This place has the biggest selection of brands I have ever seen. Probably over 5,000 frames to pick from. Ended up selecting a Tom Ford and was pleasantly surprised they have an on-site lab and made my lenses in less then 30 min on site. I was able to walk and out with brand new pair of glasses in hand.

I come to my favorite Pearle Vision location every year to get my glasses. The staff is extremely friendly and helps me select frames that perfectly fit my face. The hardest thing I have is picking out between my favorite brands :-) I can’t get enough of Gucci and Versace.

I am a first time glasses wearer and came in to see what my options were. I was pleasantly surprised at the HUGE selection of frames at this location. The staff were very friendly and took their time to go over all options with me. I selected a pair of Versace frames and because they have a lab onsite I was able to get my glasses done in under an hour. Thanks again for all the help and hope more people find out about your onsite lab!

I have always wanted contacts, but never got around to getting them. For some reason I always had a fear of putting them in and taking them out. I called for an appointment and luckily there was a cancellation and they were able to fit me in the same day. Dr. Griffin was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Once my prescription was figured out, she helped me put sample contacts in for the first time. It took awhile for one of my eyes, but she was very patient. She gave me some samples to take home and try. The receptionist helped me learn how to put contacts in and take them out after my exam. She was very friendly and patient also. The price for the exam was very reasonable and they did not try to sell me on frames for my existing glasses like other places always do. I highly recommend this place. Honest and friendly!

I been coming to this Pearle location for 5 years. Love their large selection of glasses, 1hr lab and the fact they take ALL insurances. Our company switches from VSP to EyeMed and they take both. Will be back next year again, thanks.

This is my go to location to get my new glasses every year. I have EyeMed and Pearle Vision is recommended location based on my insurance. Very happy with huge selection of name brands and friendly staff. I come every year to use my benefits and pick up a new frame. Thank you Ella for taking care of me. Originally, my visit went very well. The glasses I purchased were high quality but didnt survive the onslaught of a 100 lb German Shepherd. When I called to get my PD to order sunglasses online, they refused to give it to me DESPITE BEING REQUIRED TO GIVE IT TO ME BY FEDERAL LAW. Their excuse? PD changes over time and my rx was expired. That is only true with regards to children over time NOT ADULTS. Once we hit adulthood, it is very rare for PD to change.Olivia said in my call that they do not give out that information so they willingly admit that they break federal law. Either find a different vendor or make sure to get your PD immediately when they issue the PD. Again. Despite what they say, according to the Eyeglass Rule with the Federal Trade Commission, ALL EYE DOCTORS are required to give you that information. The only exception is if they are a federal, state or local government which Pearle Vision is not. They cannot charge extra and they cannot make you sign a waiver to sign away your rights. They try to avoid giving you that information because you need it to order glasses online, meaning, not through them. Stay away!!!

I finally came to a realization that it’s time for me to get some trifocal lenses. It took me a few hours to pick out the right combination of frames and lenses but I can’t believe how patient everyone at the store was and really guided me through the whole process. Hopefully now I can have a single pair of glasses for reading look at my computer and driving. The whole experience was well worth it.

Received a coupon in the mail for $25 off complete pair. Came in to the store and spent few hours trying on their more then 2,000 frames available. Settled on a pair of Tom Fords with transition lenses. Could not be more pleased with service received. Great selection, best prices and very happy with quality. I came in on Sunday to get my glasses adjusted. The staff quickly greeted me and helped fix the right temple on my old frames. After seeing their huge selection I decided it was time for a new pair :-) Tried on probably 50 pairs but settle on a pair of Tom Fords. They were able to get my lenses put in right away and I walked out with a new pair and seeing better then ever. Thanks again for all your help. Will recommend to all my friends.

Everyone was so very nice and helpful! This was my first time ever picking out glasses, so them being patient meant a lot to me. Plus they have a lab in the facility at the Lewisville location. Dr. Nguyens office was able to get me in on short notice. He is a fanatic about detail and precision. Probably the best contact lenses prescription I have ever gotten. Very high quality care. Prices fair and they accept insurance.

I just moved here and was looking to go here until I took a look at their reviews. You can just tell that they are auto generated fake reviews. Nothing says red flags about a business more than fake reviews. Be smart and always carefully look at reviews before you go to a place especially if it involves health care.

Very friendly and very informative! My appointment with Dr. Nguyen was quick and he explained my previous prescription, how it affected my vision, and how it differs from the new prescription. The ladies up from helped me find a lovely pair of glasses and have been very accomedating to my schedule! 10/10 recommend and I will be returning for all my optometry and eyeglass needs!

The staff and management of this location is simply superb. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The service is always very personalized, and the employees always remember me and my family, and make very helpful recommendations. I wanted a pair of sunglasses that they did not carry, and they went out of their way to find what I wanted and order it. I Wouldnt go anywhere else for my vision needs!

I have to say the management really cares about their customers. Acknowledged each customer as they walked in and they are very precise! They were able to fix my lenses which had the metal clip where the sides are attached without damaging the lenses! Bought them from here as well! Thank you!

I come to Pearle Vision every year to get my glasses. Ask for Alla as she been there for 10 years and know everything about every insurance. I have EyeMed and only had to pay a small co pay to get 2 pairs of glasses and lenses

Went in to find some new frames. There wasnt really anyone in there and the lady that helped me was very friendly and attentive. I found some frames that I really liked and knew what it would cost out of pocket after my insurance. I had the lady that helped me and the one that stared from behind the counter look into my insurance so I could go through with my transaction. The quote they came back with was $159.99, right at $70 more than what it should have been. I have a $150 frame allowance and lenses completely covered through my insurance. They only applied $99 towards my frames and couldnt explain to me where the extra $51 went or how they fully got that number.

Staff was friendly. My issue with them and I guess all pearle vision stores is their pricing. Since they are independent franchises, they can inflate prices however much they want (thats how it seems). The frame that was purchased was $129 over what the manufacturer charges online. I understand making a profit, but thats just absurd. Thankfully I wasnt the one that bought anything from them, and I never will.

We’re place they will tell you that you are in network when really you or not they use your out of network benefit which charge you more then your in network benefits providers would do call your vision plan befor you go to this place they will over charge you
