The guys behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. Had a good laugh with them. You could tell they were knowledgeable and happy to be at work. Sounds crazy but that is not the norm nowadays it feels like. Very happy with the service

Bought Dunlop d404 tire twice here at separate time, both had very nice experience, knowledgeable staff, good customer service, reasonable price. Definitely my favorite go to for my motorcycle needs. I always come in here and the guys are always helpful. This location in Lewisville is different from the others . Cycle gear itself has earn their brand but this location in specific had help me like no other one has. This past time I was looking to get some gloves and ask for their recommendations not just they sold me some gloves but they let allow me to test their personal gloves before ordering best of all I didn’t feel rushed but great customer service.

Cycle gear is not a place to go for sound advice. They sell motorcycle stuff and typically overcharge for everything in the store.Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else for your gear.

The staff is always great here. The in store selection for apparel is ehhhhh, hit or miss. They usually dont have my sizes for some reason. This last time they did though. Yay, new boots!

Purchased an Aria helmet - staff took extra care and time to explain fit options and ensure the right fit. Service was excellent.

If you need a tire changed and can bring in the wheel you are much better off than going to the stealerships that charge a 2nd and 3rd child for one tire installation.

The people are knowledgeable and give great advice. I had a problem with a tool and they replaced it without any trouble. Special ordering was pretty easy too.

Despite dropoff late in the day, the guys at the Lewisville Cycle Gear managed to swap out my tires with minutes to spare, saving me from having to do the wheel swap in the middle of a massive rainstorm. Theyre communicative and consummate professionals; they deserve your business.

Reserved some Bridgestone tires online and were ready for me the next day. Pretty simple. I always go to the Bedford Cycle Gear location because I literally live less than a mile away. The situation I was in this time led me to go to the Lewisville location because my FZ07 was parked at my buddies in Grapevine. The store is CLEAN. And the environment was super friendly. Had a great conversation with Andrew about helmets, bikes and was even awesome enough to bring my old tires outside to the truck. Thanks again Andrew and the good people at Cycle Gear.

Had a really great experience here. My wife and I drove from Texarkana to this cycle gear cause it had all of the items we wanted to look at. From the time we came in the door till we left Andrew was the biggest help. We had a ton of questions about many different products and he had an answer or found it for us. We have referred folks to this location cause of Andrews knowledge and his willingness to truly help get you the right gear.

Amazing customer service! Brice was my salesman & I couldnt have hand picked anyone better. He went above and beyond to help find my son everything he would need to start riding. All while keeping up with my charade of ”dad won’t buy him a dirt bike so we’re trying convince Dad that he looks like a racer, right?” His dirt bike is a surprise Christmas present, but we needed to have him sized for gear. Anway, Brice was wonderful! He took care of everything discretely and even took the merchandise out to my car and hid it in the trunk, while I distracted my kids in the store. I will forever buy any future gear for my family here.

Rude customer service. Maybe the guy didn’t feel like being there this last Saturday morning 5/16/20, or it’s just who he is. I ended up going to a local store, miles away, but worth it. Got treated better and found a better deal too. The Plano Cycle Gear location is much much much better. I recommend to these owners look for new staff or some kind of training as this is the second similar experience I had in this particular shop. Working in a motorcycle shop doesn’t make you a bad @$$, please be nice.

This cycle gear is better than the others in Dallas because of the staff. Moto liberty has better options and prices than any cycle gear though.

Great people, knowledgeable and always willing to help. And theyre real riders, not just people off the street who wanted to work in retail, so they know stuff that makes a difference when Im trying to decide between options. Theyre my go-to place for fluids and supplies, moto-specific tools, and anything I need to try on (like my current helmet - I must have tried on a dozen of them, and took up a lot of their time, but nobody rushed me and I ended up with a helmet I really like, at a good price). Highly recommended.

Always friendly staff and generally I always find what Im looking for. So far at least gloves, couple of pairs of riding shoes, front tire with mounting and balancing service.Visited the Bike Night once by accident, it was kind of funny. I didnt really know what to expect but it wasnt cold pizza slices and cup of warm soda. Luckily I dont go to bike stores for entertainment. :)

Brandon was very knowledgeable about their gear and other products. He listened to my concerns and pointed out some great gear to meet my needs (summer jacket and pants), which I ended up purchasing and have no complaints. Brandon pointed out that most back protectors that come with jackets are really just place holders and not real protection, which is something I never knew. So now my back is better protected because I bought a real back protector to slip in the jacket. I can tell hes been riding for a while and really knows his stuff.

I need a tire for my Harley-Davidson they happen to have it and on top of that they had a brand new. 3/4 helmet just fit perfect and I couldnt resist getting it and it was at a low sale price these guys are awesome theyre right there with a smile thank you

I brought my eight-year-old son here to outfit him with gear for his new dirt bike. Good selection and super friendly staff. My son was having a meltdown while trying on tight fitting helmets. The sales associate was so patient, allowing him to start at the largest size and work his way down to one that actually fit well. Great experience!

I went into Cycle Gear yesterday looking for a new helmet. Tony was immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and determined to help me find exactly what I needed. Besides the fantastic help, Cycle Gears pricing and deals were also extremely good. I walked in expecting to spend $300-$400 on a helmet alone, instead I walked out with a brand new helmet and gloves for $240. With the great pricing came the great store policy. Cycle gear will allow you to return or replace helmets, even after the first couple rides. Something like that is unheard of, most places will not take a helmet back after the very first ride. With all of these great things combined, I will absolutely be going back to Cycle Gear.

Its ok. My only complaint is they dont have really anything for women. Really nothing. Not just Cycle Gear in Texas, Ive been to one in Oklahoma and had the same experience.. overall the employees are very nice and the store is always clean.

Seems like some good people working here. Some items are a bit overpriced (clothing and gear), but not by much and its nice to try things on and leave with what fits instead of praying you got the right size from an online vendor.

I called cyclegear about an order that was held under review by their team, and in less than a 2 minuite call, I got the issue resolved and they upgraded my shipping for free. I plan on buying more from them in the future!

They have a HUGE selection of motorcycle gear and Im sure they would have even more if it werent for the Rona right now.

Great prices and friendly stuff that is willing to help in any way even you searching for the cheapest and discounted items. I got my husband nice blue and white motorcycle helmet for only $69 and leather motorcycle gloves for $19 discounted from $79. And my helmet was only for $29! Used helmets on Craigslist were sold for more! So I got us 2 new helmets for less than $100!

The employees were friendly, polite, and helpful. They found the item we were looking for. They only stock one at a time. It was in an almost forgotten space. It was purchased.

Friendly staff, helpful recommendations and low pressure sales (I hate having merchandise pushed on me). Even took the time to switch out some CE body armor for what came with the clothing so I could see the difference. Didnt push the most expensive item they had but did show me the quality difference of the mid-range and more cost effective option.Its a new store and looks like theyre starting off right. Id shop there again.

Staff here is excellent, very helpful in finding the right tire for my bike. Bought two tires here for my bike build a couple days ago, and had the tires installed, balanced and ready to go in a couple of hours. Prices are very competitive, this is now my go to place for advice and parts for my bike.

This place has good and bad things about it the good is Andrew is an awsome person if you have questions about anything hes helpful and will go out of his way to help. The bad is the manager is a sarcastic person and I had a bad experience with him. I definitely wouldnt recommend this location. Others have been great to me but I will avoid this one.

Went in and tried on a a bunch of helmets and asked a lot of questions. Andrew was very knowledgeable about all the different brands and fitments. Asked about lenses and pinlock, he knew with out looking the lenses were instock and the pinlock would have to be ordered. Ended up ordering a helmet, pinlock, and inner lens. Outter lens and Cardo packtalk duo were in stock. Andrew then installed the Cardo in my wifes helmet that we brought with us, all while he had his arm in a sling. Awesome customer service. I live 2hrs from the store and have several to choose from in the metroplex after the drive, but the Lewisville store will be my go to from now on. Well worth the drive.
