If I could give Mike and Carol 50,000 stars I would!!!! We recently had substantial structural repairs done to our home, that required practically every surface and wall inside if our home to be repaired &/or replaced. We contacted several companies for quotes, and many a few didnt even contact us back to finish the quotes probably due to the extensive amount of work that needed to be done or were absolutely astronomical in cost. Mike & Carol didnt bat an eye, and Mike even pointed out several things on other estimates that were missing that needed to be added to do the job RIGHT. They are so up front and transparent with their their quotes and pricing (not to mention the competitively priced!) and stand by the work. Floor & Wall Design replaced my counter tops and installed a new back splash, which I love. The owners are easy to work with and friendly, providing a wide variety of choices. They were able to work with our variable schedule and install relatively quickly. They keep a close eye on the work being performed and do checks after the work is installed to ensure quality, which is critical to me. The people they have doing installation are kind and respectful on top of the competence which I consider table stakes. I would gladly work with Floor & Wall Design again!

So many great things to say about Mike and Carol! After spending about 5 months researching quartz countertops and prices, their price was by far the best. After about 20 minutes in their store I knew they were the best choice for our remodel and I never regretted it. They came out on a Sunday to take measurements so that the initial quote was correct and not an estimate. They came a few days later for more measurements with the person cutting the quartz, then we met Mike at the warehouse to see the quartz and then the team was at our house a few days later to install! The team removed my high bar and installed the countertops perfectly! They kept everything clean throughout the whole process and they were very professional. Mike was in constant contact the whole time and they both are genuinely kind people. I truly felt I had family managing the whole process! Highly recommended!!

It was a fantastic experience with Mike and his team. We replaced existing counter-top, and back-splash for kitchen; and all thanks to Mike for making this project go exceptionally smooth. Mike and his team at Floor & Wall Design has remodeled my kitchen last summer. They have done such a great job so, I called them back to change the carpet at my house to a wood floor, again they have done an excellent job as expected. They were very professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I give them five stars and will call them if I need anything else to be done at my house in the future because they are the best.

Mike and Carol were so helpful with all of our questions and requests. The entire process was completed within 2 weeks, from estimate to installation. They are very efficient, and flexible with scheduling, even meeting with us on a Saturday morning, and answering our phone call on Sunday afternoon. Our counter tops are gorgeous and already receiving lots of compliments. Definitely will use them in the future!

We used Floor and Wall Design to install approximately 3000 square feet of solid hardwood flooring, hand scraped and custom stained. Mike and Carol were fantastic to work with. They were professional and highly responsive. Anytime we had a question, they were prompt and thorough in their response. Throughout the process, Mike and Carol would also stop by to check on the progress and quality of the work that was done. The floors are BEAUTIFUL!!! We would highly recommend Floor and Wall Design.

Great experience. Master bathroom remodel performed in a short amount of time. They have great contractors that show up on time and work very hard to get the project completed. Mike is great at assisting with coming up with design that you will appreciate long after the project is done. I have recommended them to several co-workers and neighbors.They remodeled our kitchen in 2019 and it turned out exactly as we wanted. Mike and Carol are great to work with and their contractors are very good at what they do, are always on time, and perform the work quickly. We will use them for future projects around the house.

07/17/2018I started this project, mid April, 2018. I wanted to hire someone that I could trust. I work and would not be able to be at home while this project was ongoing. Therefore, I was looking to hire someone that would take care of my house, trustworthy and no issues. I interviewed at least 5 contractors. When I interviewed Floor & Wall Design, Mike & Carol came to my house. They listened, very detailed, worked through some things that I knew I wanted in my home and Mike and Carol figured out how to do. They kept my home clean as I was living through this renovation. It took approximately 2-1/2 months to complete. Ive heard horror stories about contractors; however, what I do now about Mike and Carol, they do what they say they are going to do. I would recommended them unconditionally. As to the price, they are fair. The team that Mike and Carol have are amazing and very very good at what they do. One tip: Dont argue with MIKE. He is usually right. I love my home thanks to Floor & Wall Design.

Working with Floor and Wall Design was a great experience! We had our master bathroom completely redone and new carpet added throughout our house. Mike made sure that the quality of the work was very high throughout the process and everything turned out fantastically - just how we hoped it would. Mikes team did a fantastic job of putting in new hardwood floors in the kitchen, den, guest bedroom and guest bathroom along with a much nicer tile in our entry way. First they had to remove the old tile floors in our entry way, kitchen, and guest bathroom along with the carpet in the den which they did very quickly. We are especially excited about the hand scraped wood floors. The whole job took only 2 weeks which was a pleasant surprise since we had wood floors put in another part of the house years ago by someone else & that took much longer. Crews arrived on team & were very respectful of our home. Things could not have gone better. This is the 2nd time we have worked with Mike and because he did such an excellent job with the granite countertops & backsplash in the kitchen, we had no reservations about using him again for putting in these new floors and we are glad that we did.
