Higher prices . Beautiful store with great prices on fresh flowers. The deli had cakes and cupcakes that looked like art. The pedophores I would not recommend the insides great but the waxy hard shell is horrible. Used for a Tea party. I believe anything you need is stocked. All the not blocked with people constantly stocking and customer service was outstanding they knew exactly what child things were. I have been back 3 times.

Publix has the best fried chicken (legs, wings, thighs and fingers). Yep!!! Plus they gave a great flower section that I use to build up Brownie points w/ Babygurl as often as possible. This time was to get my COVID Booster. They were friendly and kind!!! They gave me all the instructions I needed to be comfortable. They were professional and very courteous. The person who administered my shot gave me hope about this COVID pandemic and the future of of it. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I always enjoy my visits. They are always well lit and clean. Everybody had a badge on and on their j-o-b. Such a professional and business like place. Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. And thats real talk.

Ordered a sub from the deli online. Order was in the pickup bin with my name on it. Took it and paid and left. In the store 2 minutes. Sub was fresh and delicious.

Too expensive and I felt a little overwhelmed by the magnitude of everything? Im from small little city we have one grocery store and its simple and everyone is so friendly! With this being said, I had to self check out my small amount of groceries and the young working that dept saw that I needed assistance and was a very pleasant and helpful person! Very clean and well stocked store! But a little too crowded especially uncomfortable due to the social distancing procedures! Thank you

Always super clean and warm friendly staff willing to help at any time. They are a bit pricey over other grocery stores, but if you need anything special you will probably find it here. Great store. Would like to give a shout out to the young Lady who was handling the self check out. The kind words you took time to give to the Older Lady who told you her husband was in the hospital were above and beyond your job description. She came out behind me with a huge smile on her face. Great place if your looking for some special foods or spice they will usually have it. Fresh hot bar and sandwich bar( only watch the sub rolls they tend to be very hard) but they offer other breads,wraps.

The pharmacy have been amazing and have been so patient with me and my doctors. So grateful to you all. One person in particular that gives you that personal touch. The staff are always friendly and most of the products I look for are in stock. Occasionally, theyll be out of certain things for a couple of weeks, but I would account some of that to the pandemic. Meat prices fluctuate, but theres always a deal to be found. I usually order my groceries for pickup - and have found that the service and quick.

This is such a clean, well organized store. Ive never encountered a staff member with a frown. And Im impressed that the lights in frozen & dairy sections are motion activated.

This photo is a picture of a chicken I purchased from Publix on PLATT SPRINGS RD. Please make sure you check all their prepared foods to ensure that it is cooked thoroughly before you bite into it. I spoke to the manager and I could’ve tell that this isn’t their first incident. This is very upsetting knowing that my daughter was going to eat that raw chicken. I hope I save a life with this review!!!!!

The food here is delicious they have food products that are unique and different flavors and different varieties of foods tastes combinations of flavors that are the opposite of each other that nobodys ever thought of before that are very unthought of and uniquely intriguing and impossible and i am not talking flavors such as salty and sweet sour and tangy this grocery store is painstakingly different and interesting I purchased a dessert from the bakery section and i got a chocolate mousse parfait

Nice wide parking spaces make it easy to load groceries. Dont need to worry about other doors banging into your vehicle. Clean well stocked. Wide isles. Great produce section. Great deli. Little more expensive but all the good well compensates.

I can not say anything bad about this place. The one on Sunset is ALWAYS out of stock. I hate that Instacart shops here for me. I wish they could come to this Publix. I had a delivery last night and they only had 4 out of 8 things. Had to go to MY Publix and of course they had everything. So shop here instead of Publix on Sunset.

Was once again pleased with the Publix Deli. My wife and I ordered the special and it was fantastic and a great value at $5.99 for a whole sub.

So per the usual excellent customer service from Publix this experience was different than its ever been and will likely cost you a customer because of this. Who knew that the online service wasnt even the great Publix employees shopping for you? Not this family. Any issues you have have to be taken up with the company insta cart sadly. We were immediately referred to them with a issue instead of the store itself trying to make it right.This is not the experience that should be attached with Publix name in my opinion so hence the poor rating and loss of our business in the future.

Went here the opening weekend. Great selection of meats, vegetables, nice deli and bakery, with lots of parking. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be going back here for sure.

Publix in general reminds me of a upper scale version of IGA.... I love I can get products that are organic and that I cant purchase in many other locations. IGA is very very local oriented per store.... Prices are very high at both but you do get what you pay for.

Always a pleasure visiting Publix. Todays visit some grocery shopping as well as lunch for my sons and myself. Hannah and Zachary were very pleasant. Hannah got an upsale on my sons sandwich. They both were accommodating. Their teamwork compliment each other well in the Deli area. Great conversation as they prepared our sandwiches. One of the best experiences Ive had visiting Publix. Need more team players/associates like them. Keep up the awesome job to the both of them. And my wrap was just as delightful as they were.

I love Publix on Rosewood customer service is impeccable never had a bad experience I worked in retail but 10 years and Ive seen some very bad customer service rep Publix on top of the line.

Pharmacy department is AWESOME!!! My prescriptions are ready when I get there and cost less !!

I normally love Publix, but lately when ordering deli goods online is just pointless. The past two times they have been over 45 minutes late with our order. I just dont see how the people that arrive in store to order a sub are served before the online orders that have been placed in advance. I watched person after person served before my order was made around an hour late.

2nd time in the bakery trying to order a cake. First time couldnt get any service and today the bakery manager wouldnt help me get what I wanted. He wanted to argue with me even though understood what he was saying and the circumstances. I come here every week and spend hundreds or dollars. I will never be back to any Publix ever. Customer service skills are below par level. Ive worked in customer service for 20 years and Im very displeased with the service I received. Do better. I will never return.

Our initial experience was a good one with an order for our wedding cake earlier in the year. We order a simple 3 tiered cake with Raspberry filling, and chocolate covered strawberries spiraling down the cake.Then, along came Covid, and multiple postponements of our ceremony. On one of the postponed dates, I actually went in 2 weeks prior to the event to notify the bakery staff that our ceremony had again been canceled. Two weeks later, the day of the postponed ceremony, they’re calling, wondering why no one was at the venue, as they were trying to deliver the cake.We found out that bakery staff didn’t note the postponed date. Honest mistake.On the actual day of the event, after 4 postponed dates, the cake was delivered. As the ceremony progressed, and the time to cut the cake came around, we go into the house and find the cake literally falling apart. Strawberries falling off, taking icing with them, and the tiers of the cake sliding off. Saying we were disappointed after spending nearly $500 is an understatement.Although the flavor of the cake was good, it was not worth having to constantly check on the cake to ensure it was still intact. If you claim to be so good at constructing cakes, you would think you would have made a cake that can last sitting for an hour or so. Or at least find a way to stick the strawberries in and hold them in place.Before buying a cake there, check your other options to see if you can find a better deal that will last the evening to get your money’s worth, instead of making the mistake we did.
