Bought a used Can-Am X3 today. I dealt with Jason, one of the sales guys. I originally reached out to him after hours because he posted it on FB market place. Was super responsive even after he was off the clock. I feel like I paid a fair price for a machine with only 663 miles even in the market were in now were used go for almost new prices. Will definitely be my first call if I go to buy another toy.

Deeply disappointed in the service department. My bike sat there a whole 6 months and they charged me $750 for it to be just a spark plug cap. Not only did I miss riding season they kept feeding me with your bike should be ready in 2 weeks. When it was all said in done it didnt hurt them to have it sit for that long but when it came to paying and picking it up they only gave me 6 days.

Was very happy with my experience at Lexington Motorsports. My salesman Anthony was very knowledgeable about the Can-am Ryker I was buying. Evan, who handled my financials, was able to get me a great deal that had me switching to their loan company instead of the one I had planed to use. Worked out even better because I was able to drive it off the lot that day instead of having to wait. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Even if they do have to drive there from Louisville.

Please read all the one star reviews for this company!! My brother sold his bike to them yesterday. they inspected the bike and wrote him a check for 5000.00. He signed the title over to them and the next morning Shannon sent him a text saying they stopped payment on the check. I saw all the texts ....It should be illegal to take a bike and then stop payment. Our family is talking to a lawyer

Everytime I go into this place, I receive nothing but rude, arrogant customer service. Or I’m completely ignored. They act as though there isn’t another dealership in the country. Prices are always high end on their inventory. Parts department? If you enjoy talking to a cocky, know it all, you’ll love it. Otherwise, stay away.

We had an excellent experience at Lexington motorsports! Anthony/Jelly Roll was amazing to work with. This was our first time purchasing off road machines. We were able to get in and get 2 youth four wheelers with our 2 children. Anyone with kids ages 6-9 knows this in itself can be a pain and get on a sales persons nerves quickly, not Anthonys! He spoke directly to the boys, asking them questions and befriending them. He also gave us tips and helped the boys pick the right helmet for them so they can ride safely. Thanks to Anthonys experience and assistance we have the right machines and equipment for the boys. The payment process was easy and fast.Overall experience was great! We will definitely be back!

When I ask if a specific bike is in stock, I want to know if it’s in stock, not if it’s available for order.

Bought a brand new can am defender off them a few months ago all fine and great. Today on the phone get a loan approved for a motorcycle, go sell my soul for the down payment and then call to say we are on our way and they say! Oh sorry it was sold already. We forgot, we didnt know, and then send me a pic of another pos they wanna try selling me. Never again, bad business! It least in my eyes, now here Im stuck with a big down payment for nothing!

I have no clue how this place has 4 stars. It is an absolute joke. We bought a used CanAm Maverick X3 from them back in April. When I got there to pick it up it wasn’t even clean. Then we hadn’t even had it a week and the shifter cable broke. Then we waited for about a month before we called about the title because we still haven’t received anything and I had reached out the salesman we bought from twice with no response. They told us a few different stories and 3 months later we get a Certificate of Origin instead of a title. The whole thing was a complete nightmare. It took 2 hours at the BMV to get everything figured out. Everything was a joke right down to the sales manager who didn’t have a clue what was going on either. If I could give 0 stars I would but I wanted to try to help someone else avoid the headache they caused us.

I just spoke with a sales manager who basically told me I was a liar. I was told Id be called back twice today and am still waiting. Jessica the sales person said shed call me back in 10 minutes ... Im still waiting on that call. Which is fine I think they just need to set expectations. So if they said we are really busy and honestly we dont have the product to meet the demand nor the personal to assist with your purchase at least they be honest. I wouldnt expect this dealer to be able to work with you remotely. Maybe if you came in itd be a different story but Im not sure. Id give zero stars if I could. Id drive rhe extra 100 miles to get away from the motorsports coverage area. I know that to be lexington richmond and Pikeville. So avoid at all costs. Horrible experience and lack any sort of customer service.

I had really bad experience with this place twice, first they have bad customer service and bad management. Second they forgot to put bolts back in my side mirrors when I road the motorcycle they flow away and got broken, mind you that’s a goldwing those side mirrors are not cheap. When I called and spoke with the manager he told me well we didn’t touch them and they really did remove the bolts and not put them back. I will ask you a question what if that was the break and they forgot something like that wouldn’t that risk my life? Terrible place you should take your motorcycle to good hand and make sure you are safe.

If you want to throw your money away, this is the place for you. Just wanted an estimate to replace a wheel bearing on a four wheeler. I was expecting about $200, they wanted $1,800. Then they told me it would be $53 for the diagnosis. They had not previously mentioned that they would be charging to come up with an estimate for work they didnt do. Not sure why they think surprise charges are acceptable. Also, dont expect any employees to adhere to the mask mandate.

Took my Ducati in for an oil change and a valve adjustment. 11 months later I got my bike back after they crushed the tank and the battery went dead. Upon delivery, I had to take the bike to Mike Wells racing to fix the oil leak they left behind. If you care about your stuff, go anywhere else.

Bought 2 brand new 4 wheelers this weekend, one polaris and the other can am outlander. I picked the outlander on the showroom floor. I wanted the exact one. Was told they had to bring it from the warehouse. After being there for over 5 hours, waiting to do paperwork being told just a few more minutes... turned into hours. We were patient and understanding they had several customers. We finally get the 4 wheelers, get them loaded and get home to only see the 4 wheeler they sold us was NOT the 4 wheeler I ask for. (Different model)After I called today to explain what happened I’m told they got the product Id numbers mixed up and the one I actually wanted was more. No one mentioned it nor did they find this out until they had already sold me the 4 wheeler that was suppose to be the same one on the floor. Spending thousands of dollars there to only come home with a 4 wheeler that wasn’t what I had picked out! I understand things happen but they could have made it right.

I ordered boots recently and a suit on Amazon- the boots fit but the suit didn’t so I tried to return it. I got my refund for the boots from LEXINGTON MOTORSPORTS (thanks guys!), but the suit was actually bought by another seller and UPS sent it to LEXINGTON MOTORSPORTS. William was so kind on the phone- he went over and beyond and had UPS send it back to the correct seller, and he even updated me! I highly recommend to shop at their website directly, instead of Amazon. I spent over $700 on the suit and I didn’t get my full refund $ back. THANKS WILLIAM FOR HELPING ME OUT!!!!!

Bought a used motorcycle here and had a terrible POST sale experience.Here were my issues:1. On pick up the bike wasnt clean. Still had bugs, dust and dirt on it. I dont expect it to be pristine but a wash would have been nice.2. I wasnt allowed to pick up the bike until a week after I had provided full payment in the form of a cashier check.3. They made so many mistakes with the registration and title paperwork that I didnt end up getting my registration till 2 months after my purchase.4. Communication was poor. I spoke to about 8 different people trying to figure out the above issues. While the employees are friendly, Id rather have them solve problems than be nice to me.While the bike was a good purchase, I do hope they take this feedback about the post sale to heart because honestly, I dont think Lexington Motorsports deserved the dealer fees that I paid them.

A good business until you show up. I purchased a Sea Doo GTI as I got to look at the jet ski, the sales manager (Adam) in charge of everyone who is employed there, who sold me the jet ski, was trying to fix a compartment on my jet ski, he then scratched it, I asked him to fix it because he scratched it and he said he will have to contact Sea Doo, he claims that Sea Doo said they would do nothing about this but he would not provide proof of contact. He put the scratch on there, him or the company should pay to fix it themselves its not the manufactures issue that the dealer scratched it. I bought the Sea Doo on 17 June 2020, it now has been 28 days (15 July 2020) since I have purchased this personal water craft, and Lexington Motorsports has sent NOTHING to the DMV. This is after I contacted Adam on the 20th of June reminding him to send the paperwork and check to the DMV. Even after I reminded him it still did not get sent out. After calling and texting both today 15 July I finally get a response from Adam: Yeah it prolly went out this week. I called the lady at Lexington Motorsports that works on titles and she says that it will be mailed tomorrow. So from the 17th till now nothing has went out.. it’s been 28 days. When i texted Adam the 20th and it hasn’t been sent out then, why was it not sent out? I’m severely aggravated and disappointed. It probably hasn’t even been sent over to be honest. It’s incredibly frustrating, i have an apt, with the DMV today, and they stated they have not received anything from them and nothing is in there system about it. Very unprofessional and unethical to lie to a customer Adam especially for an established dealership. As well not to mention how unprofessional for a dealer to cause damage to your property and not fix it as well as not send the title out for 28 days. With out the title I cannot get a registration and therefore I cannot even take the Sea Doo or its trailer out legally.

Bought a triumph T120 from them over a month ago they never sent out the title papers so I can’t get a license plate so I haven’t been able to ride my bike for over 3 weeks now worst customer service said they overnighted a temp plate and the paper work last Friday it’s Tuesday still nothing I would avoid this place I’ll be doing business with the one in Cincinnati from now onUpdate it is June 8th still have not gotten my registration or plates because these guys can’t get their stuff together to send my title to Indiana bmv said they have sent it 3 times now and good luck getting hold of the lady that does the title work never returns calls worse place ever will never go back

Made a deal with Daniel on a new UTV. I go to my bank and get a cashiers check, get a trailer for the 12 hour round trip and line up a buddy for the ride and he leaves me a message to call him 12 hours before I am going to leave. Now he tells me they messed up and the choice of the $300 rebate or the extended warranty doesnt apply to my deal and they wont honor the difference. I ask him to split the difference with me, knock off $150 and I will eat the other $150. He never gets back to me until after i leave him several texts and a voicemail then 8 hours before I plan on leaving he texts me back and says no, they wont do that either. A good dealership would have ate the $300, a decent dealership would have jumped on my offer to split the difference, this dealership is neither.

Please read my review prior to doing business with Lexington Motorsports. I’m not 100% on the exact dates but they are very close, these events however are the focus of my review. On June 21st I dropped my 2005 Kawasaki Nomad 1600 off because I was going to be taking a big trip out west to explore Montana and the Yellowstone Wy area. My bike had been in storage for around 2.5 years and I asked for it to be checked out very thoroughly, I asked for torque checks and all fluids changed along with anything else needed. I even gave permissions for the service mechanics to drive it personally to ensure everything was in top shape. I was overly concerned because my wife and I are nurses and see motorcycle accident victims regularly and did not want a problem due to mechanical also we were going to be in areas that were very far away from mechanical service. I dropped it off with Chris and within a few days he called to tell me for a trip like this I should consider getting new tires, he priced me out a set of Michelin tires and I gave the go ahead to order them, He said everything else checked out fine, I knew the horn had not worked going in and asked if they checked it why didn’t he tell me about the horn, he said they would look into it. A week later I called to see if the bike was ready and was told it would be ready for me to pick up the next day and that they were waiting on the front Metzler tire to come in. So much for the Michelins I was quoted. Im ok with the Metzler Ultras so I said that would be fine. I called the next day and was told it the wrong tire ( a Dunlop ) had come in and would have to be reordered or I could go with the Dunlop and have mismatched tires. That took a few extra days, I called the following week and was told it would be ready the next day and they apologized for the mishaps but said it would definitely be ready. When I got to the dealer the bike wouldn’t start, the horn didn’t work so I left it for them to check and came back the next day. Chris was out for a sore throat and I assume nobody was told about the horn because it still didn’t work, I was told the starting issue was a loose plug wire and the bike was ready. I took it home with only a few days before leaving for my bike trip only to get home and get a call from Jason telling me they put the wrong back tire on and could I bring it back ( a 1 hr trip each way for me in Lancaster) With no choice I took it back so they could take the Dunlop rear off and waited to have the replacement put on, I explained my concerns about the carefree service work and that this experience left me without confidence in my bike because of their haphazard service job that they charged me over $800 for. Jason did offer me a credit of $50 for my trouble. As I leave the dealer and started down the hill toward Man O War intersection, I had no brakes, they must have forgot to pump up the calipers after the tire work. While driving through Lexington my temperature light came on due to a long traffic stop, it went off as I began moving. A buddy of mine helped me investigate that and found a bad fan switch that in order to get and fix prior to my trip I had to do it myself and order the part from Amazon with priority shipping. Seems like ensuring the fan works would have been part of the inspection after they changed the coolant. We trailered our bike to Cheyenne Wy to start our trip and as I was getting ready to get my bike off the trailer it failed to start. My big motorcycle trip to Yellowstone ended up with me trailering my bike to Red Lodge, around the Beartooth hwy, through Yellowstone and the Tetons and back to Kentucky. I took a picture as we were leaving Bull Moose Saloon as proof we were trailering in the Tetons. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere these guys cannot be trusted with your bike.

Absolutely pitiful that your given a price on service, re evaluate exactly what needs done after dropping the wheels off and then overcharge me $70 because they said they had to install rotors on my wheels that are in my shop at home and not on my wheel? How is that? I spoke to the service rep 3 times before dropping my wheels and tires off to have wheel bearings and. Spindle put on as well as tires and you lie to me and tell me I was overcharged for installing parts that weren’t even with me to install!!! I will NEVER do business with you all again, that is the second bad service experience, I will not be robbed like that! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well!

Jason was ok to work with. Saw the listing for a motorcycle on FB Marketplace and drove down from Cincinnati the same day. The bike got an oil change (dripped oil on the skid plate and didnt bother to clean it up). The bike started up weak and I asked about the battery. I was told the battery just needed to be charged. After being promised that the bike had been serviced and was ready to ride, I agreed to a price As is condition and trailered the bike home to Cincinnati. I put the battery on a charger and it was dead. Had to call and explain the situation and they were nice enough to reimburse the cost of a brand new battery. Still a hastle and should have been taken care of before the bike was driven off the lot.The title: It took 5 phone calls and 4 months of time to get my title. I am pretty sure if I didnt call, I would have never received my plates and title. Rediculus for a professional dealership. Theres no excuse for that.800 miles later: the rear brakes were squealing. Took the caliper off to find that one of the brake shoes was down to BARE METAL. I know I bought this bike as is, but a brake shoe that close to replacement should have been replaced. Now Ive got to spend even more money replacing a damaged rotor. The chain is also needing replaced. That would have been nice to have been replaced before the bike was put up for sale.Looking back on the buying experience, I should have been more demanding in some of the regular maintenance items. An oil change and coolant flush doesnt really cover the service spectrum in my opinion. For the price I paid, I would have expected the following to have been checked and replaced. Its also just nice to know that a bike is ready to ride for the upcoming season. Now I have to take care of all of this knit picky BS on my own when a shop like this could have taken an hour to fix everything:- brake line flush (fluid is dark brown) ($10 and 20 mins of someones time)- clutch fluid flush ($5 and 10 mins time)- rear brake shoes replaced ($50 and 20 mins time)- new chain and sprockets ($300 and 2 hours time)Clutch Basket replacement:The clutch baskets are notorious for wearing out on this model bike around the 25000 mile mark (bike was listed with 28800). Wish I had know that before I paid a good amount of money for this bike because theres an awful rattle coming from the clutch basket (was there when test riding, wasnt sure what it was). Looks like Ill be spending $500 on fixing this too.I place some of the blame on myself for not demanding these items to be addressed but also, trusted that I was in good hands given the fact that this place was pretty busy. I do not think I will consider doing any future business here. Beware of the used inventory and be sure to ask plenty of questions and demand service to be done or deducted from the final price.
