I spent a number of weeks searching through used truck sites before giving up and moving to the new truck market without much success. All the trucks at the Big Horn trim level were maxed out on features that I didn’t want, and were over my budget. I stopped by Fitz, met Herb Hardy, and explained to him what I was looking for. Within half a day he had found exactly what I was looking for at another dealership in Virginia. The truck was so new that it wasn’t even listed on the ramtrucks.com website yet. Herb arranged to have it shipped to Lexington Park, provided reasonable terms for the truck and my trade-in, and I purchased the truck the next day. A great dealership with low-key sales pressure, and I will be happy to use them again.
I searched and searched to find the right car. I found it here. I went through the process of discussing down payment, what my monthly payments would be. I scheduled an appointment to come pick it up in 2 days but instead they sold it out from under me.When I told the internet Sales Manager, his response was simply “yea, sorry about that”.This shows the lack of customer service and that the sale is more important. It makes me wonder how you are treated if you return with a problem.
I had to take my Jeep Cherokee in for a recall/update. When I initially called to make an appointment they were very accommodating. Upon my arrival to the dealership on my appointment date, all of the workers were very friendly and eager to help me. They did a great job explaining what they were going to be doing to my car and let me know they would not take long to do what needed to be done. I left my car with them and returned home. About 2 hours later they called to let me know they had finished the update, but wanted to know if I would like to have my car washed. I was unaware they did complimentary car washes after having your vehicle serviced, which is a nice service to offer free of charge. Later when I picked up my car, again all of the employees were welcoming and friendly. They pulled my car around and I immediately noticed how clean it was! They even shined up my tires! If I ever need anything done to my Jeep I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!!!!
Stopped in yesterday and Donna helped me. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was super nice, no pressure and the price was great. No need to worry about haggling about the price. Great Customer service!. I would like to thank the whole team. Donna was my car expert, she was very honest and down to earth and to the point. She gave me great customer service, she answered all my questions got me in the Jeep of my choice. My Business Manager was Dwayne he was straight to the point he made it crystal clear about my down payment options he gave me a sheet of paper of what my monthly car payment would be if I put 0 to 5000 dollars down. Which gave me an great idea of how much I want my car payment to be a month. When it was time for me to sign my paperwork Steve was very knowledgeable he told me everything I need to know, he went over everything. I went to drop off my rental car by time I got back my new truck was all clean up waiting for me. Donna went over all the features of my new Jeep. Took vehicle in due to a engine light. They read code and stated it was the evap system. Set a appointment to have maintenance performed. Took into dealership today and waited an hour before they came out and said I have to have 3/4 of a tank of gas or less in order for them to test. Had to leave without getting fixed. Why wouldnt you as a service writer tell every person that you may want to have a certain amount of fuel in the system to prevent this from happening especially after the service writer said its a evap system issue? Oh wait, his answer was people normally dont have a full tank of gas and I can come back a different day. Thanks, Ill be going to the Prince Fredrick location from now on.

Sorry for the reviews without comment. I was expecting a list of questions. I am very pleased with the service on my car. They had to keep it a while but it was ready sooner than anticipated. It was a major and pricey repair but everything seems fine now. They helped me also with a payment plan with 0 interest which I am taking advantage of. Chris kept me updated on the progress. They even washed it.
I had to take my jeep cherokee in for service. Everyone was very friendly very helpful. My jeep was with them about 3 weeks. Was a pretty major fix but they kept me informed and updated the entire time. They did not do the complimentary car wash on mine which made me sad lol but otherwise excellent service!
Very quickly replaced all 4 tires on my Ram for a warranty claim for tires. Will update review and once refund is received from Continental Tire and Fitzgerald Auto mall. They now do courtesy washes and have a shuttle service. Once the process is complete I will update my review.

I have had my truck there a couple of times for service and the service specialists have always been very professional and helpful. Scotty has been a standout in my last two visits. This time I dropped my truck off. The time before, I waited for my truck to be finished and he gave updates the whole time. I think I was there for about an hour and a half. Called this dealership regarding an airbag light that came on a 2006 Town and Country minivan that has recalls all over the internet. spoke the service department last monday gave the vin number and was scheduled for an appointment to bring in for the repair last thursday. after arriving and waiting for information to be put in their system the person at the service desk claimed the recall had been done several years back and refused to help me. left message for the manager to call me back, waited that day and called again, finally the manager called back the following day and refuses to help with the problem even though his dealership said they would! I have calls in to Chrysler now to see if they will do anything. pretty poor customer service. will never deal with this group again

I’m not one to go out on message boards or to write reviews, but after my experience with Fitzgerald I felt compelled to do so. The service we received was by far the best experience I had had at any dealership, let alone an establishment, maybe ever. They were courteous, kind and very friendly across the whole department and establishment. Special “hats off “ to Brittany and her supervisor. They went above and beyond in working through the Recall Center. We simply went in to get a new key made, but they noticed the ignition recall had never been done. It had been started but never followed through on. Until they we had a new ignition and two new key at no charge. Wish everyone had this kind of service department.
The manager Dewayne is awesome!!! I contacted him with inquires on trading in my car for an SUV with a third row but after searching & searching we weren’t able to find anything to accommodate me. That didn’t stop Dewayne from helping me do more research. I ended up purchasing from another dealer but without his help I would still be on the search. My daughter needed a new used car and we felt our best bet would be to use a dealer. She found a car within Fitzgerald auto malls and purchased it with a 45 day warranty. Within 30 days the backdoor would not open. Definitely a safety concern so she immediately called to have it fixed figuring the warranty should cover this issue. That would be no. According to the manager you can not drive more than 1250 miles in those 45 days or a little over 27 miles a day. If you live in Leonardtown and work on base, dont plan on going anywhere else because you would drive too many miles. So, the bottom line is she will be paying over $400 to get her car fixed. So much for a warranty! Oh, and even though this is a safety issue especially as my daughter has children who ride in the back, we were told this issue would still not be covered as it wasnt a major repair.

I just got back from getting my car serviced. The staff there was pretty nice and the service was prompt. They told me it was going to be about an hour wait, and it was about an hour wait. Now keep in mind this was just my own personal experience so you have to take it with a grain of salt but I will say this. Every time I go there for service, I have the same experience every time. I hope this help some people.

While they thank you for your service, they prey on veterans and service memebers. There is no such thing as the advertised transparency. Awesome car buying experience! Price was below KBB and they gave me slightly more than I was expecting for my trade-in. Buying process was simple and straight-forward, no gimmicks or hidden fees, and they gave me an interest rate lower than my bank so I financed with them. Herb got the van transferred down from one of the other locations, and made sure it was detailed and scratches were buffed out. It didnt come out perfect, so we came back a few days after purchasing to drop it off for them to finish. After that it looks like a new van! Big thank you to Herb and Fitzgerald Auto!

My salesperson, Joseph was nice to deal with. I was too happy after leaving his hands. Went to take the car, only to wait as it had to be reinspected. Then, was told there was an engine noise. Had to leave it for repairs. Asked to have a loose part under the bumper tightened. Never got done. Got the van home the next day, only to find out, no one put the temp tags on. Joseph had to run them out to me. I got sick and was in hospital for a week. Then got notice that my real tags are in. When I went to get tags, I inquired about fixing the loose part. Was told it was already past 3 weeks and they wouldnt do it. Dont think one hand knows what the other is doing there. No service after the sale. Wont deal with them again if I dont have too. Unhappy ☹️ customer here 😝I was contacted after this posting by Jason a service mgr at Fitzgerald. We scheduled a date to bring the van back in. I had two other issues arise before my appointment. Jason, not only took care of the original issue, but went a step further to take care of the additional repairs without any cost to me. This was first time visiting a car dealership with the intention of actually purchasing a vehicle so I was naturally a little nervous due to the reputation of the car salesperson. Fortunately I was paired with Deborah Ursiny! She was friendly, helpful and, most importantly, up-front and honest. She led in with the Fitzgerald policies and mission which was nice because I knew what to expect after that. Deb deserves 5 stars, but, through no fault of hers, I spent a while at the dealership waiting on all of the paper-work, etc. There should probably be a check-list of items items needed to take to a dealership if your intent is buying a vehicle. There probably is, but I didnt really know anything prior to visiting Fitzgerald. Deb has made herself available if I have any questions or concerns and has followed up nicely to make sure Im satisfied with my purchase. Sarah Khan is a wonderful salesman, who did her very best to make sure that I got in a car that I loved as soon as possible after my car was wrecked.
