A major renovation of our bathroom was just completed by the contractor, Ed Zuraiki (A1 Flooring and Granite). Ed, selected and scheduled the electrician, plumber, shower glass design/installers, and tile expert. All work was on schedule and the few minor issues were always handled by Ed on the same day. He made a normally hectic process run smooth. It was a pleasure to work with an experienced renovation professional.I highly recommend A1.

We had new hardwoods installed and they did a great job! Sal was our sales rep. He was very polite and patient. Pulled sample after sample from the shelves to help us find exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend A1 flooring for your flooring needs. We LOVE the finished product we got from A1 Flooring. These guys are extremely dependable, trustworthy, and AFFORDABLE. I emailed them about getting the floors redone for the entry way, kitchen, living room, two hallways, and the guest bathroom. They called me back the same day, and were able to measure out all of the area the next day.We went into their showroom that weekend and picked out the tile we wanted. They were able to give us a quote the same day. Also, they were able to start on our project within a week.During the remodel, the men they sent were professional and finished everything within 3 and a half days. We were not happy with the grout that was put in the bathroom, but the company replaced the grout, free of charge!If we have another remodel in our home, we will use them! We are so happy we chose these guys. They will be there to talk to you throughout the entire process!

We did a kitchen remodel with A1 that included new granite counter tops and back splash and A1 did a FANTASTIC job! The guy that came to measure the counter tops made some great suggestions for the counters that were an improvement on our original forimica tops and the actual product was perfect! The back splash looks fantastic and I could tell that when the crew came to do the work it was done right. I HIGHLY recommend A1 for excellent and reputable work!

From first contact, Sal at A1 Flooring & Granite was very responsive and really listened to what we wanted for our kitchen. When he came out for an estimate, he even brought out samples based on our discussions which was really nice, not all of our bids did that.The pricing estimate was close to our other bids, but what made us go with Sal and A1 was the fact that we felt like we could trust him. It can be an uneasy thought having people come in and out of your home that you do not know, but we felt comfortable with Sal and his contractors doing the work!The A1 showroom has everything that you could possibly need to envision your new kitchen, and what they dont have on hand, they can show you and order it. They also have a great selection of granite on site.From start to finish the work took roughly 2.5 weeks. When he first told us 2 - 3 weeks, we were prepared for 4 - 5 knowing how projects dont always go according to plan, but he delivered on his promise! He kept me posted on the schedule constantly and let me know who would be at our house and when.From start to finish, A1 was wonderful and we will be using them again in the future!

We are really happy with our experience all the way around. In addition to that, I recently went in to chat about some other work we are looking to do in our home and even though its been over a year since they installed our floors, the owner still remembered my wife and I. These people dont honor their one year warranty and like to verbally abuse customers. The owner Mike shouldnt be in business, he knows nothing about professionalism. Never spoke to the guy but he had no issue ranting and raving like a mad man to me. They came out to my house and didnt fix half the things on the list, then used a different colored caulk and refuse to come out and fix their mistake. Dont use this company. If their not careful theyll be involved in a lawsuit sooner than later, dishonorable bunch.

Were very please with A 1, we found them when looking for a remnant piece of granite for our my big green egg stand and forgot about them when we started looking at remodeling our main downstairs bathroom. We tried several places that only wanted to send someone to our house. We went to see KC and he immediately walked us through some displays, shortly thereafter we had chosen tile and granite and he made an appointment to come to the house to measure so he could complete the proposal. My wife is visual and this made it easier to make her decision.Next came the install. We first went to the shop where the granite was cut to verify and consult with thier people about where we wanted the granite cut and how we wanted it finished, again everyone was very helpful.They next came out and remeasured before the final cuts and verified the details, then on to install.Marcos crew of him and one was great! Were felt very comfortable with them and thats important because its a big job of demo and install. It takes several days. We had a couple of hiccups along the way and everyone was very attentive about getting things on track and making us satisfied.Overall, we would definitely use the company again and I give them a high recommendation!It turned out beautifully.

I had quartz countertops installed and they left glue residue on them, spoke to Tiviri and owner and they claim they did nothing wrong and are not fixing the problem. Use any other contractor but this one!

Unprofessional and non-responsive- Viewing the other reviews and contrasting with my personal experience I question the veracity of the reviews. Despite submitting a request and responding multiple times to their canned nonsense auto responder, I have not received a cursory thanks, no thanks or even were too busy to respond. Too many choices out there for this kind of customer service on the FRONT end! So the store responds to my review by claiming they did not receive any email or call. Interesting. I received an automated response FROM them, and replied to it 3 times before realizing they were not going to respond to me. If they had responded to me as quickly as them defend their reputation perhaps I too would have had a good experience.

We have had 2 floods and I was heartbroken to hear that we had to have our entire flooring pulled out! A1 Flooring and Granite recreated our entire home!! Went to A1 for granite after the contractor I was working with was a no show for our next appointment to work on my fireplace. It was 10 minutes until closing time, but Tiviri did not rush me at all. Throughout the entire process he has been awesome. Not only did he help me with my granite, but he was also able to help me with my fireplace and my new backsplash. Best thing, he agreed to do the work with the product I already had picked out so I did not have to go through that process again. My granite, backsplash, and fireplace are all awesome, very minor mistake on the granite in one bathroom and Tiviri gave excellent customer service to resolve it. Highly recommend working with him, I know I will be!

I went to A1 based on a reference from a family friend.My wife and I were interested in getting stone countertops, backsplash and a new sink. A1 was able to provide all of these items. We went to their location off of 35W and were met by Tiviri and Kasey. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable in all aspects of the work we desired. They also were very patient in ensuring that my wife was getting exactly what she wanted. They even went so far as to wet the backsplash tiles so as to show exactly how they would look once the sealer was applied.We completed the choices and awaited A1 to come out for a measurement. For the initial pricing visit and the followup for the exacting measurements, the representatives from A1 were very professional. Once we received the quote, we were pleased at the price in comparison to other installers. We paid the deposit and got the ball rolling.We received a call a week later and were invited to come to the factory to inspect the stone. The workers had already placed tape on the stone to indicate the exact cuts. I highly recommend visiting the factory to view the stone, the customer service experience was great.One week after the inspection we had the install. Again the installers were very professional and we were very satisfied with the work. I had a truly exceptional experience with A1 Flooring & Granite! I had planned a surprise kitchen remodel for my parents while they were out of town for a week. I had a very tight schedule and itinerary and these guys did not disappoint. From Hany to Mike to Tivi, I had the best customer service from start to finish. They helped me pick out the perfect products for countertops and backsplash and gave me a great price. Since I was out of town with my parents, Mike even came to their house on day 1 to ensure everything went smoothly. When they got there they found out that the counters/cabinets underneath were uneven... Mike went the extra mile. His guys went to Home Depot to buy extra wood to level everything out. They didn’t even charge me anything extra... seriously who does that?! Then the backsplash guy came in the next day and finished everything in one day to keep everything on schedule! The work they did was on time, exceeded my high expectations, and was absolutely fabulous. A week after surprising my parents, and my mom is still over the moon. She LOVES her new countertops! I’ll never look anywhere else for flooring or countertop needs... these guys are THE BEST! Use them and you’ll feel the same way!!!

I picked A1 Flooring to replace all the flooring in my new 3000 sq. ft. house with carpet and LVP flooring, and add granite countertops in the kitchen and one bathroom. They were great! All the guys were very nice, namely Bill and Mike who I spoke with regularly. The subs they used were also very good and knowledgeable about their products. A1 Flooring came in with a better price on better quality products. Compared to other quotes that I received, they offered better carpet, better pad, better LVP, and better granite all for much less. I cant say enough good things about Tiviri and the good people at A1 Granite. My wife and I recently had our old Formica countertops replaced with granite and a new backsplash installed. Tiviri went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions to help us. One evening, he stayed at work until after 7 PM to work with us in outlining how we wanted our slab of granite cut for our counter tops, even though they close at 6. He was always prompt to answer my text messages and questions, and I asked quite a few. The work these guys do is beyond excellent. The granite fit perfectly, looks beautiful, and was installed in a total of 2 hours time at the house (including tear out of the old counter). The work Juan did on our backsplash is gorgeous. We will be using these guys again, and we highly recommend them! Their service is beyond excellent. New dishwasher arrives soon!

My husband and I built our home almost 18 years ago and I had white Formica countertops with wood edging installed. The backsplash was ceramic tile. Because I was unaware of how much granite cost, I wanted to get a couple of bids to compare pricing, etc. I received estimates from two stores in Lewisville. I decided on A1 Flooring & Granite because their total price was over $500 cheaper than the other store. Tivi was my salesperson and he was GREAT. He was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer my questions. The team of guys that installed my granite and backsplash were AWESOME. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. A1 Flooring & Granite is the absolute best place in DFW to get your granite countertops. As anyone knows shopping for granite countertops in the DFW can be overwhelming as there are numerous places to choose from but what sets A1 apart from the rest is the customer experience. The owner Mike was wonderful to work with and just an all around genuine guy. He is not one to try and nickel and dime you, he did not have any hidden charges, and he was the first to not charge anything to come out to the house and measure. If youre in the market for countertops or any type of flooring dont hesitate to shop A1 Flooring & Granite, I have other house projects in the works and will definitely be visiting them again!
