Went to this Sherwin after being sent from another for not having the paint and they closed early while the employees hide in the back

My first online order of paint, being able to use MySW page, I was able to select paint from previous purchases and select the number for each paint. I received an email confirmation of my order and then later another email of my order being ready. While the store was busy, I was able to go to the Online Order desk and was able to quickly pick up my order. The associate was very helpful.

The all think about Sherwin-Williams, is fresh and clean. So... i think is about time to pay a little respect for your customers and, the health of your employee. Please clean those. If you can not afford this i will do it for free for you.

Sales associates were knowledgeable and helped me to make the best decision regarding color and paint type for my home project.

I would give this location zero stars if it was an option. The customer service here is absolutely disappointing. My wife and I waited 15 min for some help and was never even addressed. Other people came in and rudely walked in front of us and were helped. Under no circumstances would I ever return to this store.

I received a coupon in the mail for 40% off a paint. I took it to the store was told my coupon was Valid and could be used on my purchase. Picked my paint and color and then when I went to pay was told I could not use my coupon and the paint was already mixed. I was given 10% off but I would have used another brand had I known that my coupon that I was told could be used wasn’t honored.

Employees are always so helpful and friendly.

Why do I give a 1 star rating? Because I cant give a zero. I order paint before close of business to pick up the next day. Is it ready? No. Is there a ticket? No. Has it been cancelled by the morning management? Maybe. I got that excuse this time. Was it shaken and reshelved? No. If you can buy your paint elsewhere, do so. If it must be SW brand go to a different location. Since this has happened consistently over several years Ive only myself to blame each time it happens for shopping here again.

I liked my recent experience here, but I dont like the parking situation, as it seems a bit difficult to reverse park or get out (a tight spot). Apart from that, service was friendly and they will get you what you need for your painting projects.

To abide by advertised specials. There was a sign outside the store I patronized claiming 30% off on ALL paints and stains. But that special supposedly did not apply to the particular paint that I needed, Ovation. When I asked why, I was told it was due to contractual obligations with Lowes, which they said also sold that paint. But it was Lowes that sent me to Sherwin Williams, because they said they no longer carried Sherwin-Williams paint. I told the salesperson that but he said that didnt matter and still refused to honor the special pricing.

The only reason I took a star away is because I didn’t get 15% off like some people. Expensive but quality and customer service was great.
