I went in to rent a loaner tool. I was promptly greeted by Luke. He not only assessed the situation and provided the tools I needed but assisted me in handling what I needed the tools for! Although it wasn’t a big job I still didn’t expect any assistance but here’s Luke, the perfect gentleman and outstanding worker, ready to help. I appreciate him especially now a days where some ppl aren’t too thrilled to lend a helping hand. Thank you very much Luke!!!

Its better than your average parts store. Hardly anyone that works at auto parts stores actually work on cars anymore. But the people there will let you use your knowledge and help you find your part.

I was having trouble to start my car because of I couldnt figure out my ignition key. The person I believe Mr.Tyllone was ready to go home but he staying helping me until solve the problem and other employee came and helped as well. So I have been coming here for some years. They always have good friendly service and military discounts are always a plus. I was able to get my car battery changed out by Tyrese who was very helpful. All my information was in the computer which makes everything that much easier. I come here for everything car related and even if I have a question. Their prices are always reasonable and they usually have a special running so you can save some money. Also, the autozone card is a plus since so many purchases will go towards a discount later. I will keep coming here and if anyone needs an auto parts place to go, i will direct them to this one.
