Just called to place an order. Customer service was so good. The lady I spoke to was pleasant and had all the information quickly. She made it easy.

Do NOT take your used store furnishings here. We took a metal rack and traded it in for a $20 credit which was supposed to be applied to our purchase. Instead they charged the full amount. When I called to make them aware of the error I was told they would issue a refund to my card...which never happened. A few months later my husband took a large rack to sell and he was told they would pay us $100 for it by mailing a check. That check never came. When we inquired about it we were told it takes a few months for their checks to go out. Well its been a year and we still never received a payment for those items. I will NEVER do business here again and will not recommend them to anyone!
