Pleasant, efficient nurse practitioner.
This cvs is wonderful. Staff friendly. The staff in pharmacy is outstanding. Very thorough and will not hesitate to talk to you and give the information u need with medicine. I live 30 minutes away. I will go there for help. The minute clinic is great slso
Always sweet and kind. The persons working here are very patient and go the extra mile by making sure I know about mixing the scripts and always ask me before handing it over. They care and it shows.Thank you CVS team Augusta Rd in Lexington!Mrs Reiter
Tiffany at the minute clinic was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly, caring and knowledgeable.
We went to the minute clinic and Kimberly (the nurse practitioner) was amazing. So helpful and explained everything to us. Highly recommend her. Thank you Kimberly!

I know the pharmacist by name as do they mine and they are a great group. They spend a lot of time working out insurance kinks for me often. I feel as I could be the only customer! A++
The staff is so friendly and professional I love the service and personal touches that make you feel like theyve known you forever. Extra 5 stars for pharmacy team for the EXTRA care they always show.
Love this CVS! The staff is great, the Pharmacy is better than most & the store is always clean and in order!
My wife was super sick and needed a script called in just before closing. The pharmacist was willing to stay late to get it filled and she found us a deal that saved us 50$. So thankful for her willingness to serve us like that!
The actual pharmacist herself was very nice. However, the cashier had a holier than thou attitude that was uncalled for. Ive never had a negative experience at ANY pharmacy in the area. I understand they were busy at the time, however I was told 20-30 minutes wait time... 30 minutes turned into an hour and 15 minutes... I waited patiently up to the hour and 15 min mark. When I asked the oh-so-delightful cashier (
The tech who handles where you drop off scripts (unknown name but use to be blonde but ugly red head now) has the nastiest attitude and acts like she is so much better than you, makes you feel like its an inconvenience to drop off scripts. Even Dr. says patients complain to him and stated to go to a different CVS
Very sweet stuff always causing great price .
Worst customer service of my life at their on site MINUTE CLINIC at CVS next to Lexington high school. It started by me going to the pharmacy one evening and asking for guidance on medicine to buy for my son with an irritated eye. The gentlemen advised and informed me to come back the following day and see their doctor at their clinic and he could evaluate my sons eye and write me an actual prescription. He said the wait is about 20 minutes and sounded very punctual about their minute clinic. I returned the following day with my 2 year old son. I signed him into the computer and it was NO 20 minute wait, it was a 3 HOUR wait! Me and my 2 year old son waited the 3 hours until we were finally seen by the doctor. The doctor was so unbelievably ignorant, uncompassionate, and talked down to me and my 2 year old son the entire time. It really showed me that anyone can be a doctor and it requires no real intelligence anymore. The doctor was getting angry that my son would not let him grab his hurt eye and pry it open. He said because my son would not let him pry his squinted, VERY OBVIOUSLY infected eye open that he could not diagnose him. He had no problem running my insurance card through as fast as he could tho. I literally waited 3 hours for absolutely nothing!!! This doctor made money for doing absolutely nothing accept being blatantly ignorant to an unbelievable extent. I am not one to write negative reviews or share negativity but this experience took the cake on the most worst experience in the medical field that I have had in my life, so I had to share. To top it off the doctor gave off extremely awkward, uncomfortable, and negative vibes. I would not recommend their on site clinic to anyone. Go ANYWHERE else!!!
Very friendly and helpful employees here. Love the pharmacy, too.
They have Edys ice cream and the cashier was real knowlagable n evry way. The cashier Shane was real help and could show me wher the paper plate
Overall experience at this CVS location is very good. The general store and “Minute Clinic” staff are always professional and friendly. I also find the appearance of the store to be consistently clean and organized. There are several occasions when the store and clinic staff’s valuable advice have saved me money and more importantly time.It is very unfortunate that the overall experience is ruined by the sub-par customer service and inflated prices provided by the in-store pharmacy. If your visit to the store includes any pharmaceutical needs, there consistently seems be a long wait (even when the pharmacy appears to be fully staffed), unclear communication among pharmacy staff and between staff / customers, inconsistent prescription prices (cost seems inflated and significantly higher than local competitors) and a complete lack of empathy.I recommend this CVS for general items and last minute needs. I highly recommend the on-site clinic / practitioner for medical serivce. There is also a Redbox kiosk on-site that I have used for impulse movie rentals, but I will never utilize the service of the in-store pharmacy again. I expected this low level of service at a “big box” pharmacy, but at least the “big box” pharmacies compliment the poor service with great value / lower prescription costs (typically 40 – 60% less based on personal experience). The customer service at a nearby grocery store pharmacy is top notch in comparison.
**This review is for CVS in general and not this particular store**The stores always seem nice inside and are great for certain items. But the pharmaceuticals (insulin/syringes) I went to purchase were grossly over priced compared to the big blue guy down the street. $140 for 1 vial of NovolinN from the red guy compared to $25 from the blue guy. Also $45 for syringes with the red guys; $12.00 for the same box at the blue guy. Not sure if it has to do with supply chain or self-production of the bigger store, but I know that over 300% markup is definitely unreasonable for anyone. Let people afford their meds as everything else that isnt CVS brand is jacked up in price already.... This stuff is getting crazy. Chill out
Kim and Charlie are first class all the way. I wouldnt trust anyone with my health.
I went to the pharmacy to get some psueudephed and Morgan was extremely rude
Good pharmacy
Excellent pharmacy, friendly, professional, knowledgeable about prescriptions, offer advice on all RX and OTC drugs. Drive thru can be some what of a wait. But you can get some RXS delivered by mail. Super pharmacy technicians. Fair prices, and will go the extra mile looking for a coupon for you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
