The Metro P CS sales associate Saray at this location is very sweet. She provided exceptional customer service and gave us a nice discount on the case and ear plugs we purchased. She is extremely patient, and really took her time to work on transferring the data from the old phone to the new one we purchased yesterday. Give her a raise!! She is very good!!

Went to try and switch my tmobile account to metro pcs . The guy tells me that i need the account number end the pin to do that . So i went to tmobile they give me the pin and account number . So i come back with the information he asked me for. Sense the tmobil phone is a prepaid line the account is the same as the phone number . Now he tells me that hes not gonna do it with that . So im wasting my time here i call the metro pcs main store and the lady starts to transfer everything over the phone . At this point the made me waste 1 hour for nothing. Cant provide me with a business card with the store information or nothing ????? Defenetly your employees are making you loose business every day .
