Man oh man these do-nuts are SMACK YO MOMMA GOOD!!!! Nice soft airy donut, you’ll be addicted! I highly recommend this place! They even gave my two little boys a bag of donut holes. It was super clean on the inside and the customer service was outstanding! Great job guys!

For the lady who worked the counter Friday Aug 6th. I know its a fast paced business. But, just a few suggestions.•Allow the customer to finish speaking before getting the smallest bag (since I had planned on getting more than 3 items) but decided against it as I knew they wouldnt fit•Dont put the softest item at the bottom of the bag•Never close and roll the top of the bag down tight where it then SQUISHES the donuts

This store has been my go to for Shipley Donuts over the last 15 years. Today, I noticed some changes; new registers and new people. Opening the box, I see donuts that look more like grocery store donuts--smaller and a lot less fresh than the typically hot, fresh, soft donuts this store is known for; the donuts taste different too. Disappointing. New management? If so, please go back to the way the donuts were made before you started to make changes. The quality of your product is seriously lacking. Ill visit another time in the next few weeks, as I usually buy a few dozen donuts for my co-workers. If they are still not the Shipley donuts per usual, Ill have to find another go to location.

If you’re used to Houston Shipley Do-Nuts then don’t come. These doughnuts were the driest doughnuts I’ve ever had, and tasted like they were at least a few days old.

Donuts were very fresh and very good even getting there right before they closed an very friendly customer service.

I love this donut shop! It is absolutely my favorite donut shop. They move the line along quickly and the donuts are always super fresh. Even if I come later in the morning, they have a good selection. I can eat at least 3-4 cinnamon crunch in a sitting......and then I feel guilty and go run for an hour.

Donuts taste good but they have fraudulent and dishonest sales practices charging debit credit card fees without having anything posted or any warning given when u hand the a card. I believe that’s illegal

Shipley is my absolute favorite donut place. Quick service, reliable items, never an absence of delicious options! And there is no glazed donut that is more magnificent, melt in your mouth, delicious than Shipley. You can get them any time of day, but if you want to taste the angelic glazed donut straight from God herself, showing up the minute they open and getting one warm and right out of the oven, is absolutely the closest thing there is to Heaven.

All Shipleys are good, but this one is better.

I am not from TX and had not had Shipley’s donuts . They were delicious and the gentleman in Lewisville who helped me behind the counter was very helpful when I told him that this was my first visit.

This establishment and parking lot, were well-lit, the employees were friendly, and the donuts were very good. Access was convenient, and getting back on 121 was easy, as there was a red light at the corner. They have a drive-up window but I havent used it.

Love these donuts they are amazing. My First time trying them coming from chicago ive heard many good things about these donuts and that they were extremely addicting and fair enough, so to be true I literally went from buying halve a dozen donuts and eating it in one day (unintentionally), to buying a full box to finish them off the next day. They are delicious seriously addicting to your tongue to !

Owners policy dictates they cant give less than a massive amount of ice in the iced coffee. I asked for light ice, the young man behind the register was doing this, but then the manager on duty stopped him in the middle of making my coffee to tell him he couldnt put less than 2/3 the cup of ice. When I asked the manager about this he said its the owners policy. I asked to speak to the owner, gave my information, and waited 3 days before posting this.If I ever return i will be asking for iced coffee with no ice. My own little form of protest. #IceNoIce

Shipleys Do-Nuts is by far the freshest, most flavorful, perfect amount of sweet donuts I have ever had. The bad part is the over indulgence and the stomache ache from not being able to stop yourself from eating JUST ONE MORE!

If you like very plain donuts, this is the place for you! theres not much flavor to them, but they are decent. The pigs in a blanket are good though.

Best donuts hands down

Ive been going to this location for years and unfortunately it seems as if it gets worse with time. The customer service is a hit or miss. Most the time the donuts are served cold. The best thing about this location is the drive through. Its very convenient that you dont need to get out the car but you wont get priority service over the people that walk in.

I enjoy their ham kolaches, and the last two times Ive been there they have been out before seven am. I know inventory is important, but you cannot sell if you dont have.

Ran completely out of napkins today plus charges to use a credit card.I understand the credit card fee but for any place that serves food especially messy donuts running out of napkins is completely unacceptable!Next time I notice this before paying I’ll walk out and buy donuts someplace else!

Im not sure if they are running low on supplies, but several times this Shipleys has not had what I asked for. I mean how does a donut shop run out of glaze? Also the donuts I got this morning were dry like they had been there for a day. Im a regular, but I probably wont return.

This place was pretty busy on Friday morning but the visit was quick. Establishment was clean. I wish there was more seating, but I guess donuts are meant to be enjoyed at home. There was a great selection of things to pick from. We had sprinkle donuts, one coconut donut, cherry donuts, and the best jalapeno kolaches Ive had in awhile. We had chocolate milk and orange juice as well. There is a drive thru at this location for those who cannot get out so thats a plus.

Clean but I got some filled donuts and the cream tasted like nothing and it wasnt very full. For the money I spend I would expect more

Love Shirpleys in Carrollton but this one sucks. If you enjoy yeasty flavored donuts and find out once your at work (30 min away) then, have at it.

The service here is only equal to that which is par for the course. Donut selection is limited and at times it appears that they have been heated too long...sort of dry. If you like a not so sweet bread, then this may be the place for you.

The donuts are still pretty tasty. Although not as tasty as they were when I was a kid. But what is these days.....everybody is cutting corners to make more profit and the heck with quality.

I would give them a zero but have to put a star. I seen a worker walk out of the restrooms and didnt wash her hands. Went straight to picking up the donuts so I told the manager on duty guess he does care if his coworkers are clean or not just worried about making money. He told me he watched her wash her hands I said how you have been helping me so I say just watch who touches your food or bocot this Shipley donut store in Lewisville. I hope the health department checks them out and helps fix this stor

If I could give 0 stars I would. I guess Im just use to the Shipley in Houston were you get fresh, warm donuts and excellent customer service. I wrote a post on the Shipleys Facebook page voicing my concerns last week, so I said, let me give them 1 more chance, i ordered a dozen donuts holes that are nowhere near fresh, they are hard and taste like day old donuts. I am not sure if this location is a franchise, but you all need to revamp or something.

Went in and was greated promptly started to give my dozen order and had to repeat the doughnuts several times because the employees we talking to eachother so much in between each doughnut. That doesnt bother me they were very friendly so I didnt question their work ethic until I got home and the milks I got were 5 days expired. I work in food and if have so for awhile and that doesnt happen unless you have lazy employees. When a buisness sells me one expired product im going to assume they are not properly rotating and checking the rest. Looks like ill be going elsewhere for my weekly doughnuts.
