Lisa was very helpful. Even though they were understaffed at the time and had customers out the door she was very friendly, efficient and thorough. Saved me and my family $600+ on 4 brand new phones. Even got us a discount on our monthly plan.

I dont know why I keep coming back here. The girl here was so rude. She denied me service because I didnt have a mask ok I accept that thats my fault for forgetting my mask at home. However, I called her to ask her some questions and instead of answering them she hung up on me 3 times and didnt even bother to call me back to apologize because the call dropped thats how I know it was intentional. Please avoid bad service and just go to the location in Duluth. Id rather drive the extra mile then to come here again.

Went to store yesterday to open a new line and purchase a new phone. Harris was awesome, he helped us with everything and because of him I was going to give this store a 5 star review. Went home with my new phone and it started over heating and I was not able to set up an apple acct. Went to store today and two guys were there to help . My husband went in first and they rushed him out of there because it was 20 mins before their closing time. I went in and explained - what was going on and one of them told me that it was an issue with apple and that I can try to call them to see if they can fix it.(keep in mind this is a new phone) Then he walked away. The other one was clueless, I asked him a question about our acct and he was not able to tell me why was there a different phone number on my acct. Long story short they asked to call tomorrow around 11, 12 or 1 to see if theres new shipment of phones tomorrow because they sold all iPhone 11 pros today. Hopefully Harris is there tomorrow!

I made a phone call to the store. A lady answered the phone, as was trying to ask a question. She was talking with someone else. I was trying to say thats rude while you answered the phone. Then she asked to hold on and waited for her to return to the phone and never did. I hung up after waiting 10 minutes

This is the worst T-Mobile location ever. None of the employees care that a customer has walked in. The employees like information about inventory and phones. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience at the Duluth location so went to this location. Mysty was AMAZING!!!! She helped us as soon as we walked, explained everything great and my son was super happy beings he got a brand new phone that he wanted! This is my new home store! Thank you so much!

Me and my fiancé went in last night to look at and purchase iPhone 11s. We were greeted by all staff members. I’ve worked in customer service for over 6 years now and greeting people as they come in the door is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! We were assisted by Kiara(I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was very helpful and knowledgeable about any product I asked about. She showed great salesmanship and we left with everything we needed and a smile. Got a new line from them a month ago and got multiple phones from themfor my line the SIM card was not working properly and they charged me $27 to just get a new SIM card horrible customer service the assistant manager is very rude absolutely not professional and not courteous find a different and a better company to go toNow I dont even use their phone I use a Google pixel 3 which is amazing and they dont carry that.. overall they suck

I just left this T-Mobile (Lilburn,GA near McDonalds) and Im currently on my way to the one in Duluth,GA. I wanted to open a new line and get a new phone from this location. Supposed to be great right?? Well I received HORRIBLE customer service.I want another service provider after this experience. I walked into this store just to talk to Reps on the phone for more than an hour. The manager on duty gave me a dealer number, reference numbers, etc. to tell the reps on the PHONE, while he played on his phone and fixed stuff in the store, there was another team member available, but on her phone, playing around. After an hour of wasted time, I finally showed frustration about their customer service, they both left to go in the back to talk about me and laugh about the situation. I felt VERY uncomfortable and Ive never walked into a T-Mobile store and had to speak on the phone with reps for hours. I could have honestly stayed home! I did his job today. Im annoyed. I will never go back to this store for help again.

Reps are always efficient, courteous, and knowlegeable of products. Always wanting to make sure you are satisfied before leaving the store. Great location! 😁

This location saved Tmobile from losing my business. Telesales left something to be desired. However, when I went to this location the staff were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went back to upgrade my phones, I didnt want to go through the horror of telesales again, and Muhammed and the manager, Greg were AWESOME! Im so glad this is my closest Tmobile store.

Ive in a few times and generally had a pleasant experience. The wait times are fairly short, and everything was resolved in a timely manner.

The shittiest service I have ever experienced from a t-mobile store. I waited for an hour just to turn in my JOD device and once i got my turn after one hour. They dis not even know how to turn in the phone. Its literally a waste of time going there. Please do yourself a favor and choose some other t-mobile store.

I went in to ask about my bill, I was helped by a young lady with glasses that was billingual and I did not appreciate the way she was towards me. I have been a customer in T-mobile for 5 Years I never had to deal with young ladies being rude to me or having an attitude while helping me. I am not at all satisfied with the customer service. I had been going to the same T-Mobile since I opened my account with them and every time I go to this perticular T-Mobile and the young lady helps me she always gives me an attitude and is not helpful. I have to go to another T-Mobile that is 15 mins away from my house because I do not feel comfortable with the customer service in this T-Mobile. I get told something diffrent at this store and get told a phone is way much more than it originally is at another store. So far I will not be coming back to this T-Mobile nor will I advise my friends to go to this store. Not Satisfied.

A few months back I couldnt log into my TMobile account because it wasnt set up? Its been set up for years. I find out my plan has been changed. I never changed it because it was simple and postpay. So I dig around and have found out that Jerome Desvignes at store number 1972 in lilburn ga changed it. I live in the Cleveland area.

Absolutely the worst humans working here. Do not give a dollar of your business to them. They are rude. Go to the back to talk about you and are not truthful about anything they say. This is all a bunch of young kids put in front of people to scam people. They are literally leaned over and on their phones scrolling through Facebook while they should be helping their customers. The three people that really need to get fired for the sake of the company is Tameka, Franklin, cam and Kira. This will be brought to the higher up because paying customers shouldn’t have to deal with people like this. Beyond terrible and I highly stay away.

Terrible. Waited in line for 30 minutes for an iphone 6, was able to get the last one in stock that they had, then they told me they would not accept my trade in because of a minor scratch. Took it to Tmobile on Lavista and they took my phone no problem. I thought TMOBILE corporate stores should be accepting the same phones?Service was terrible. Associates were not helpful, just saying Sorry, we can not accept this as a trade in. We arent a corporate store.Wait, Tmobile has you listed as a corporate store, I call you and you say you are a corporate store, but then you tell in the store that you arent? Then why did I drive 30 miles to come to you?

Just walked out of the store. There was one customer, and two t- mobile employees helping him out.When I walked in they did looked at me, no hello or welcome or well help you in a minute..... nothing!!! I stayed for about 15 minutes looking at phones..... nothing!!!....whatever, taking my business somewhere else.

Rude customer service, especially the lady manager, tomoko - very rude! No courtesy at all.I was there for warranty exchange, but after 1 hour waiting, I was told they sent my device back to warehouse. So, I came back without exchanging the phone. They could not explain why the phone was sent back!
