Had my favorite nic salt device stop working, and being the nicotine addict I am, I freaked out and called the closest vape shop near me. Sure enough they had what I wanted in stock and were gracious enough to throw in some extra pods. Would highly recommend!

I discovered this location on a whim while in search of an obscure size/brand of papers for a friend and not only did they have them in stock, they had two different size variations too. As someone who used to work at a vape shop for two years, the lady behind the counter here has no clue what she’s doing. Asked for a specific glass over the phone and was told they had it, walked in store and she proceeded to try and fit every single replacement glass they had on my tank to see if it would fit, ultimately telling me they didn’t really have it. On top of that she seems tweaked out on meth or something. Definitely not going back there

In my line of work I know just how helpful leaving reviews can be for bringing in business, so this is a go to 9 times out of 10 if the service is good. And let me tell you, the service was fantastic. I was recommended to come take a look and Tiffany greeted me right away. Throughout the entire visit I felt very welcomed and was walked through how things worked here. When I left I actually felt like I met a long lost friend, it was wild. Will definitely be back. Awesome employee on your hands there.

Have to edit my 5 star review to a one star. This place has devolved into a play place for youngsters that cannot provide service or product. The owner is nowhere and he leaves inept people that listen to vulgar music and cant work a simple math problem let alone a register.I no longer will shop here. Been coming here from day one but no more.

One of the top rated vapor stores Ive ever had the experience of being in. Customer service and satisfaction a definite A+. Vapor selection incomparable with any other store Ive frequent. The staff Dave,Sam,Meagan, and Peyton seem more like family than just sales people. Liquid didnt come out right or product not working properly, they go out of there way for customer satisfaction. This review is for the Smoke & Vapor store 729 Hebron Pkwy #210, Lewisville, TX. and I am rating my last visit and posting here for others to see.I Was in the Smoke & Vapor shop this evening and the big guy with black hair and beard is usually cool but when I came in and addressed my issue with my battery being loose and the tank leaking he became irritated and told me to buy another one. Now this battery was only 8 months old and well cared for. The screws were coming loose was my main issue. He stated straight up to just buy another one. In the end he ended up telling me to get the F%$k out of his shop. I see the reviews and agree this shop is hands down is the best shop and I frequent it often. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not sure what was up with the big guy tonight. One conversation he and I had at one point when frequenting the shop was that I run a business too and customer service is my priority and I shared with him that they have the same aspect in there business. Thats why I am not real sure why the big guy told me to get out like he did and not want to be the better person and help out the customer. I guess I was showing my unhappiness towards the issue I was having with my unit and he went in a different direction. Anyway in the end I will be going back to my backup shop and not Smoke & Vapor..... There loss.

The prices are amazing! Great customer service - I dont vape but pick stuff up for my boyfriend all the time. The staff has always helped me out when I wasnt exactly sure what he wanted and the custom juices they make for him are some of his favorites.

Learn how to interpret the new laws. The law states you cannot sell to people under 18. If it is your policy to not have people under 18 in your place of business then say so. Dont give people a line of bs. There are plenty of other places to go to.

These people run an extraordinary business that is customer friendly and has products we all could use.

Ive visited multiple vapor shops and of all of them, this one takes the cake. The staff is knowledgable about the products they sell and the quality of juice. A huge favor this shop has over most of the other that I have visited is that even though they have some premade juice in stock, their best juice is what they make in house when you order it.

Always gives the wrong atomizer for e cigs so last night was jonesing so bad i put the old atomizer back in. From the trashcan with stuff in if i cleaned it and smoked it. They have very little knowledge about e cigs my guess is i was unlucky and i always get the new people

My favorite vape shop. Ive been going to this vape shop for about 2 years now, and have never had a problem with any of the staff or their products. Sam, the girl with the piercing has never given me any issues and is always willing to help me out and my juice for me with no issues. 5/5 stars for Smoke and Vapor.

So, me and my wife came in looking for a specific juice. Brittany said that they didnt have the juice but might be able to make something similar and asked what was in it. I gave her the info that I knew and she came back with something that was pretty close to it. Cant say that I have ever had such a great experience with a vape shop or an associate going that extra step in a while. Ill be sure to make this one of my main stops when i need juice.

I order online. they get the order to me fast and correct. there flavors taste like the real thing. the few times we have talk on the phone its always seemed like talking to friends. cant ask for more!!!

I dont know why there are any bad reviews for this shop. I wouldnt go anywhere else.. I have been vaping for 6 years and coming here for at least 2 years. Ive never had a problem with any employee..the service is fast and the prices are right, not to mention the generous loyalty program. If you had a bad experience thats probably on you. I have interacted with all the staff many times and have been met with nothing but kindness and helpfulness.

I normally shop there for all of my vapor needs, but never again. I bought a large battery last week, and it just stopped working all of a sudden yesterday. I took my receipt and the battery to the store for an exchange and the guy told me... exact words we cant exchange it because its not our fault that it broke. Ok. I didnt say it was their fault but it was not my fault either. I barely used the battery during the 7 days that it was working, and it was not dropped, mishandled, or damaged by me in any way. He then goes on to say that somebody dropped it. Absolutely horrible customer service. He suggested I come back to the store and have their technician look at it for $10. He didnt even offer that for free! There are vapor shops all over this area, and I will definitely be finding a new one for my business.

Went on 7/6/16:The girl with the glasses and nose ring behind the counter is possibly the rudest person I have ever come into contact with in my entire life. The selection is ok, but the juices are sub par and outrageously overpriced. They have a very limited selection as far as mods go, which are also crazy expensive for lower end mods. I just cant get past the customer service, terrible is an absolute understatement. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.If I was the owner I would fire that girl before she drives all of your customers away, seeing as I am not the only one who has complained on here about her.

Im fairly new when it comes with vaping, so often when I go into vape shops asking questions, the employees are unfriendly and dismissive. Ive been to Smoke and Vapor twice, the first time with Megan assisting me, and the second visit Tiffany and Megan assisting me. Both of them were nothing but friendly and patient. Both girls are down to earth and I enjoyed talking with them. I would recommend going to this shop to anyone. Not only is the service great, but they make the juices. (Which I personally believe is 10x better than the brand names.)I really appreciate the help that I received, and Ill definitely be back!

Jay was very helpful at first. I explained to him how I don’t have any days off so I wasn’t able to come in when they have their buy 1 get one 50%. He told me he can do it for me this one time.As soon as he walked in back to start making my juice, he came back out and said, “I’m sorry I just remembered I am not supposed to do that, so I cannot do that for you.”THAT WAS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I SAID. I told him I know they aren’t able to give the deal on Thursdays but this was the only day I could have gone.Louie walked out, who always has an attitude (Don’t ever get help from him).I have brought SOOO many customers and I’ve been their customer for YEARS and this is how they treat me? I work in customer service and I would never tell someone I can do a deal and then turn around and tell them no. YOU HAVE TO HONOR THE DEAL.I will make sure no one else goes there anymore. I dont think I have ever walked into a shop to receive such horrible service. When we walked in, we asked the gentleman what hookah flavors he had...he said I dont know, its all there. Then I asked him hey, do you guys have any hookahs?.....again he responded with I dont know. Why are you working there when you dont know where anything is or better yet if you even carry it. Atleast show some interest in the job thats paying you to keep you there. Show some interest, try to find out where the things are. Then I turned and asked him can I open the lid to smell the hookah flavor he goes yeah go ahead while looking down at his phone. So I opened it, it smelled good so as I was going to say can I have two of these he goes omg why are you opening them. I was like I just asked you - you said I can open the lid to smell it. And to make it clear its a tin box that has the flavor sealed in a plastic inside the tin. All I did was open the tin to smell the box, not the plastic WITH HIS PERMISSION. I was soooo upset, I decided to leave it and walk out. I wouldve atleast purchased one hookah, 2-3 flavors, and a box of coal. That behavior costed the owner almost $100 PLUS paying the employee. I would suggest the owner to check their employees providing service. And to be exact I was there Saturday October 20th seeping 8pm. Super disappointed and frustrated.

Been my shop for 6 years but no more.For the last 6 weeks Ive called or stopped by and asked for a juice that theyve always had or made while I waited and was told it was out of stock and it will be in next week.. for the last six weeks. Stopped by today because I called on Monday and was told it was ordered and would be there by today, so I ran up there and guess what? Still not in... So time to find a new place that doesnt lie to customers.

The only store ive seen that isnt double the price of something you can buy online.I usually hate going into vape stores. Theyre always overpriced and the staff is usually unhelpful. I went in because I needed a coil and was shocked at the prices. Their prices are almost exactly the same as online, and I dont have to pay shipping or wait. Their juce prices are really fair compared to other online shops as well. Granted online is still cheaper, but most importantly you cant taste what youre buying online.I am going to discontinue shopping online and start shopping here from now on!
