The new countertop project was the best home project I have experienced. The installers and his companion, were super nice, and well prepared. The measurement process was astonishing. He was able to accommodate an uneven wall, and leave no gap between the counter top and the walls. The scheduling was top notch and he kept us informed each step of the way. I really thank them, and in the end, we have beautiful counter tops. What a great job I wish they all went so well.

Pro flooring is the total package. Great products, very competitive pricing. Their crews are true artisans. Attention to every detail. For us they did shower but he does more. Total remodels if needed or new construction. they are great at communication and making sure during the process that everything you want is being done. I highly recommend pro flooring.

You may get better pricing, but we have learned that with some things, you get what you pay for and with Pro Flooring it is well worth the money you pay.

After a long search for a company to do our kitchen, my wife and I landed with Pro Flooring in Lewisville and we are so glad we did, they made the process easy, answered all our questions, everything they said they would do, they did and then some, and most importantly the kitchen came out beautifully and better than expected. We loved the viewing process that provided us with the chance to see where each part of our slab went in our kitchen and it helped us participate in the process in choosing the perfect layout of the counter-tops, we loved it.

We have recently purchased [ Dec 2015] Granite installation from this place. Check these facts before purchasing any services from them1) We selected Granite and got agreed on some price....They took $2000 deposit ..after one week, guy from this place came to our home for measurement2) We got call from Alex [ Sales Guy], indicating that selected Granite is not available.....He forwarded some pics on mobile and informed us to select Granite from this option ...We indicated that we want to cancel deal and he mentioned about cancellation charges from deposit ...We decided to visit this place again to check available option ...from the available options we selected Granite3) during granite installation, Kitchen / dishwsher got damaged ...Granite installation crew forwarded pic to Alex and but not response. When my wife called them again ..they indicated read contract4) their invoice is rough and it is difficult to figure out how and what they are charging...ex: They listed plumbing charge for $300 [ in fact ] they did not install plumbingoverall be careful ...dont sign and dont give any deposit if you really want to purchase from this place

I stopped by last week for a quote for a 22x 44 Granite Counter-top for a small guest bath. Sales representative didnt ask any questions, and quoted without hesitation $800-$1200 installed. He said the $25 per SF that is advertised doesnt apply to this job. I felt like I was wasting his time, so I walked out.

We got granite countertops, new stainless steel undermount sinks, and new stone backsplash in the kitchen and also had our master bathroom remodeled at the same time with marble vanity tops, undermount sinks, natural stone/travertine shower, tub decor and detailed backsplash complete with frameless glass doors. The quality of the products used was exceptional, the craftsmanship and work provided was also exceptional. Always professional, timely and very fair pricing.
