We just started using Groggy Dog and Bryan is our rep. We really like that he takes the time to come out to our office and show us all the cool things Groggy Dog offers. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My organization had the most horrific experience 2 years in a row, so much for giving people 2nd chances. We gave them the benefit of the doubt after several mistakes and mishaps during a company staffing change, we were wooed and made to believe this time would be different. Wanting to work with a local team and get a great deal all while while believing things had changed for the better we ventured into business again with Groggy Dog only to have our order messed up yet again. We were promised free rewards for placing such a large order, specifically offered in printed materials provided by their representative Bryan. It wasnt till the seriously delayed delivery that we were made aware that we were not going to receive our complete order! This was questioned on both ends only to be met with us being shorted merchandise unless we were willing to pay for their mistakes. We are a nonprofit organization that represents children, and were being asked for additional payments to cover the additional fees needed to right their mistakes and receive the items that had already been promised to us per our agreement. Their lack of effort in righting a wrong was everything opposite of customer service. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, NEVER AGAIN!!! I will not be recommending this company or any entity of it EVER AGAIN!!!

We worked with Bryan Welch at the Lewisville store and I just can’t say enough great things about our experience! Bryan is amazing to work with, super-responsive, and will meet with you just about anywhere. Their design team created a fantastic t-shirt for our elementary and middle school. Asking for revisions was no problem. Production time was also very fast. As for quality of our t-shirts, the shirts themselves and the printing have held up for almost a year now with no fading or damage.I highly recommend Groggy Dog and Bryan for any large project you might have! I have nothing but good to say about Groggy Dog in Lewisville! I came across them quite randomly a few years ago when trying to get some shirts made for a group of us who had formed a team for a 5K for breast cancer. At the time, I was in treatment for it myself, and little did I know that when I walked into Groggy Dog that I would be making a new friend who would soon become a caregiver for a loved one with it herself - it just goes to show that nothing REALLY happens randomly! Cherie was so great as she worked with me to design our team shirts and get them in time for the run, as well as showing such compassion and encouragement while I was trying to maintain normality during treatment. Since that first order, I have used Groggy Dog several times for other team events, as well as sports team tshirts, business tshirts and aprons (baking/catering business). The quality of all items we have ordered have always been top notch, and we havent had any issues with colors fading or items shrinking. Customer service is a really big factor for me in business, and largely determines whether or not I will do any repeat patronage with a particular place. But as I said before, Cherie runs the Lewisville store smoothly and efficiently, and has always had my orders ready in a timely manner and available when she says that they are due to come in. Not only did I gain a friend as well as a great contact person/vendor to refer my friends/colleagues to for their needs, but also a new client for my business ventures as well (baking/catering/photography)! Ive done 2 orders for my business with Groggy Dog in Lewisville. A mix of regular mens tees, womens tees and hoodies all screen printed with our logo. They were great about working with my art work (I did the design) and helping me to find tees that my co-workers would actually like to wear - Super soft high-quality tees. It was nice to be able to try on different styles in the store. Their pricing is very fair and the quality and service is great. After getting not so great custom tees online and through other vendors Im glad to have found a great local vendor.
