I bought my first bike here and had a bunch of questions, which they answered. They were able to help me secure really good financing and met with my needs. I had my eyes on an Indian motorcycle for the better part of a year. I finally was ready to make a purchase but everything was selling out due to the global shortage of everything. Despite that setback i placed an order for a brand new bike just the way i wanted it and could not be happier. The dealership was great and easy to work with. Stopped in one day last week to look into buying 2021 Indian Scout. Luckily they had one on the floor, which is nice since most dealerships are about empty since corona. After being helped, I waited an hour to hear back from financing. After some discussion I decided I needed to research further into the similar Scout Sixty, which was more in my price range. So I left and told them Id call back after I looked into the Scout Sixty model. Ive called twice this week and Im either put on hold for long periods of time and finally being told they will call me, to which nobody does. Ive never experienced a dealership not wanting to call a customer back. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.*Update* After talking to the GM things were straightened out. I got my bike ordered and cant wait to ride. Thanks for the help.

I came to look at a RE Himalayan just as it was heading out the door. After my initial, no-pressure interactions with the staff, I had followup conversations with Bill over the course of a couple of weeks and ultimately was able to pre-order a 2021 model. The entire process was easy- pleasant, no BS, highly responsive... pretty much an ideal motorcycle dealership experience.

Went to look at a used motorcycle they advertised online. Bike had not been cleaned up. Still candy wrappers and other stuff still in the bags and trunk.Had a salesman asked us if we needed any help. My husband said that they could have cleaned it up before they put it on the lot. Salesman said that they only had 4 employees so when did they have time. We really liked the bike and were planning on buying it but not now.

Bought a cfmot from them one day later had a issues with they refused to help me out the tied to sell me a utility that was the same price as the one bought but they asked me 3400 different and said that mine was not worth what I gave for it now remember this is one day later real work of art they are just take advantage of people so shop around do do what I did and sign a paper because than the got you regardless if you happy they just want to move a product so buyer beware

Great dealership! I was bitten by the motorcycle bug late in life, so I needed someone who could educate me and not intimidate me. These people were perfect. Answered my many questions and honestly helped me. After buying from them, I still feel I can return anytime with questions or advice. The service department is quick and fair, very on top of it. When having my bike in for scheduled maintenance, I was even offered a showroom model to ride to lunch. Indian Motorcycles are top bikes, but it takes a dealer like this one to keep customers happy and make the owning experience the best possible.
