I have an old p80 volvo wagon that sees thousands of miles every month and consequently requires a lot of maintenance and repairs. They are my go to and always do right in a timely manner and for a price that cant really be beat. Great people, great service!

Greystone replaced my engine. When they completed service, my car sounded like a wind up toy. I inquired about the noise, the owner told me it was normal. I took the vehicle to the dealership, and the dealership told me exactly what the problem was. I asked Graystone to fix the problem. Graystone refused to fix the problem even though the engine was still under warranty. Don’t trust them!

Well, I am super happy about this automotive/collision shop. Our work vehicle went down, and they were quick to get us up and running again, so we wouldnt lose business! Great service! Fast! Very reasonable! Found my new go to for auto repair, things and stuff!!!

Took my silverado here to get the headers replaced. They fixed it in a timely manner and did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend.

This is long, but if you are thinking of going here please read!!This place was not what you want from a mechanic. I brought in 2 axles and a control arm to be replaced. It was my fault the the axles the I bought did not fit (all though the shop I bought them from said they would, and the numbers matched). Once the main me mechanic found out they didnt fit he called me throwing an attitude and complaining in a very unprofessional manner.Luckily they were able to source the parts in a timely manner and at a decent price point. But, since they didnt do alignments we had to take it to another shop. The car was parked for 2 days until I had a day off to take it to a shop for alignment. Once the other shop did the alignment the epc light came on and the mechanic there seemed to not understand what was going on or how to fix it. So at this point we found a very reputable shop to take the car to.Upon their inspection they found out that the bolt holding the control arm in was the wrong size and the control arm was about to fall out. In order to take that arm off you would have to lift the transmission to clear the bolt. Instead of doing this, the bolt was cut and replaced with a shorter one that happened to be the wrong thread pattern allowing it to slowly wiggle lose (you could just hand tighten it!). If this were to happen at highway speed than it could result in flipping the car and possible DEATH!Once I found this out I came back to grey stone to confront them about it. The main mechanic was not there, but his wife was. She insisted that I drive the vehicle to the shop (even after I told her how unsafe this was). Later her husband, the main mechanic called me. He swore that he didnt do that although he said I know what bolt your talking about, it was like that when I worked on it... your a mechanic, your job is to fix the problem! You sir, cut corners and this could have resulted in a horrible horrible way!
