Old service station that was converted into a small Circle K store.great location and always competitive on fuel prices.

I am still trying to calm down with how badly we were treated here.Below is what I sent to Circle K corporate (Carolina Division). I recommend avoiding this particular Circle K:Hello,I had a very unpleasant experience at your store at 480 Williams Rd. in Lewisville, NC. When I came into the store (around 2pm on 1/19/21), one of your employees was not wearing a mask so I was avoiding her - which is pretty tough because its a small store. I came in because I had won some candy, but I had trouble finding it. I thought I found a good substitute, but realized it didnt fit the required weight for the prize won. When I went to put it back, the woman not wearing a mask was in the middle of the aisle (leaving no room for me). I put the candy down with similar items and tried to find the right item (gummy worms). The man at the register yelled at me, Thats not where you got that! I left, as getting COVID and being yelled by your employees is really not worth some free candy. I told my husband what happened and he told your employee he shouldnt be talking to me that way and told the woman she really should be wearing a mask. My husband came back to the car (he was pumping gas) and your male employee came outside and started yelling that the customer isnt always right.I came back inside to take a picture of him and told him he cant talk to people that way.This is my neighborhood Circle K (we walk there, bike there, etc.) and now neither of us feel comfortable going there.If youre interested in resolving this, I would appreciate an apology from the male associate and require that all your employees wear masks. Im happy to provide the picture of him, but this website doesnt offer that as an option.Thank you,Amber

My wife and I are regular customers here and always are greeted with a friendly hello/smile. A special nod to Toni Anderson who is a wonderful person and big asset to this establishment.

Terrible customer service. We will never be stopping there again!
