Greg and his team did an amazing job on my car best place by far. Even took care of extra stuff that wasnt counted forat first and covered the cost!!! 10 stars!!!!

Have used this collision several times over the last 15 years. Just had some paint correction done, and very satisfied with the result. Greg is a consumate professional and performs the due diligence in making sure you are satisfied with the result. He does not use inferior parts and he goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. I do not believe any of these negative reviews for a second. This business has always been consistent and professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business for your collision needs.

They did an estimate for me or my insurance company after I was unfortunately rear-ended they were very professional and quick I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went here to get a quote and as soon as he comes out he starts telling me about a mini tort and how it pays out 3k, sure enough he quoted me over 3k and told me it would actually be less and I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket and would take a couple weeks. He also tried telling me I didnt need to go anywhere else for a quote. Went and got quotes at other places and they only wanted around 1k and would only take a couple days.

Down River Collision is the best shop to work with in the area. Greg is extremely knowledgeable, and will handle all the heavy lifting with tows and insurance for you. I was just in an accident for the first time and wasnt sure about any of the processes, but Greg handled all of it for me. They had me in a loaner car same day and kept me updated on insurance and the vehicle every step of the way. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

The owner Greg. Seems like an arrogant jackass, and definitely no one I want to do business with. Took my vehicle elsewhere to avoid a probable headache with this guy.

I called over the phone to get my car checked out and find out how much the repairs would be. Greg answered and said I could come down. Greg met with me not even 2 minutes after that call and he was more than happy to help. He helped me with calling the insurance and getting everything covered. He’s a very genuine and like-able guy. If I ever need repairs done to my car or anyone else’s, then I know who to call.

One of the best experiences i have had at a shop in a long time. I got into an accident and instead of keeping my truck for a long time ( Since its an insurance job) they had my truck out in just a few days and when i got it back it smelled good! Everyone i came in contact with at this shop was so nice and helpful they even asked if i needed them to return my rental for me! GREAT PLACE TO GO!

I had got into an accident which was not my fault and needed somebody work to the front end of my car so I decided to take it here and have it done. My insurance company was paying for the cost of the repairs the owner at Downriver Collision was very accommodating and gave me a loner vehicle for the whole time my car was being repaired that way I could get back and forth to work. I also think the price compared to other body shops was a very fair price he did not try and rip me off and tell me I needed more work done the necessary like some other body shops did overall I am satisfied with the body work that his body mechanics did I would definitely recommend if you ever need anybody work to check them out.

You will never find a better collision shop than Downriver. The owner, Doug Vizachero is one of the finest men you will ever meet. Doug serviced my wife Denise better than she expected, was more attentive to what she needed and cares more about his people than you can imagine. Thanks Doug, you are a great guy.

Outstanding place to go and get your vehicle repaired. Doug and Mary are so pleasant to work with. My truck got repaired just on time just like he said it would. When picked up it was waxed and vacuum which was a surprise for me because other places I took it to never done that before. There honest appraisal was half the price for what another shop wanted. My tuck is beautiful can’t even tell where the damage was. This place will be the only shop I would go to from now on! Thanks again Doug and Mary!

I was in an accident at 815 am and Greg had a tow truck to me by 830. He made a process that I know nothing about so easy and so stress free. All I had to do is get a claim number and he didnt help me with the rest I am so grateful for everything that hes helped me with he made such a crapy day so much better. By the end of the 1st business day they already had my car completely taken apart I will never take my business anywhere else!

Went here to get an estimate on the roof of my car...the owner came out and took one look (with an attitude) then said I cant do nothing for you then without saying anything walked away...all I needed was it sanded down and repainted so I cant even fathom what the big deal was...well he just lost a customer for life. I will NEVER go back EVER...nasty person and rude. There are tons of other body shops in the area that would be glad to take my money. I really dont need this crap and wont put up with it. I go to auctions and I will let everyone I come in contact with know of my experience. This was uncalled for.

My first experience walking in I immediately recognized the man as a shyster. When I walk into a shop and deal with someone in business casual attire at a garage thats an immediate red flag. Ill take a greasy mechanic to speak with any day. He told me hed call me back the next day and he didnt until I called him. Then he had the gall to tell me that parts alone would be $3500. Thats really funny, because even brand new the parts dont exceed $600. If he didnt want my business as I was paying out of pocket he could have just said so. I showed up to get the car towed back to my house to fix it myself and they hadnt even moved or looked at the car. Avoid this place at all costs.

When I picked up my truck there was buffing compound splattered all over the inside of the bed when the rear bumper was installed some of the plastic was pinched when the reese hitch was bolted to the bumper and caused the plastic to bow they had a shop put new exhaust on my truck and they put the standard factory exhaust on when my truck had dual exhaust when I took it in to them when they installed the new tail light they never bothered to make sure it worked and I drove 200 miles with it like that and today I heard a noise coming from the rear of the truck and two of the bolts that hold my bed one were so loose I could twist them with my fingers i have to crawl under the truck and check the rest of them later today I will never take a vehicle there again

Horrible Business!!! This place commits insurance fraud!! Billed my insurance for a new bumper and did a half ass job by just fiberglassing the issue.. Upon arriving to get my vehicle I wasnt given any paperwork.. So I asked and was told I didnt need anything.. I stated I do need paperwork for my own records.. Then upon receiving the papers I see that AAA was billed for a new bumper and paint..ect.. I tell my insurance company then call the shop to only be told well thats a hard color to match and a aftermarket bumper from china wont fit right SMH... I hope this place gets shut down!!! And all the rest of the companies you and your brothers own downriver if they run their business like you... STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!
