Kind and clean! Plus, there are lots of high quality Donuts! You must go there and eat fresh donuts!!

My husband and I come here every time we want donuts because it’s the softest and yummiest we have had in Carrollton area! We absolutely love the sweet lady who works the register 💖 and their cinnamon rolls are AMAZING!! 🤩 감사합니다 ☺️

Great place! There were bunny donuts and other kids things just before Easter. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient.

This place is expensive for donuts. $2.59 for a dozen donut holes... and they aren’t warm or delicious. I get better donuts and better prices at any other donut place. Maybe it’s the area I don’t know but we will not ever be visiting again.

We ordered some breakfast online and paid online, Castle donuts told us that they have canceled our order but it was not canceled and we were charged.So we ordered again and everything was so expensive and not freshly made. They are taking food out of refrigerator in Covid time.

Have been here a couple times since it’s very close, the donut quality has been good. But the last few times I’ve noticed a weird taste when eating the chocolate donut holes (in particular a nail-polish like taste in the icing) usually get different types of donuts so everything else tasted alright. Called the store to let them know there was a problem, but I don’t know if they understood what I was trying to say, hopefully they find out what the issue is.

At mile 12 of a 15-mile run, decided to stop for donuts. Since we were running, we had no idea what time it was as we walked up to Castle Donuts. Realized it was closed (it was 12:45) and sadly walked away. But the owner called us back and said we could come in and buy donuts. They had the cutest bunny donuts ever, and a red velvet cake donut, which I had never seen that flavor. The owners were so nice and the place was immaculately clean! So clean, I thought the store was brand new and was surprised to know they had been open for over a year. As long as I am in the area and they are open, I will always make a stop at Castle Donuts. The owners were so kind, something we could all experience a little more often in today’s world.

Fresh! Clean! Of course tasty ♡ you will be surprised to see so many choices plus great service. I strongly recommended cream donut which inside has some cream or raspberry cream! So delicious!

Wow! So happy I went there. They were extremely friendly, yummy donuts and helped me to my car as I had my baby in my arms. They even threw in a couple free donuts I guess just for fun. Definitely going back every time I want a donut 👍🏻

This is one of my favorite places to get donuts in The Castle Hills area. I highly recommend the French Cruller, it is amazing.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Save your time and money going to the more popular chains because this place takes the cake! ...Er, or donut perhaps ;) The pastries, kolaches and coffee are always fresh, they are considerate and tidy as well. I order through UberEats occasionally and everything is always packaged perfectly with care and even with extra goodies from time to time. This place reminds me of the donut shops I visited as a child growing up and I am beyond pleased with the quality and care they exhibit.

We got here at 5:30 am & the donuts were hot, light & the best I have ever had! Been several times & their donut case is beautifully kept. If you go here, you wont go to another donut shop in Carrollton!

I will give ZERO but system doesnt let me do it.This is my 4th time I purchase here and always I get a dozen of mixed donuts and the price store is $9.99 and they always charged more. They do maths to their convenience, go other place.

Dishonest people. Double charged me for a donut because my son called it a Pokémon. Clearly says .99 cents for a fancy donut. That’s what the owner first called it. Then he called it a “special” donut. If you are that worried about an extra dollar then no telling what you are skimping on in ingredients. Shame on you for operating with such bad morale.

Gets even worse. Gave them a second chance to do right. They wanted to illegally charge a 4 dollar transaction fee on an amex. Only government institutions can charge transaction fees. This place should be shut down. Dirt bags.
