Leased here for over a year. Only increased the rent once by $10 and with at least a months notice. Was very easy to close account upon moving out as well.

I moved in four years ago, and over all it went smoothly. I did have an issue with them not accepting anything my insurance company sent showing I was covered, so I ended up paying one month of unneeded insurance. My storage unit at the previous place was broken into two times. This place was in a better location and never once got broken into. It was very easy to move out. I called a few days ahead to let them know, then the day after the move I received an email with: move out complete. I so wish I had used them from the start so I would not have lost the sentimental things that were stolen.

Ability to rent online and access facility after hours was key to our decision to go with Cubesmart.

Everyone I worked with was friendly and explained the process for me (since this was my first time renting a storage unit).

Friendly staff but I experienced rodents. Would have loved to got some type of compensation at least for all of my damaged belongings.

I did everything on line fast and easy., Easy access and easy to communicate with customer service.

EDIT: Management took the time to reach out and discuss my concerns over a rate increase during COVID and ultimately decided to roll back the rate increase. I appreciate managements willingness to do the right thing and support customers during this trying time.

Nice service! Got a climate controlled unit for a decent price and the employee was very helpful. Have to bring your own lock!! The ones there are pricey!!

It was easy to get a storage, always clean facility, no problems with gates, and finally it was easy to vacate and end use of storage.

Rental was fast and easy. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Easy access and close to home

I reserved a storage unit for a certain date. I wasn’t asked for a down payment or anything so I was worried that I’d arrive with my movers and there would be no place to store my things. Everything was fine. The room I reserved was ready and the office personnel were knowledgeable and courteous.Thank you.

Decent prices for their units. A little on the higher side to rent a truck. But the trucks have really good gas mileage. We traveled a total of 65 miles and it only took $12.00 to fill it back up. They have climate controlled units of all sizes. And boat/RV spots as well. Its easy to get in and out. Security cameras everywhere. Its a good place to keep your stuff!

So far so good... Our unit area could use a sweeping and check up a little more often. I am concerned with the climate control always warmer inside temp than outside even in cool weather??? We will see as the months get hotter. The associate, Dixon, was filling in while current team was out for training. He was extremely friendly and helpful when discussing our options and was very efficient when we came in to secure our storage unit.

Clean, friendly, efficient. Parking a small rv there, uncovered, 10x18’.Auto payment set up on credit card conveniently. Wish they had a covered space. Rented the last rv space they had. Is only 15 minutes from home.

Melanie was very helpful. This is at least the third occasion my family has stored things at this location.I do wish they opened at 9:00 am instead of 9:30, but apparently the company is too stingy to allow their employees to have hour-long lunches.

My experience was excellent, everything was right on point and went smoothly. I couldnt have asked for a better transaction. I am from out of town & hoping to move toward Texas. We had a great experience at the Lewisville CubeSmart. the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. facilities were clean and well maintained along with well secured. i ht the 1 star in error on my first review entry and meant a definite 5 star. i would highly recommend this facility for any storage needs, and the staff were super helpful.

My experience with the storage facility was great. The person that helped me was Stormy and she was awesome. This was my first time ever renting a storage facility and only needed it for a short period. I had looked at several other facilities before coming to CubeSmart and Im glad I did. The prices were reasonable but the only issue is they start auction proceedings after 1 day of non-payment. So make sure you pay ontime!

Make sure you measure your storage Building - I purchased a 10X15, when I measured the building it was 10X13.6 ft. Building GM said that there are no buildings that are 10X15. Very deceptive as I choose that building for the size and the price on their web site. The GM would not put me in the correct size building and would not provide a discount for lack of Sq ft. The staff on site was very nice and helpful, but could not do anything because GM would not work with me. This may sound trivial, but if you are unable to compare building size/cost, its hard to make an informed decision when looking at storage competitors.

Clean facility and kind staff

My second time renting a unit at this location. The management and staff are the best and easiest to work with. Storage units and grounds are meticulously taken care of and the security is very good. Highly recommend.

Its a very complicated issue but it was a big mess but they did make it right. The only problem i have is they say that your stuff goes to aution at a certain time and date. But all the time your stuff is already listed and being bid on. I was very angry. And they will not work with you at all. If you need time or help to keep from losing it. They will not budge at all. So its a learning experience. Ive never had a storage do this at all.

The younger woman and man were extremely helpful. The older lady was not so much. I would typically give it 4 stars because of the first two people but the older lady made it extremely stressful to go there. It was a source of anxiety wondering who I might have to deal with. A perfect example of good and bad people skills all in one stop.

The managers, Melanie and Andy Coleman, are the Key to my experience there. They are trustworthy, friendly, professional and Fast!!! Ive been storing my items there for about seven years and enjoy their friendly, competent work style!! The property is clean, safe, and I would (and have) recommend it to anyone.

I wish I could give half star for this location. I used this as a drop off for a one way trip from Indiana. Bothered her when she was trying to eat lunch at 3pm in the afternoon and had the personality of a rock. I understand she has a 10 yr award for service of Penske as she pointed out but dang must have been a bad day for this bad of service.Don’t recommend this for a Penske rental

The staff was not helpful at all when, after 4 years of tenancy, we needed to dispose of half a truck bed worth of trash. No trash cans on the site, and the giant dumpsters (which I confirmed were empty) are not for tenants use, though theyre emptied twice a week. The staff had no answers for me when I asked for assistance. For a place that has raised rates once again to reach an exorbitant amount ($200/mo for a 10x10), this is unacceptable. Glad to be clearing out and going elsewhere. Take your business somewhere else.
