This place is amazing. We worked with Masen and to say he was patient and helpful would be an understatement. We came from 3 hours away for a specific bike my husband was looking for, it was later in the day and he didn’t want us to have to stay super late with a 3 hour drive home so he said he would have everything printed and we could come back. We opted to come back that Saturday so we would have more time. The owner (though his name is escaping me right now) was there as well and was also very kind and helpful. We had our 2 year old with us and they were very sweet with her as well which was a huge help in keeping her occupied. Their bikes are very clean and they are always up front with you about the condition of the bike and if there happens to be anything that would need a repair they guarantee the bike. Their customer service is exceptional and they have a nice selection of all bikes. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a bike. There was no staff at the front desk when we came in, we had to call the shop to get someone to come get us and take us back. We had made our appointment we three days in advance, however they had sold the bike we had come to see the day before. We had received absolutely no communication from them that they had already sold the bike, so we drove half an hour out of our way for nothing. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their potential customers time.

Ive had 2 services done and its been a good experience. Ryan, on the service side of the shop, has helped me with my purchases and parts installed. I have a very small garage not quite able to wrench through most of the issues Ive had on my R6. He gives me options and listens to my preferences and gives me the possible outcomes due to specifications. Theres a lot of aftermarket stuff out there. Hes not particularly sold by shiny things. Good guy, never felt gouged or taken advantage of. He takes good care of my investment on his end by not necessarily selling things I dont need but finds a happy medium on the price points. Quality and durability is what he preaches. It shows. Thanks for all your help and your patience. Hope I dont see you too soon, sir, but if I have to, I trust my bike is in good hands.

I purchased a 2012 gsxr for an amazing deal with very low miles, salesman was very helpful and gave me lots of information to know as a first time bike owner. Only bad thing about my experience is that I’ve waited 4 months to receive my plates and title and can hardly ride, due to the fear of my bike getting impounded.
