisfied with the vinyl lettering for the door. I sent them a file of exactly what I wanted and it looked completely different. They turned the & into an and and there was a missing dash in one of the phone numbers. And the size of the letters was wrong. The owner tried to argue that it was my mistake and accused me of nit picking. The file I sent them was correct. On top of that he wanted to charge me more to fix it. He said that I wasnt charged enough to begin with. Very rude and they have no customer service skills at all. They do not own up to their own mistakes instead they try to talk you into accepting the flaws. On top of that it took them over a week to make a sign that has less than 10 words. And I had to remind them in the middle of the week to see if the sign was ready. They said oh we never got your email which they found when I showed up at their counter! In the end I grabbed my misprinted signs and told the owner/manager, you just lost a customer and he replied with We dont need customers like you. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SIGNS!
