I saw a car I loved and the ad said the process was easy so I applied and was approved So yes VERY EASY LOVED IT!!!!. I then reached out to the dealership and tt Damien and he gave me a list of forms to provide said in a text it should take 15-20 minutes tops. 2 days later...SMH...I called him and he said he didnt get back to me because he had other clients which were walk ins and one was sitting in front of him at the moment. Then he discussed my personal business w me in front of his other clients UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I could have paid cash for the car but since others were more important than me Ill take my business elsewhere because he made me feel like because I didnt come in it was such a bother to help me. Ok I wont bother you anymore. My advice find better employees who know how to get the job done. One simple quick phone could have made him an over 25k sale but oh well.

An with him being patient it made me patient because he was certain he could help. Do I followed his lead an sure enough when time came I was in an out. Do not EVER buy a vehicle from this place. I had my car for less than a month before my engine light turned on and I had to pay close to a thousand dollars and go through two different mechanics before finding out what was wrong with it. Turns out it has a cracked engine head. Now I’m dealing with their godawful warranty service who is dragging their feet on fixing my vehicle that I haven’t even had for a whole month yet! Do your research and stay cautious before you buy a vehicle here.

I got into a wreck 18 months ago that totaled my car. Because I was in a hurry to get back to work my husband and I came here and purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot. I distinctly remember the breaks squeaking when I test drove it and the salesman told me at the time that they were squeaking because the car wasn’t being driven and it would stop after a bit. So we bought the car in haste and that’s our fault but after 18 months of this mess at least I can warn others. The breaks have been nothing but a problem since day one and we weren’t experienced buyers so we didn’t realize that the “great deal” they set us up with was at 25% apr. we have literally been making payments for almost 2 years and the loan amount has barely gone down. Basically the car is a real lemon. Once we got our finances in order we went to trade it in for something more reasonable and a very nice salesman at a more professional dealership had to sit us down and explain that we had been taken advantage of badly. Our car is upside down for over ten thousand dollars and at 25% apr it will be dead before we have it paid off. No dealership will accept it as a trade and we are stuck with it forever. I am so upset at myself mostly for being gullible but also that we are trapped with a car that constantly has problems and is essentially worthless. Please do not buy from here without reading everything and being very careful. I’m not saying this is a bad business but they will tell you anything to get you into a car.

Strongly suggest going to Better Business Bureau and look at complaints before doing business here. They responded to me through bbb but letter was a pre-written letter they send to all complaints... it was addressed to a different person. Until situation is resolved I will continue to warn people with bbb it speaks for itself.

I came on Thursday to replace my old mini van with something new and reliable. I was kinda nervous because buying a car is always a little nerve wracking. However, Alan Sutton changed that for me very fast. He was absolutely a dream to work with. My only complaint is before I came in I did a prequalified check that gave me a little false confidence and said I was approved for most all the vehicles. I was looking at a few more expensive vehicles.
