I usually don’t leave reviews but this trip to Starbucks called for it. I ordered a ribbon crunch frappechino add 4 pumps of caramel syrup with no coffee. When I arrived at the window they handed me the drink and I pulled off. I took a sip and obviously realized there was coffee in it. (THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME) so I drove around got back in line and asked them to remake my drink and that I had asked for cream based no coffee. When I pulled up to the window the second time the barista Fatima, asked me to hand her back the messed up drink that I had already sipped out of (during the pandemic & pretty sure it’s against policy to bring any food/drink that someone has taken outside of the store back behind the bar) anyways I handed her the drink because I’ve already spent 10+ minutes in line and didn’t want to argue. She then handed me some sort of plain vanilla bean frappechino with no caramel pumps. I took a sip at the window this time and told her this also isn’t what I ordered. She offers to remake it a 3rd time. She hands me the final drink which was what I ordered and I asked her if I can get a reimbursement card since I’ve now waited 15 minutes in line, had my drink incorrectly made twice, all for Fatima to just say “I can’t give you one” lol. Don’t know if this is a new management issue or what but I’ve had multiple friends that complain about this Starbucks customer service. Save your time, money, and drinks & go to a different Starbucks location.

Everytime I try to tell the lady that the breakfast sandwiches are cold in the middle she will make up excuses instead of figuring out the problem. However when I tell the man that works up there, my breakfast sandwich comes out hot. So that lady really needs to get on her game instead of making excuses. Because their sandwiches are way overpriced be coming out cold.
I’ll be generous when saying you’ll get a full oz of oat milk. Probably closer to a half oz. They charge 70 cents extra which means they’re making at least $44.80 per container. Highway robbery. Only 2 Starbucks I know of that charge extra. Only one employee is nice and competent. Others have gossiped with other employees instead of making my beverage. This Starbucks is the worst.

The short haired lady who does drive through was so RUDE!!! Never said thank you or said any anything when I said thank you. Not only she was rude, but got my drink completely wrong! Ugh, too bad I drove off before I took first sip. I just threw it away and went to the other location since it was not worth going back. Just wasted my time and money thanks to the lady who does drive through. THANKS!!!!!

Extremely rude batista took our order and talked to us in a demeaning manner. I work in customer service and I know how you should talk to customers, especially those who are not being rude to you. She was either in a bad mood, having a bad day, I dont know...but there is no excuse for the way she talked to us. Chelsea I believe, lady with the shaved head. Be nicer next time.
Just had the worst experience in a Starbucks. The drive thru short haired lady had 0 patience and everytime I requested something she was mad about it. I always had the greatest customer service on all starbucks I’ve been to, and the coffee was great but why the attitude?
Starbucks never fails they were quick and the order was correct. Will use this location again.

I asked for an iced white chocolate mocha. I was given a hot white chocolate mocha. I told them this and they apologized. A moment later they had this drink, what looked like an iced white chocolate mocha. I said thanks and headed out (I did drive through). Taking one sip and I realized my mistake.From what I’ve been told from every other barista, iced drinks are made differently from hot drinks of the same make. This drink is warm to the touch, despite the ice. It tastes like garbage. It also, according to a barista friend, is not safe to drink as hot drink was poured over ice and left to sit.This Starbucks sucks and has ruined my order 9/10 times. I kept figuring it was the time I was there but no. Apparently not. They don’t train their team about safety standards or, from my experience, quality standards.
I love our barista and drive-thru host! Our drinks were perfect and quickly made, and theres just something about intertacting with someone who has a great attitude and a sincere smile. Between the heat and everyones COVID crankiness, its refreshing to get the unexpected lift in our day. Thanks to this Starhucks team!
The sign says that the lobby/dining area is open, but inside the store the sign says that all tables are closed except outside patio.
This location is not dine-in ready. When I pointed out to the baristas there that Google maps identified them as dine-in, the person is careless and sarcastic. At 3pm on a Friday, with Im the only customer and 5 staff there and, the waiting for a coffee is over 5 mins and a water has to be passed around for 5 mins. Enough said.
Paid $5 for a hot chocolate, recieved warm water with whipped cream instead...this is an item that takes literally three ingredients to make...will not be returning.
This location charge higher even it is same coffee then any other places. I always order a decaf, grande black Americano. However this location charged me $3.41 but other places charged $3.19. So I ask Denton location that does every location have a different price or not. He inform me that all Starbucks around DFW will be same price. Hmmmmm beware.Left one from Denton and right one is from Lewisville by Costco to show I ordered same coffee.
The young dark hair kid on more than one occasion will give you the wrong change back. I may be old school but if you can’t do quick math for change from a dollar.... my total today 12/9/20 was $6.12, I gave him a $20 bill, he gave me back $13.38.Are these people really this stupid??? From now on I’m going to short them $.50 and see how loud they scream.
I ordered 10 minutes ahead and my coffee was hot and ready when I got there! And this was during the early morning commute rush! Fantastic service!

This store has been a 4 - 5 star for 2 years.I actually know many of the employees. We laugh and carry on and because of the amount if Fraps i purchase, they always try their best to make a great drink.So tonight, rushinmy 3rd time to this starbucks today, I arrive at 8:50.
They pretty much never get my drink order wrong. I mobile order my drink here all the time and it is always ready when I get there. They do a great job!

Honestly the drinks were fine but the little girl who took our order was rude af. We asked for a basic item on the menu. Its literally the only one of its kind and she barked at us over calling it a frappuccino. Ive ordered this drink over 1000x and call it the same thing everywhere I go. Vinalla bean. You would think that would be easy to comprehend but I guess not. I honestly felt like being a Karen so heres your poor review. Maybe dont put your degenerate employees on the mic if you want customer service done correctly.
Great coffee place... The Frappuccinos are the best... There are many to choose from and most of them are really good... And if you get a gold card because you order a lot of coffee this is the place to go... It is a nice perk that you get free stuff for doing things that youre going to do anyways... Great coffee place

Took 20 minutes to make a simple light roast and that too came out cold like tap water. Had to re-do and that too was terrible. Seems like baristas were busy chitchatting than focusing on their job to make a simple coffee
This store is a convenient stop off of I-35 or SH121 coming from any direction. Heading back out can be a bit of a pain depending on which side of the parking lot you exit from and which direction youre needing to go. The store is clean and the staff is polite. The reason they got 2 stars was that there was only 3 people working this day and 2 of them were trainees. We ordered in store and were here for about 30 minutes (order placed at 3:35pm and received our drinks at 4:05pm. Cant fault the staff that were there, they were doing their best., They were just way too understaffed to have that many customers at once. I think with one more seasoned veteran it would have been a completely different story. The trainer was having to coach 2 people while simultaneously having fulfill orders inside and at the drive through.
This location is pretty good every time, except the one time I didnt specify light ice in a pink drink....I got a cup full of ice, the ice could hardly move around from the amount that was in there. Lesson learned, must be picky about ice amount for what we pay for drinks.
This Starbucks is on my way to work so I stop here a lot, usually mobile orders. Mobile orders are incomplete or 5-10 minutes late about 70-80% of the time, and the staff won’t even make eye contact with you if you’re picking up a mobile order, and often treat you like you’re rude if you’re asking about a missing item from your order. I have had some good experiences at this location, but for the most part, it is frustrating to have issues so frequently.
Exceptional services. I stopped by and ordered the double chocolaty chips (mistakenly) and asked to add a shot of espresso. As the staff noticed that I needed more caffeine than normal, she suggested that I should order the Java chips instead. You don’t get this kind of service often-the employees know their products and know what customers really want.( I was there around 8:22am on 11/30/18, drive-thru)
Excellent coffee and bakery choices. The coffee is fresh and delicious. The frappuccinos are a refreshingly chilled coffee drink that is excellent.

So I live in the middle of 4 SB locations. This one is by far the best! I feel so bad for not getting the baristas name however she not only knows my whole dang order but I could not go for a month and when I come back shes like hey girl venti iced vanilla latte extra shot 12 pumps vanilla and a chkn sausage bacon biscuit. Whatever they pay her its not enough.
This is a busy location for its size. It does have many electric outlet options good for plugging in my laptop. The service was courteous. She multi-tasked well and handled my order. It is noisy and I had to have her repeat her questions. For me at that time mid-morning, the wifi seemed slow & could not download my chat application for work.
The barista that helped me was very friendly and got my drink correct(black eye). Been to 4 different Starbucks in the last 2 weeks and this one got my drink right and was fast and efficient. Kudos to this location and next time I am on the road I will stop in here.
There’s a certain warmth about this Starbucks that precedes any coffee shop I’ve ever been to. You don’t just feel like your coming in for a cup of coffee, you feel like you’re coming home.
This AM they were out of the Peach/Mango tea for my usual Citrus-Mint tea. Dakota recommended adding the Orange tea for the citrus boost. It was AMAZING!! Thx Dakota for brightening my morning. 😀

Thought of trying new and ordered Tall Chile Mocha, which I didnt like it much. So, I went to them to ask whether I can get an another one of my own choice within the same price. I chose double chocolate chip frappuccino. They simply made it and gave it to me. Loved their way of behaving and valuing customers choices and tastes.

I just recently started going to this Starbucks and I have zero complaints! Every visit I used the drive thru between 7:40-8a.m. and theres always been a long line wrapped around the side of the building but it goes fast which I very much appreciate! Always friendly staff!!

Im giving 2* based my last 2 visit. I didnt get actual coffee taste as compare to other Starbucks. I have ordered White Chocolate Mocha... but taste was not good. I have tried 2 times.
I enjoy Starbucks for a quick caffeine fix, however this location is risky if youre on a time crunch. 2 cars in front of me today, waited nearly 10 minutes, and my latte was luke warm 😫😫😫
Coffee was good, but trash was on table at entrance outside, and all over floor at entrance and in the bathroom. An update and positive note is that after almost 30 minutes, they began cleaning up. :)
Ive been coming here for many years. The service is great. Also I was meeting someone one time and they actually kept the store open for me for five extra minutes. These guys are super nice
I have gone twice, both times they lady at the window was not sure of my drink. The first time my order was messed up and I was over charged. I was only on a quick break and it took way longer then expected.
Best selection of coffee themed adult toys I have seen and smelled, cant beat that roasted vanilla bean scent.
Slowest Starbucks experience EVER. Waited 15 minutes on a non-busy day. Inefficient workflow : 2 baristas doing everything including cold drinks and stocking while 4 other workers doing other things = poor mgmt.

Its a Starbucks. Starbucks is consistent and has good coffee. They havent misspelled my name, but thats because I get a regular cup of coffee rather than a mochacarmacrapamericanochatalatte or whatever kids are into now days.
I havent been to this location for a bit BECAUSE they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get my drink order wrong.First off, I cant have dairy. I have a mild allergic reaction to it.Second, everytime I order something, i request almond milk, the label will say almond milk, but it is regular dairy.Word to the wise, get a staff who cares about customers before you get someone really sick and they sue you.
The coffee was decent. 2 of 3 visits they have lost my mobile order. As I wait for my order I watch other mobile customers that are frustrated as well with lost or slow orders. As a mobile customer its a bit confusing when a walk in customer gets their order before you. It may be time for a quality overhaul?
Honestly, this Starbucks is pretty mediocre. The convenient location and solid service makes up for the interior of the place, which is ALWAYS filled with flies for some reason. I imagine they keep their trash pretty close by or something. Sit inside for half an hour and youll see what I mean.Edit: They fixed the fly issue. TYBG.

Starbucks provides false information about the quality of their coffee. Not everyone who drinks coffee at Starbucks thinks that the over roasted coffee beans that are bitter and are robusta and not arabica as they claim are bad. (Testing by Quora of their coffee beans shows that the bean type and bitterness is accurate). Many people dont drink their coffee black, so they cant really taste the poor quality of the beans because of the addition of other additives into their coffee. The real issue is that people who like the best coffee flavor dont go to Starbucks.
Such an incredibly dynamic staff! They are just as friendly to guests as they are with each other. Their energy is as strong as their coffee and smiles as sweet as their cookies.
I come here for coffee and to run my business from my laptop. The staff here are Amazing!!! My ONLY complaint is that when the chairs are being moved around as they sweep and mop under the tables or customers moving chairs around....THE GOD FORSAKEN SOUND!!! The noise made kills my ears!!! Gives me a headache as I’m here for hourrrrs every day. PLEASE put fabric under the chair and table legs to stop this VERY DISTRUSTFUL AND ANNOYING NOISE. It’s like a teacher scratching a chalkboard! Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully a result will come from this review.
