I love the Lewisville Sally BS. I saved hundreds on my hair color hilights! They also have hair care products . Nail care etc. Very knowledgeable sta and Emma Melissa are well versed on color and hilights...

I had a wonderful experience with the store manager name Rhonda. I hope that the correct name. I was fully satisfied with my service. She was a very very helpful. I had just came back from the tallies in flower mound with the store manager there did not help me whatsoever just kept on stocking up her shelves. So I do appreciate a good customer service at the salads here in Lewisville.

Walked in EVERY single employee even the “manager”gave me the absolute worst look I will never be going there again if you don’t want to be judged do not go here

No greeting when I walked in. And when paying She asked if I wanted to pay .15 cents for a bag. I’m definitely upset I went in and spent my money at “Sally’s” and didn’t just go to the other beauty supply store (in the same shopping center). Where bags are included with the purchase. (I bought three items)

Sallys is clean and the people are always friendly and helpful. The 15 cents for a bag is a new policy.

Shannon is wonderful! She cuts hair perfectly! She is attentive and a great conversationalist as well. She knows alot about hair and which products you really need and doesnt try to sell you on what you dont. She cares about you!

They say the carry products but they are never in the store which will forced to order on line
