We had to wait awhile on our tub but our guy came through with flying colors. He even was there for us after he left and had his money when we had a few hiccups(it is our first hot tub) . 7 months into using our tub I had to contact him again inquiring about an issue with the tub. He promptly got with the factory and we are on our way with tub now to get the issue fixed. I’d highly recommend him with anyone I know!
