Went to this Pep Boys AFTER the one on Pleasant Hill cancelled on me. Last minute called Jeremy up, told him what I needed, definitely work on the car but nothing too crazy. It was 1215 at this time, 6 hours to close. Told me to come on in. Got here. Eric handled what I needed at the front desk, told me the truth of what could be done today or tomorrow. Told him I’m fine with him. About 1700, I get a call, Eric tells me the price, and what needs to be done. Asked when it can get done and if it needs to be done another day since it’s closing time, let me know. The mechanic and Eric decide to handle it in an hour.Bottom line, they took care of me, got me handled. Head here if you want some good service for the car and good quality customer service .

I had an excellent experience at this Pep Boys location, there was one particular guy who was TopNotch. He was informative and honest!!! I arrived at 8:10am and my car was immediately pulled in to to garage an a technician began working on it.Although I was there for 4hrs 😩😩, the did a lot of maintenance on my car (maintenance that I requested) to ensure it’s effectiveness.I was completely happy with my service at this location, compared to the Pep Boys-W Pike St (horrible service; don’t even pull in for service)

I’ve visited this location multiple times and I always have top notch service. This last week I had a tire plugged, battery replaced, oil change and new wipers. Service was timely, associates were helpful and friendly and quality work. I would recommend this location.

I was so impressed with the customer service. I was having a difficult time finding wiper blades for my Lincoln MKZ. Danny took the time not only to determine the exact fit, he installed them for me AND even made sure they operated properly on my car.

David helped tremendously searching for the195/55R15s for my 2004 suzuki, I had called several nearby tire stores--no one had any to sell. David searched through pep boys inventory that were not expensive--it IS a 2004. He was able to find what I needed and was able to offer a discount which was a great help for my budget. David was very kind and spent time looking for those tires. He said they come in the next day.....I am also handicap so he came out to my car to finish the paperwork for the order.Pep Boys has a true gem in David. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Do yourself(and your vehicle) a favor, dont go there. I had brakes done which caused a weird voice from front passenger side by the wheel. Went back there next day, they drove around their shop but the mechanic wasnt able to hear the voice which I was hearing. I insisted, response was you need to replace shocks.. really? without looking??I went to another repair shop and they found that **Screws on breaks were lose**One of the fluid containers lid was also missing.I am not going there again, ever

This store does not open at 9:00 am. on Sunday! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation today at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:56 am and waited until 9:35 am. Nobody was there. I called, no answer. I looked inside and pulled on the door handle, still no luck. Five customers tried to enter the store, but they had to leave because the doors were locked. Please update your website and automated information with the correct store hours and info. This is unacceptable.

My visit was positive and polite, the enthusiasm was great, I was recommended to seek manufacture oem part due to safety concerns of the application. I had not considered.My thanks goes out to the knowledge of that team and the not make a sell attitude.

Better service than expected. The serviceman was kind. The only thing he said he couldnt give me the online discount then after looking my car over for a battery installation he gave it to me. Im not complaining just stating. Everything went well and the price was the best available with the install.

Stopped for emergency tire repair to have a nail removed and the tire patched. They wanted me ro make an appointment for tomorrow or monday. Im sorry but Im not going to ride around with a nail in my tire for that long...they trying to have me have a tire blow up on the highway I dont think so. Absolutely horrible customer service.. no I will not be contacting you to give you my personal information. you need to change your emergency tire repair policies period to let someone drive away with multiple nails in their tire is bad for business

I have bought 2 sets of tires from this location. 1 for a dodge Dakota that had bad issues of traction when when the roads were wet. Bought another set and it is fine now. The other vehicle was is a zeep Cherokee and the tire roar terrible on the expressway still own them . I cannot buy tires and keep replacing them just because they are junk.Now twice I have gone to the store just after 6 and its closed the 2nd time I got there at 6:05 pm and the gentleman behind the counter motion that they were closed. But the website shows the store was open till 7. Very disappointed.

I took my car to pepboys to get a oil change. The next day I’m driving my car and the oil light comes on and the car cuts completely off. So take it back to them and they gave me a code for something else that shouldn’t cause my car to cut off. Now here it is day 2 and my car is doing the same exact thing, my car has been running just fine until I bring it here to get an oil change. Something has to be done because my car shouldn’t be doing this at all.

Always easy to deal with for service. Friendly people, comfortable waiting area and plenty of places to nearby to get something to eat while getting service.

Service manager was professional and courteous. Made me feel comfortable. Service staff is very attentive to its customers needs. Upfront with costs, automotive test results, and expected results. Most of the staff were not wearing masks when I was at the store. I came in here to get my windshield wipers replaced and one of my headlights replaced. The store associate and the service associate kept trying to sell me the most expensive products too which was a little annoying.

In a word, AWESOME! Our truck wouldnt start. Jumped it off and to Pep Boys I went. Chris Woods was the team member that helped me. He was polite, explained the work that needed to be done and the pricing, provided updates and called when the work was completed. This is whats called customer service, folks. This is the way to do business properly! Anyway, weve been looking for a new place to have our vehicles serviced and worked on. I think we have now found it! I grew up in my Dads auto repair business, and for over 40 years did all my own work. Having just started up a different business, my car was in terrible shape. Pep Boys did an outstanding job on several issues, but a new sound showed up on the way home. Back to Pep Boys, they fized it, no charge - PERFECT!

Horrible place, extremely filthy! Employees dont wear facial masks. Also they are not helpful. They dont even try.

I was concerned about my experience with another Pep Boys and came here.Both the manager and tech helped me understand the issue with my car and gave me advice despite it meaning that I wouldnt be doing business with them that day. Will definitely go back there for any fiture car issues despite it being 25 miles away.

Took my car here for an appointment for an oil change at 11:30 vehicle wasnt ready until close to 2:00. An oil change should not take 2 and half hours. I will not be bringing my car back here.

I had A LOT of repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. These guys went above and beyond to make sure it was all completed in a timely manner and - even found the problem with my air conditioning (wiring) and were able to repair it in no time at all. Now, instead of baking in my truck - I’m too cold! A good problem to have in GA!I HIGHLY recommend this shop and give big kudos to Steve and David for explaining everything to me that I had concerns with and getting my truck back to tip top shape!

Called hours earlier asking if I could get an alignment check at around 6:40. The man on the phone told me I was good to go. Once I arrived, I start getting told that they dont take inspections past 6 and appointments are needed. I was also extensively patronized, being told you should have gotten their names, and you shouldve made an appointment regardless of the fact that I know pep boys doesnt require appointments. I am generally pleased with the chains service, but this particulat staff was beyond sub-par.

Fast, Friendly & Efficient! I needed a new battery for my car. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I explained what was happening to my car and they suggested testing the battery. My car was immediately looked at and diagnosed. I was given info on battery options. Car fixed, paid and on with my day!This was on a Friday morning about 9am.

The parts here are way overpriced, go down to Advanced Auto Parts and you’ll save A lot more money there. Guaranteed. These people were trying to charge me $143 for a alternator drive belt when AAP has it for $12.99. This is not a promotional or sponsored ad. Also I came to get my routers and break job done and came out with an 1100$ expenses. And no point in making an appointment because they still make you wait for 2 additional hours. Customer service here is horrible.

They had the parts I was looking for. I have no idea why no other parts stores had the correct size O2 sensor socket for a common O2 sensor length, but not only did they have one, but it was made to reach all 6 corners of the nut on the sensor! They also had other types of O2 sensor wrenches available in case this one didnt meet my need. The only other store to have one on hand at all was Advance Auto Parts and they only had one socket in the store and it was 3/4 of an inch too short! They also had a selection of O2 sensor brands that other stores didnt have. I feel that the selection of parts is by far the most important trait of an auto parts shop, so this is a good store.

David was OUTSTANDING... we reached out at 7:05pm with an emergency on a Friday night! Wow, Clay & Dustin double teamed my wife’s car and took care of her like she was family.I will go out of my way to bring cars here for service!

Quick and easy to set up an appointment, and everyone there was speedy at getting their work done. The specialist I worked with answered any questions I had, and helped make sure my experience was smooth. Prices were solid as well.

Friendly staff and quick too. But dont let that fool you, if there are cars lined up expect a wait upwards of 2 hours for common things like oil changes. Best path of action is to make an appointment, I did that to get my tire fixed and I was in and out in under 45 minutes.

Since the first time I called asking for tires and till they finished installing my tires, everyone were so nice! I bought my first set of tire here and Im very happy about it. The installation took longer than I expected but besides that they did a great job!

This is where I go for my oil changes alignments and inspections. They have friendly knowledgeable staff who dont try to upsell you things you do not need. I trust that when I hand over my vehicle to them it will be taking care of properly

Called wanting to know about Royal Purple oil stock. Chilled for 5 minutes on hold. Got answered again by another person who asked what he could help me with. He went to look. Chilled for 8 more minutes on hold. Got hung up on. 10/10 would recommend wasting 15 minutes of your life calling these people.

I went there to get some oil added to my car. They wouldnt do it. They told me that it is a closed system and my engine was either leaking or burning oil. The only way I could have received help through their service department was to wait around for an hour and get an oil change.The only redeeming factor was their Super helpful sales guy. He helped me locate the correct type of oil for my car and even helped me put it in the car.

I got a nail in my tire today and tried to use fix a flat so I could go somewhere to get it plugged. That plan failed so my mom went to pep boys with my tire to have it plugged. After 30 minutes, the guy tells her he cannot plug it because fix a flat is poison and makes the tire rot. That fix a flat was in the tire for at MOST an hour. He instead insisted she buy a new tire for 85...needless to say my mom went to a tire shop and got it plugged for 10 bucks! Wont be trying this place again.

My first visit at PepBoys And what a good visit! From start to finish The Gentleman on the desk David was knowledgeable. greeted me upon walking in and was extremely friendly and helpful! And was great to speak with on the phone, The whole process only took about 40 min. Like David promised for a Tire rotation and oil change, I wont be going anywhere else and I will be a return customer when auto needs are required.

Ive come to rely on this Pep Boys location for my car repair and maintenance needs. David and the others here are honest and knowledgeable.

Went in for an oil change which was on sale ( I didnt know it was on sale but they gave me the sale price anyway which showed integrity.) I also enjoyed the service. Mark was professional and worked hard to make sure he followed up with the mechanic so that I could get out at the time he specified. I was very pleased and I will return.

Came in for an oil change before going out of town. Was told 45 mins which is understandable. After 45 mins passed I was then told they didn’t have a filter for my car so they had to run and get one from down the street. Been a hour and a half now and am still waiting. Would of much rather found another place for an oil change if they would have told me at the start that they didn’t have a filter. Usually not a bad place but David the service manager wasn’t here.

On 5/07/18 I visited this store for a oil change. I did not receive a free inspection. My sticker had +300 miles on it not the correct +3,000 for my next oil change. Those two things are minor compared to me getting out of my car and noticing my hubcap was gone. I called and was told that it wasn’t one on my car when I entered their location. That is not true, I sat and watched as the man worked on my car. Including taking my tire off and placing my hubcap to the side. I had to drive all the way back to the store, and what did they have? My hub cap! The professionalism sucked in my opinion. When I called about a situation it should have been sorted out while I was on the phone. Accusing me of pulling up without the hubcap was the thing that really ticked me off. I’m disappointed because as a struggling college student it’s already hard taking care of my car on my own so that I’d have reliable transportation. I expected much more.

Ive been a repeat customer for years at this location. But today was not a great experience. I walked in and they acted like they didnt see me. Normally, they would greet me when i walk in Hello we will be with you in a min or hello or something. Then the nonchalant attitude from the guy who was so ready to take his cigarette break. Im not paying for horrible customer service. Get rid of the guys that were up front today. They ran me away.

Awesome staff, Friendly when you walk in. They listen to everything you tell them. What I really Love is they take you out to your car to show you the areas that need to be fixed. They show you the problem which is what I like and they explain what needs to be done

Worst ever manager name is David in service department,I had replace 4 tires for my GMC 2500 year ago,I scheduled appointment for wheal alignment day and time,I went there David was assisting some other coustmer,I was standing there for 20 minutes, he didn’t said anything to me that how long should I wait, then I approach to part side sales person and trying to ask that is there anyone else who assist me,before I finished my conversation which part side sales person,David started yelling on me and said you have to wait other wise leave and saying you’re appointment is canceled and even he said he will not do the work,this is ridiculous,I won’t suggest anyone to deal with pep boys lilburn location,I am in service business,I don’t treat my coustmer like this,definitely they will lose my company business for sure.

They do not know what there are doing at that store. I took a friend to that location and they gave her the information about her battery in her car. The next day I had to take her to the Nissan dealer to replace the battery that they said was good. Nissan said the battery was bad and they took care of her.

Came here to have my battery replaced after Walmart informed me they werent able to replace it due to the fuse box sitting above my battery. Pulled right in and they replaced it on the spot for me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not waste your time coming here. Go somewhere else! They do not show respect to their customers or to each other (from what I saw). This is my second time going to this location. The first time was bad-I waited in line for about 15 minutes while their sales reps walked around as if they had nothing to do. I gave it another chance today but it was even worse. The mechanics were huddled in a group talking while people were waiting. The sales associates seemed disorganized and not sure what they were supposed to be doing. They couldnt even start my car! I had to start it for them. And when I got back, they said that it took 3 mechanics and 20 minutes before they could start it. Its only a Ford! I am completely dissatisfied and will no longer be going to that location, probably ANY Pep Boys for that matter. I will take my money and my car to a place where they will actually take care of it and not waste my time.
