I need someone at the fedex headquarters reach out to me about this clown, do I have a story yall need to hear. Unfortunately Im leaving this for the closest location to the incident. Will remove it soon as I hear from someone in charge of this region.

Paid for next day delivery service. After checking tracking it shows after 2 days it still hasn’t left Lewisville. Waste of $20, wheres the pony express when you need them. I will just use the mail next time.

Sent in a print, paid online, everything looked good, but they screwed it up. I chose black and white, they printed in color, I chose recycled light weight paper, they printed it on 32lb. Totally didnt follow directions, but at quit glance at the store (running errands) it looked alright but once I got home and was actually able to look at it it was wrong. Wont be going through that store for a print again.

Staff is rude, and unhelpful. Save time, and avoid this location. Your probably going to have to go else where anyways.

I am definitely done with her rude and unkind customer service. Lady who says herself manager, Pre(not sure her name) yells to the customers and stares at people.My company just locates beside it but I am willing to travel to other Fedex center, regardless of distance. I realized almost everyone complains after talking with her.Is she there to bother people, instead of helping?

Terrible customer service, the manager is extremely rude and has a serious attitude problem. I asked for a receipt for a transaction and I was told she was busy and to get it the next day. This was 2 hours before closing. Never had a bad experience at a fedex until now. Absolute garbage!

Super fast and they can handle ALL of your office needs. The woman working right now (07/13/2016 evening) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional & an excellent representation of the company. I will surely conduct future business here based on the excellent customer service I received tonight!

This place is amazing and has great customer service! I went in for my wedding programs and the gentleman helped me so much and even showed me 5 different papers to print them on and gave me prices right away. It was so easy! Probably the most easiest thing I have done for my wedding. Hahah

Today I arrived at 7:52 with the open sign on. The doors we locked and no employee answered the door as I knocked. Called the location no answer. At 7:59 pm a person appeared from the back and ignored me at the door. Poor customer service!

Quality and service is on par with stand alone Fedex Print store. However, they open at 9a, which can create a problem if you have an 8a meeting that they print materials.

This is an excellent store. Customer service is always the first priority and always helpful when I have questions. I recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely less than helpful. If I could give negative stars, I would. I go in with a door tag and they have no clue what to do. After ten minutes of doing whatever they were doing, they told me its still on the truck- even though the door tag says its at the shop. They have no clue when or where it will be delivered next. Useless staff.

Rude management and necessary machines dont work. Try to avoid, go to another location

These employees are very helpful and the service is fast . The small location seems to have better customer service than other bigger locations down the street .

Tried to get flyers printed up. They charged me $12, then printed them. They did not fit correctly on the page, and cut off the bottom of the image. They then wanted to charge me another $7.50 manipulation fee to merely stretch the image to fit correctly on the page. I thought it was a joke. I ended up getting a refund instead of paying more and left.I am writing this from the nearest UPS Store to this location, where they charged me less than $9 for the same prints, and they resized them for me.

Super friendly staff. There is a fed ex thats closer to me, but I always choose to go to this one because of the staff.

They are either inconsiderate or oblivious to the needs of customers. As I attempted to walk out with a very large box having to shimmy it across the floor due to the size they watched as my wife held open the door instead of offering to either help carry or open the door. There were 2 employees present and they were not busy.

All employees are very friendly and the service is fast.
